Beds were very rough so it made for a very uncomfortable sleep other than that they didn't have much at breakfast and although they apologized for the lack of items at breakfast I wasn't pleased.

Love the rooms but beware of the pool and hot tub. The last 3 times I've been there with my boys, either they had no hot water, the pool was closed or the pump for the water slide was down. Maybe it's just bad luck. Call ahead.

Clean. Friendly service. Because of C19 we were given bagged breakfasts instead of a hot one in the dining room which was fine. Not many towels in the rooms but they brought us all we needed when we asked. Bathroom door in our room was very hard to shut. Not a huge problem, just saying.

The hotel was beautiful and staff friendly. I always stay at a Hilton property and this one did not disappoint. If your kids love water slides then choose this hotel for non stop fun!!!

We have stayed here in the past and the staff is always fantastic. Julie really made our stay this time ???? The room was clean and comfortable and aside from the hot tub being out of order, the pool was great fun. My only critique is the lighting. Maybe try warm white in the rooms... The hard white fluorescents were a little rough on the relaxation vibe. Overall, a great stay for necessary trip to Saint John.

Great location, central to any shopping you may need to do. Staff is super friendly and house keeping keeps the rooms immaculate. Big 42" or so TV in the room with ample selection of programming as well as an HDMI jack if you want to hook up your laptop for some Netflix. The king bed was comfortable with nice clean linens. Breakfast was great although if you go down between 7am - 9am it's usually busy and runs out of seating fast so you'll be forced to go to your room after grabbing your food. They had eggs, hashbrowns, sausage/bacon, waffles (you make) fruit salad and various bagels and breads along with coffee/teas. Now for the negative and why I knocked off 2 stars. As others have said, the walls and floors either have no sound proofing or it just wasn't constructed with that in mind. I could literally hear people next to me carrying on a conversation and if people are walking above you, you hear it no matter how quiet they may try to be. For a new hotel, I was really shocked at how bad it was as I've been at really old hotels that had double walls between and you didn't hear anything. Too late for them now to fix it, but doubt I'll be back here again as I'd need to use ear plugs to get some sleep depending on the neighbours you have but this might not be an issue for others.

They were super helpful at our time of need. The beds were super comfortable and the room was spotless

Great place to stay with the family - could use some extra staff overnight to ensure that requests can be responded to and towels can be laundered for the pool.

The room was about as good as the view. No USB chargers in the room other than on an alarm clock. The room air conditioner was a bit quieter than a jumbo jet so that was a plus. One and done.

Average hotel. Clean, a little slow service. The swimming pool was very tiny, and the fitness room consisted only of 2 treadmills, an elliptical, yoga mat and ball. There was no water in the bedrooms to drink. The tv channels available were dire, so we ended up watching Amazon Prime on a smartphone! (Take a laptop and your own HDMI cable ...) But most of all the breakfast was abysmal, being largely carbs in one form or another. Add to that the fact that all the cups, plates and cutlery etc were all single use throw away - it's time thay hotels in general took much greater responsibility, so this was very disappointing. Wouldn't ever go back.

I've stayed here about 20 times a year since it opened, it was my go to place to stay but in the last year or so the service completely went down the tubes.

Previously have stayed in this hotel and enjoyed it. Most recent stay was very much sub par. Hopefully changes and improvements can be made to improve stay quality for guests in the future.

Pathetic customer service by the sneaky general manager himself who overcharged me and refused to honor the quoted rate (stated needed to make money at this time). Rooms are poor. Old uncomfortable beds, smelly linen and blocked drain.

We checked in a room and there was no hair dryer in it, and they switched our room to another one after requested and that one has no ironing board in it. And the lady at reception was not happy with our requests, very poor hotel management and service. Not impressed by what I experienced at all.

pool was very dirty and there were no clean towels available, AC in the room was so noisy and made it impossible to sleep, there was a gathering of over 10 people in the hallways, including hotel staff, talking loud late at night.

Hotel seems tired and needs some upkeep and tlc. have stayed there before but not going back.

The bed was hard, the pillows were flat. Could hear everything the upstairs people were doing. Bathroom is pretty at first glance but shower had mold and mildew in all corners. And we had garbage under our bed. Will not stay there ever again.

Mini fridge did not work, found some kind of old candy bar wrapper under the sheets, had 2 big bags of garbage by the elevator for 2 days that smelled. Not @ place I am in a hurry to stay at again.

Clean, comfortable. Convenience everything you could need while staying any length of time is available within a min drive. Pool slide was decent, although it was pretty heavy on the chlorine. They were also able to give me a late check out which is great! Staff was friendly. No movie rentals in rooms.

I'm actually surprised by what I found .. honestly I had read a lot of negative comments regarding this hotel especially cleaning point but it's really the opposite..the rooms are spotless shower is perfectly working and clean the gentleman at the front desk working night shift his really nice and very helpful I had requested him to give me a good room he didn't hesitate.. regardless my kids enjoying it and I highly recommend it

The hotel itself was good staff was friendly bed was comfortable breakfast was great waterslide and hot tub were a hit...our room did have a few issues nothing major just a few things that maintenance should look into bathroom door not closing, lights burned out, main bedroom door closing mechanism not working properly

Very limited parking, no hot breakfast, bagels and cereal and nutrigrain bars. Room was not very clean, pool area very dirty and pool was over chlorinated and cloudy. Beds are not very comfortable. Woke up very sore. Shower had intermittent water pressure. When guests in other rooms open and close their doors it’s very loud and will wake you up while sleeping as they slam very loudly. To be honest we thought this would be a great place to stay but after staying here we realized there are much nicer hotels in the city at much better prices. We won’t be staying here again.

It was a pretty good hotel the room was clean nice tv nice bathroom the beds where very comfortable the only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because I got woken up 9 in the morning to someone’s kids upstairs running around and screaming and the pool is very humid and your eyes burn the second you get in there from how bad the chorine is in there had to leave there after 15 minutes because how bad I was coughing and how hard it is to breath in there other then that pretty good hotel.

There are COVID restrictions as expected. There were 6 family on the floor we were on and everyone was next to one another while the rest of the hotel was practically empty. It's understandable but the walls are thin and we could hear next door TV all night. We could use the pool but only once and for a maximum of 30 minutes. The fan in our room was not working, the power to it was turned off from the breaker. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.
