If you are interested in buying one of these units, I highly insist you take your money elsewhere. This company extremely lacks customer support, and took months to get ahold of them about our unit that had would not work correctly upon our initial startup. And then still could not get ahold of anyone after having more issues with the unit. I have now had this unit for several months and have had minimal use because of the constant breakdowns we've experienced with it. You would think after spending $14,000 on a unit that the company would at least give some sort of support on a machine that doesn't even have 5 hours on it. We ended up taking the unit to our local pressure washer dealer(Great Lakes Hotsy) and they found multiple issues with it, one being that it was not plumbed correctly from the factory.

They don’t stand behind their product. After purchasing a new unit the thermostat burst on its first use. Ended up paying for a new $115 USD thermostat from them.

Wish I never bought this machine last year. Less than a year old and burner would not ignite, needed major burner replacement, now having issues with soap injection ( less than a month after getting machine back from having burner fixed). NOT impressed on a machine that has been used less than once a week and is less than a year old

My brother and I purchased an Easy Kleen unit for our dad for his birthday- the service was top notch, told them we didnt' want it too early as it was a surprise and they made sure it was ready on time, even with the extras we added to it. The whole family used it all summer from pressure washing decks, siding to vehicles, not one issues at all- we'd all recommend to anyone we know !
