Exactly like every other one in the chain
Its a great store to go buy video games from for all consoles. There has been only a few downsides to the store that I've experienced. I had bought an LG laptop from there and after a year or so the power plug in to the laptop got busted and couldn't charge. So we brought it in and the person said it would only take a week or so. And then we come back in a week and they say do we want to get a part from LG sent to us to fix it. So we say yes and we keep coming back in every week for 2 months and its still not even in. So we just took our laptop back and left the store seeing as they weren't doing anything to help.
Been into a lot of Best Buy in North America. I have to say this is by far the best in customer service. I have never receive this type of service in any Best Buy that I've been. Please keep up the great work

I love the Bestbuy here in Cornerstone. Best Bestbuy i have ever visited. I come here for my games, cameras, and other electronics. The staff is very engaging, you can strike up a conversation with just about any one of them. And they usually know what they are talking about. They will go above and beyond to fix any bad experience. The overall service is excellent.

This store used to be much better as Futureshop, however one benefit is they do not have commission now and so you don't have staff hounding you for a sale. I don't think staff are particularly knowledgeable about their products, especially in the PC department.

Worst customer experience ever at the Fredericton, NB location! Bought a pair of headphones there and wanted to exchange them for a different color of the same type "Beats Solo Wireless 3". Because they were on sale when I bought them, they wanted me to pay an additional $190 for the exact same type, just a different color. The pair I was exchanging wasn't even opened. The store manager ever had the nerve to say that ever though both pairs are Beats Solo Wireless 3, they are in fact different products. Ironic that the message I say on the pin pad while at customer service states "Hassle free refunds or exchanges". My visit was anything but. I look forward to the day this brick and mortar store goes out of business like so many before it. This will be the last thing I ever buy from Best Buy.

They advertise free shipping over$35. I ordered a deep freeze and they tacked on $277.99 shipping for a 40 minute drive. Other Appliance stores in Princes Albert have free delivery to the same town. The we informed them it was on an acreage just outside of town, and was informed that they don't deliver to farms/acreages. They cancelled the order, and told me they would refund the $639.34 for a $299 freezer. The next week, no refund had been received, so I checked the number on their website and it was listed as still needing my input as to where to deliver the freezer. So I called them, and the one lady hung up on me. I called them back, adn finally got through to someone else and they told me that refunds usually take a week or longer?!?!?!?! WHY? With today's tech, refunds at other stores take less than 30 minutes! Needless to say, i wont be buying ANYTHING from best buy ever again. Best check Leons over these guys, they have a lot better customer service, and refunds are same day.

Tonight I went in with my husband as we had planned on purchasing a tablet for our son for Christmas, it had to be ordered online as they were out of stock which was completely fine with us (I’ve ordered before online from here and never had problems) So at the till the lady calls over another employee for help and she tells him it keeps saying that it’s out of stock... he then starts typing on her till as she waits and she keeps saying “see it’s out of stock” in which he keeps telling her quietly “it should be ok....I’m sure it’ll be ok” not giving either of us an explanation. I can hear this exchange of words between them and become concerned because it’s also taking them awhile, I ask “are you out of stock? Cuz if you are I can always go try another store” and then the guy replies not even looking at me “it should be ok” still typing away. Meanwhile I still have my card out ready to pay for it but now questioning if I should or not when the guy isn’t certain that it’s even in stock but that ‘it should be ok?’ What if I pay for the thing and it doesn’t come in? And so I say “I’m not sure if I feel comfortable with ‘it should be ok’ “ He waits about 7 seconds still typing before he says to me “you can go to another store we refuse to serve you” I am still in complete shock! I did NOT use any sort of rude tone in my voice nor did I give any reason for this treatment. I was standing there being patient and wondering what was going on but getting no answers! And I was simply telling him how he was making me feel about the whole transaction. Waiting for him to put my mind at ease with an explanation but instead I get thrown out.. I am a quiet person who stays away from conflict, scenes or any of that sort of stuff. I have never in my life been treated so rudely, I felt my face go red in embarrassment and I walked out feeling humiliated. I couldn’t even say anything to him because I was in complete shock and felt 100% humiliated! I will never go back to that store.

I went looking for headphones. Door greeter helped me find a flyer with a smile and James helped me find out if there was any stock left as the shelves were getting empty. He also called another store to confirm if they still had any stock left for a specific pair I was looking at. I didn't end up buying anything yet; I will be back to bestbuy at some point.
You cant really call them any more. So if you wanna know something about the store it self, no way to reach them goes automatically to the call center and they provide ZERO info about whats in the actual local store. Bummer.

Went to look at bookshelf speakers. They only had two pairs. While standing right in front of the two pairs, an employee had to check the website on his phone to see if they had the two pairs. When I asked to demo them, he said I couldn't because he did not know how to connect them to an amp, but assured me they sound really great. Poor service, but not enough to prompt a bad review. What really got me going is that I just contacted them to order a replacement remote for an item I bought 2 years ago. I was told that was outside the service limit and they couldn't order the remote for me.

So far my experiences here have been great. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. GeekSquad has been excellent, Patrick is especially knowledgeable and patient when dealing with your tech issues.
It's a smaller location so not the same selection of in-stock items as the big city locations but still a good location, plenty of parking, clean friendly staff that do NOT follow you around and ask if they can help you every 5 minutes like best buy did. (I was asked 37 times in 15 minutes if I needed help and often by the same people 5-6 minutes later) 4 stars just due to a smaller location and often limited on higher-end items that you find in the bigger locations.

Great place to go for electronics if you don't quite know what you want, or if you want it right away. I was there twice. First, their staff member Reggie showed me to the hard drives and was able to explain all their drone offerings as well. The second time I was there, Nick was able to show me to their gimbals and quickly get it for me, and explain their other options as well. In and out in 10min including the time to purchase.

I went to Futureshop to have a quick look for iphone 5 cases. I found out they had the iphone 5 64 gb black in stock, wich any other store in town did not have. I avoided a week of wait thanks to that. The personal then efficiently took me through the process of activating the phone leaving no room for mistakes. They made sure to inform me of all the little details about plans and waranties. My experience that day exceeded my expectations and I will certainly go back to that store again Thank you Future Shop!

Purchased a washer and dryer from this location during the black Friday sale. The prices were very competitive and the customer service we received was good. At the time of delivery on Dec 5th, the driver noticed a huge dent on the side of the washer, we refused it. It was explained to us by the store that any issues with delivery to call their 1866 number/ not deal with the store. I called immediately and was told they would get back to me in 3 buisness days with a delivery date for the replacement washer. That day came and passed... no communication. I called today and was told they will get back to me within 24 hrs... I was called about 4 hrs later to be told I had to deal with the store directly as my purchase was not done online. Our replacement washer is set to be delivered on the 18th. We declined the extra geek squad coverage at the time of purchase and also did do again tonight at the store. Not going to pay $180 for $10 laundry credit.
My issues with Best Buy in Prince Albert is that everytime they have sales, when I go to buy something, they always seem to be out of what as I want to buy. They also don't have a well stocked selections of things I'd like to purchase. The major reason me, like many others, have chosen to start doing way more shopping online.

I was very upset when I tried to call this location and was routed to speaking to customer service in Ontario. That's just stupid. I had a simple question. Anyway I did end up going in and have a good experience. I read online that they didn't have display models up but there did when I went in.
Not a bad place, it’s expensive but that’s to be expected with a larger chain. Had someone ask if I needed help almost half a dozen times but it’s better then not being asked. Pros: New, up-to-date computer parts, clean, layout was easy to find parts. Cons: Expensive, not exactly a huge selection of computer parts.

Even have had issues with staff when it came to returning recently bought items that were broken out of box in the past. The franchise has decent enough prices, but don't rely on the in-store staff to know what they're talking about. Research your TV choices or computer choices yourself online. Best Buy sells some items refurbished, which is a great deal but it's all available on their website.
I've had significant dealings with BestBuy P.A. and they are overall a great store that I would recommend. I found the staff are very friendly, PATIENT and mostly knowlegable. The GeekSquad suppprt is great though pricy. It can save you a fair bit of money and inconvenience. I guess if you can spare the change sign up. Especially for your higher end merchandise. Keep it up guys!

Best Buy has a lot of stuff. It's kind of an eclectic collection of tech. I say this because they have a large range of laptops handheld devices and such. They have a large selection of TV'S and they also have a surprisingly large selection of appliances. I gave them 4 stars because they train their staff to use aggressive sales habits and because of this you get higher employee turn over and less knowledgeable staff. Their website coordinates well with the stuff in the store. You can get someone on the phone when you call the store. Also very important- They have the best phone screen protection system in the whole city.

My friend and I bought some things there only to find out when we got home that 2 out of the three items we had purchased were not working/damaged before even using them. We were both denied refunds just days after the purchases with our receipts. This isnt the first time that this has happened, but it will be the last. I have been a loyal customer since the opening of future shop, before best buy came but they have lost that loyalty. Amazon has better prices, product selection/availability and a good refund policy anyway.
Service was disappointing. I went in to Best Buy in Prince Albert to purchase a MacBook pro. Was looking to buy THAT day. Stood infront of the macs looking for number of minutes, had a number of people look my way but no one ever asked if they could help me or find someone to help me. Wandered around The store for probably another five minutes, keeping my eye out for an employee, a number of employees were buzzing about but again no one really looked our way or extended themselves. I just phoned of the store to ask about making a purchase online and perhaps picking it up and was put on hold for five minutes.
My first and only stop for great phone deals, bluray and 4k movies, electronics and video games, tvs, etc. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable

Not busy time of day
Prince Albert's Store seems to be always clean and somewhat organized. They also appear to loose a lot of useful products that I enjoyed being able to access. I am told this is based on proximity of people. Sales people always are nice. The only thing I don't appreciate at all about Best Buy is their Reward Zone gimmick. I say gimmick because the way they implement the reward system ensures you are not likely to be rewarded at all. I purchased a washer online and was never credited with the reward zone points. Customer services says I never entered my number on the order. Okay, what ever. Subsequent purchases were made - dryer, freezer, dishwasher etc... I received the points but I didn't read the fine print. You are awarded the points weeks after and then if you don't print them out and spend them within 180 days they go away. So I lost all mine. Who's not too busy to keep track of these points. Essentially they make this reward system so you have to hurry up and purchase something more to benefit from the meager points you get from purchases. You need to carry I.D. too in case they ask you during the spending of your points coupon. I say please, Best Buy, get with the rest of society and allow me to decide when to spend my rewards.

I just left here after being there 5 minutes. I was looking for a laptop for my boyfriend and a new laptop battery for me, immediately a lady that worked there came to ask what we were looking for we said a laptop for personal use because that was all we would need help with, she then stood there awkwardly for a while then went to a different section. We moved on started comparing two that we were interested in buying and then the same lady came and asked me to leave if I wasn't buying anything. I would not have really cared so much if we weren't both looking to buy items for ourselves There was two other couples there that I overherd were just looking at laptops and had been there before us and she had no issue with. We decided to leave immediately and will be buying elsewhere.

*BUYER BEWARE! They don't honor price matching, becareful if the Price-match is from a competitors "flyer" Bestbuy wont match it, they offer a flimsy excuse that: "Even their competitors dont have control of there own advertising and marketing?" (which doesnt make sense); it states in Bestbuy price match policy that Amazon, eBay and the like are not considered, which; tbh is fair, but when your competitor is directly beside you and you won't compete? Tells me that they don't want to be competitive for my business.
Went in looking to replace my tv. I was indecisive and the guy just took it. It didn't frustrate him at all. He was very sympathetic to my situation, and very kind in helping me out.
Good Best Buy location. Decent product selection and items in stock. I take advantage of the buy on line & pick up in store option, especially when items are on sale at a good price point. I have found the staff at this Best Buy to be helpful and available when needed but not overbearing.

Went to buy an external hard drive. The people were very helpful. I wanted an email copy but the cashier hit something and then wasn't able to get it to me and by then there were like 4 people behind me, so I didn't want to extend their wait even more. Not a big deal though, as I still got a paper receipt. Great service overall!

Connor at the Mobile Shop just changed my life basically with my new phone. Saved me money and explained everything perfectly, with also adding some humor in there as well. Nothing better then ending a long frustrating day that dramatically changed as soon as I walked into the building!!

I have spent alot of coin here. Good experience all the time except for the last 2 months trying to get a warranty replacement for my tv. Had to call geek squad did the claim. The recorded my personal information for contact not only once but 3 times. I had to call them 5 times in 2 months and visit the store 3 times. In the end got it replaced. Store staff is great 1 800 geek squad needs work.

I think they need to do a staff reduction at this store. My wife and i walk in, 4 people standing at the service desk, 3 at the check outs and 6.... thats right 6 at the phones in a circle talking. We were the only ones in the store, walked right by everyone looked around for 10 min and they all just looked at us and didn't say a word the whole time. rude, and a waste of money on staff. What a joke

Phoning into the Prince Albert store is a serious pain ever since they became best buy. hourly employee's don't care if the phone rings and they miss a customer, they get paid any way. Fix this cause your losing customers. When it was futureshop the phone was usually answered prompylt by someone who knew something about the product they sold.
It is the largest electronic store here and its name was FUTURESHOP before. Warm-hearted staff.

Best Buy has consistently been the worst service I've ever received since this store opened some 5 years ago.
I reserved an item online. A few hours later I received an email saying that the item was ready. I went to the store later in the day to pick it up. They could not find the item and had no record of the reservation. There was barely an apology, just an offer to see if someone from the mobility department would be available to help me find something else that might work. Total waste of time.

The staff was friendly enough, we bought a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher combo, and was told that all three could be installed upon delivery. Found out the day before that is not the case, was given a complete runaround for an hour on the phone, given irrevalent phone numbers to call, or numbers that didn't exist at all. Told we have to go to the store again in order to have the dishwasher installed. I don't think so, I'm sure a competitor is able to take credit card information over the phone. Please train your staff Best Buy.

Went there to make an order in Prince Albert. While there they got my son a balloon to play with and my daughter a nice leather chair to sit in since she wasn't feeling very good. Then they gave my kids each a Lego package to build at home. After I was done one lady carried my daughter out while I had to carry my oldest to the car and rocked my infant while I got the other two in the vehicle. They really helped out when I needed it so my kids were well taken care of while I was busy. Thanks, I will be ordering more from here and also like the free shipping to save even more money.
Got a cell phone here. Was told by the guy that sold us the phone that there was insurance we could pay 13 dollars a month for for two years which would cover any type of damage. Even water. He even went so far as to tell me I should purposely break it when I wanted to upgrade. Dropped my phone at the passport office a few months later and when I went in for a repair/replacement...wasn't covered. Guy who sold me the products was no longer there. Manager and employees I dealt with were smug jerks who acted like they were Harvard educated doctors withholding surgery rather than transient minimum wage retail employees. Literally had to walk away with nothing because after trying to articulate the circumstances for an hour to no avail and being treated like I was a fool, I was so angry with these idiots I was going to end up in jail if I stayed any longer. Bottom line is I am stuck with a 800 dollar broken phone and another year of paying useless insurance on a phone that is broken. Could never recommend Fredericton Best Buy.
Awesome place for electronics
I really thought after my experience with Best Buy in Edmonton, Alberta where I had first purchased my phone November 2016 would be the end shopping with them. My mother board quit in April 2017 therefore, I had sent it to geek squad and, got a ‘’NEW’’ phone which I had been promised by their employee a couple weeks later. Now June 2018 I’m having issues with this ‘’NEW’’ phone and they wouldn’t do anything about it. That’s where I had made a visit to this location in Fredericton! I had spoken to a gentleman named James, he was very pleasant to speak with and, made all options possible for me to receive something until my contract is finished. Reason why I had even made a visit to this location is that, I thought I still had apple coverage which expired due to a worker at apple making me aware but, they were willing to asses the phone anyhow at no charge to see if they could help me where it was an apple product after all and, could have the possibility of being covered under manufacture warranty. About an hour later my phone was assessed and, I had a list of issues that was wrong with it such as: the audio (No option to the speaker button or FaceTime, explained the reason why I could only use it with Bluetooth in my car). The battery was weak, screws around the mother board missing, screws missing on the fake plastic screen (the screen could have probably fallen out if I dropped it hard enough lol!) and, the SIM card plate was bent. It was a very big shock to me that, I had these many issues for such a ‘’NEW’’ phone. But, out of policy where it was a third party mistake with Best Buy the only option I had with the apple carrier store was to bring it back to them or pay 450$ for a new replacement phone which, I didn’t really want to do. When I arrived at the Best Buy store a gentleman named James spoke with me and, understood my frustration and, handled it really well! He got me on the phone with geek squad head quarters right away. The woman Paula was very irritating to talk too and really not the friendliest but, the experience in store was awesome!! I was made well aware that the gentleman in Edmonton, Alberta had given me false info on the iPhone I had received. All the phones from geek squad are refurbished which sucks but, at least you will have a phone until issues occur which is the biggest inconvenience! Especially being on contract and, you have no phone 3/4 of your experience. I did received my box to send the phone away today and, will be sending it off Monday. I hope this next phone won’t give me these many issues and won’t come out with a list describing half the phone missing!! I highly recommend this location they had given me a much better experience and, I will definitely keep my loyalty at this store! Thanks so much guys!!
I am happy with my new laptop, I also was able to trade in my old laptop towards my new one. I had been looking for a while leading up to Boxing Day. The only gripe I would make is that Boxing Day the Asus Tuf were still $950 so I decided to pay $50 more for an Asus Rog. Because at the time it was the best deal. Then Boxing Day I found out one of the Asus Tuf went on sale that I had been looking at for $250 off. I just wished I would of known the Tuf would of been going on sale for Boxing Day. While I still like my laptop, it would of been nice to of had both options on the table at the time. Not have to second guess the decision a month later.
Went in for extra computer storage, was recommended the wrong thing. Went back, was told by another associate that what I needed was not available. I suggested a photo stick. Associate brought me to another area and voila, what I bought worked but was told anything opened can’t be returned for money, only a credit for something more expensive even if it was recommended by an associate. Next week, went in for a computer and hit the jackpot with Peter. Exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Best associate ever. With his tech savvy, I’d take him to the moon and back to use his expertise. Patience beyond belief. Thanks Peter for making my shopping a learning experience. Great job!
I am very disappointed at their service here. I bought a TV about 3 weeks ago and i was told the TV was out of stock. Uptill now i am yet to get a refund from them. And i was told its because they have system issues and the issue has been escalated over 3weeks now. This is very painful and annoying because i saved up to buy this TV to enjoy for Christmas. Now am seeing good deals in other stores and if i order now on those stores i can still get my TV for the holidays. Bestbuy has refused to refund me for an item that was out of stock in their company. Even if i decide to buy from them again, which would never happen again the earliest its showing me for shipping is 19th of January. But i cant even order from those stores who have better deals and can ship immediately because i can't get my refund back from Bestbuy. This is so unfair and frustrating. This is my worst experience ever. Being denied of a refund in 3weeks
I've always had a positive experience when purchasing stuff from the store but , yesterday I had to enquire about some problems with my computer . Geek Squad might well have been some guy taking in things to be shipped out to be fixed ,he really new nothing but kept repeating that we had to take the computer back to the original form before he could send it out (the extra ram i bought with the computer from you guys) honestly after that I figured why bother having the geek squad if they do nothing .......unimpressed

The worst! They are not accepting calls. I purchased a plan for $22 to have replacement covers on my Fitbit to help avoid scratches and what not. It was not explained you have to have the old one to get a new one put on only when you go to get a new one put on. They can peel of fairly easily against objects. So long story short, no old plastic cover, no new one! I had to give one star to even give a review! Not good business!

Not the product but the company's policy presentation. Best Buy's policy is that you can only exchange headphones once its open. If you exchange with one with lower price u will not get paid back the spare amount, and if you exchange with higher price you will need to pay more. While I understand why that policy exists, and it would be acceptable if I know this beforehand, since I didnt see any info like that before buying, when I want to exchange I keep feeling pushed to buy higher than the price I set at first, and there is no way my money is going to return. That is not a good feeling at all. The customer service is mediocre.

This is one of my least favorite stores to shop for anything for, at. There is always someone walking up to you and asking if you need help. In a 10 minute trip, 4 people or more will come forward. Minimum. It's annoying. On top of that, their prices, in my opinion, are unfairly high. The warranty on things is extra and not very good. I wouldn't recommend shopping here vs online. Plus, when I need something, they are usually the first place NOT to have it.

Bought an extended 4 year warranty on my laptop a year ago. It cost almost $400. A fan was noisy, so I took it in to be repaired. It wasn't fixed when I got it back a month later. I took it back in, they sent it back 5 weeks later and it still wasn't fixed. I took it elsewhere to be fixed. Best Buy will not give me a refund for the three years left on the warranty.

They're price match thing is kinda lame now, a lot of the savings you find can be probably found better online. Staff are pretty nifty fellas and they make the atmosphere less robotic feeling. As for the customer service desk area in my visits the people their tend to be a bit less friendly
This was a futureshop that was converted to a best buy. It's "okay" but it seems the other purpose built best buy stores are cleaner and more open. It has most of the regular things but is smaller so a lot of the expanded selection just isn't there.

Terrible customer service. Was looking for ink and paper for a smartphone photo printer, the two guys helping me very obviously didn't know the product at all and sold me the wrong stuff even after I showed them the exact printer on their shelf. Not sure why they wouldn't ask an employee that did know. When I went to return they told me they couldn't because it was open and then very rudely told me "it is the consumer's responsibility to know the return policy." I then explained what had happened and the employee then refused to serve me calling me rude. Lol what a joke. Amazon for the win.
I was in this store about 720 pm tonight and not one person greeted me. I walked around the store for almost 10 min before someone actually came up and asked me if I needed help. The so called greeter was busy playing with a puppy, there was someone on the floor looked like he was on his phone, another boy whipped by me riding a shopping cart, another walked right by me and never acknowledged me. What a disgrace. I think management or even higher up should watch the evening videos to see exactly what the evening staff is doing. When I tried to contact someone at Best Buy I could not even find a number to talk to someone. I won’t be in that store and I’ll be closing my account with them as well. Annoying staff breathing down your neck while you shop
They never answer the phone you can let it ring and ring and they don't care so I thought I'd head in the store to ask if they have the DVD I was looking for. When I got there they said some onewould help me as soon as possible. So I waited 20 min for the three workers to finish there conversation. befor the same person to turn around and ask how they can help me. even Walmart has better service then them witch doesn't say much.

Unless you're buying something that is going to give the employee a commission you won't get much in the way of help. In fact, from what I've been told, if an employee sells too many products without much mark up and the ability to tack on other purchases (ie. the warranty) it will negatively affect their stats which is why so many employees will avoid you like the plague. I went in there once years ago to buy a PC and approached a group of guys explained what I wanted, and had them run off while whoever was left basically gave me a lot of misinformation about the PC I was buying. I even bought a warranty and brought in the PC several times to be fixed but they never actually fixed anything and only applied band-aid temporary solutions. Years later (last year actually) I wanted to buy a 32" TV that was on sale and went in to get it. It was sold out in store so the employee looked it up online on his phone and said it wasn't available at all and tried to talk me into buying a 40" TV for about twice the price. I said I would think about it. I went home went online and found the original TV I wanted and just ordered it that way without having to deal with someone upselling me and it was delivered to my door for free. There are lots of cool products in the store, but the attitudes of some of the employees leave a lot to be desired. If you know exactly what you want or talk to someone who is knowledgeable about the product it can be worth it, but not everyone who works there is a so called expert in their field. It's best to take what anyone says there with a grain of salt and do your own research.
I just called the local number to get a voicemail saying that due to increased volumes of calls they are not taking calls. Such poor customer service. Increased volumes of calls very likely means increases in sales which means increased profit, which the company is not prepared to spend on decent customer service. They should say they’re not taking calls due to increased greed. Then I go to the store-during a pandemic- to be told what I am hoping to purchase is sold out. So frustrating.

Just when I thought Best Buy couldn't get less relevant, I show up there to have a physical look at their laptops. To my surprise, the store has stripped all display models without mention anywhere. Utter waste of time. Now, I do understand why this was done. But, I don't need a 16 year old searching the Best Buy website on his phone. I'm pretty sure I can handle that from home, thanks. You're quickly resembling the Sears model and making yourself even less relevant.

"Poor Customer Relation" I bought a new Digital Sony camera from Bestbuy in Prince Albert on the 23rd of December 2016 .Despite the fact that this was supposed to be a new camera the lens was clearly defective as an error message indicating that the camera did not recognize the lens ,came up the very first time I attempted to use the camera.Hence I was not able to use the camera until I took it back after the Christmas period.At that time we discovered that the lens was defective. Part of the process of discovering that the lens was defective involved fitting the lens that was attached to the display camera to my new camera .The decision was then made to give me the said old lens that was attached to the display camera. When I asked the supervisor for a discount, given the fact that I'm now taking an old lens for which I paid the full amount {$479.99}for a new lens and camera it was flatly denied. I'm a regular Bestbuy customer and am extremely disappointed with how I was treated and will certainly not be buying anything from Bestbuy again. Very unsatisfied customer

Decent price on printer and ink, and good service.
I just bought a broken "brand new" computer. I went in and insisted it looked used and they assured me it wasn't. Got home and the volume was broken and volume bar permanently In the top left corner. Called to get help and got the run around and they told me it was a manufacturer defect and to return it to fix. I guarantee it was returned and used as it was dirty as had tape marks in 2 places. They said they can replace it but will take 8 days. I need one now.. I will never shop here again!

I bought a computer here and they did everything they could to help me pick the right option and give me the best deal they could. Constantly striving to save me money where they could. While there was a minor hitch with pickup the next day, Andrew (the manager), turned a negative experience into a very positive one coming up with a very viable solution. Their customer service has made me a lifelong customer of their store.

The store itself is great. The parking situation sucks and it is also can be difficult to exit during peak hours.
Terrible in every way! They sell broken merchandise, customer service requires at least 3 people to come up with a lot of "Uhm and Ahh" with hardly any answer, and if you have a problem with something they jump to thinking it is just you and not take you seriously. Never shop there, I know I will never ever again! This is based on over one year dealing with them, not just a one off.

Tried to call the store but kept being redirected to the website, sorry for the use of the vernacular, but why give a local phone number that doesn’t connect you to the local Best Buy store?
Had great customer service during the busy hours of boxing. I got help from multiple employees and they were all very happy to help.

I haven't been very happy with the sevice the past 3 or 4 times I've been there. I found staff to be kind of rude, almost ignorant actually. When I needed one of my devices serviced. They said they didn't have the part, they didn't know how long, if it might even come in.
They staff were friendly and very helpful
