If I could give 6 stars I would. I stop in once a week for a large order... The young lady that is usually there recognizes my car and has a second pot of coffee on before I walk in the door. The entire order is prepared very fast... And is always delicious... Best hashbrowns around. Great Food Great Service... The only fast food restaurant I always leave a tip.

The place is clean and the staff is friendly. I don't visit often, but, our orders were taken and after paying for it, we were told to go ahead and have a seat. The sweet young lady delivered our food to us at the table. Very unusual, for a fast food place. I was surprised. Very nice touch! ???? The food was good and served hot and as usual, the Root Beer was delicious and cold! ????

We just finished off a couple of cheese-mushroom-mozza burgers and they were fantastic. We also had onion rings and fries as a side dish. All finished off by a couple of hefty mugs of A&W Root Beer. If you want a great meal, it hits the spot. Always.

They were open on New Year's Day night. The staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. My burger was made fresh to order and was delicious. The fries tasted hot and fresh and the root beer is the best around. A great spot to stop and stretch in each driving between Moncton and Edmundston. Recommended. And so much better than McDonald's.

It seems hit and miss sometimes on quality. Onion rings always seem to fall apart. But the fries are addictively good, swift service and I love the meatless burgers (I want to believe that they're grilled, not microwaved but I'll take what they got)...and they do up a great breakfast.

Not sure why I come back. Avoid if you're in a hurry, I get faster service at the nearby Subway. I like A&W food so it's a shame this one dissapoints over and over again. Food is usually better, today I couldn't tell the bacon from the burned cheese that drips out of a grilled cheese on to the frying pan for 5 minutes too long. Edit....that is burned cheese after all.

The drive thru is super slow staff seem robotic instead of down to earth . They have the best burgers in town hands down. They need to work on a solution for take out pop as warm pop from a paper straw is not the happy ending to my meal infact it goes right in the garbage .

This specific A&W has been ran into the ground. The staff is slow, the orders have to be repeated more than once and STILL HAS item missing and/or wrong. Took over 20 minutes to get 2 combos& 2 kids meals. And it was still missing toppings/items. They never have any onion rings which is hilarious because they make them in store last time I checked. You’d get your food quicker if you went to Fredericton. Don’t waste your time or money.

My husband and I came in for a meal in the evening ruffly 8 o'clock. The food was good. But the service wasn't. Employees were arguing among each other and the front room was dirty. Dishes piled. Dirty tables and the floor has piles of dirt near the front entrance the bathrooms and the front register.

Sorry but had our first bad experience at A&W Woodstock, NB. First my chicken wrap came with the lettuce on the outside of the wrap so there was ranch all over the ourside of the wrap. Second, they must have changed their mayo on the Chubby chicken, the new mayo is disgusting...might want to rethink that! Third, my husband was half way theough his Chubby chicken and noticed a sliver of carrot on the bottom of the bun. They might want to crack down on their employees to do a better job....its not like they were busy!!

Went here with a massive group and they did a great job! They were super fast on the order and we had 15 people! The food all tasted amazing! There was a little mix up of food on our end and burgers got mixed up and they said no problem and gave us anouther and fixed it! The staff was so sweet and amazing! Would 100% recommend eating here! Best place in woodstock!

I have had THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN THIS RESTAURANT, the worst , we drove all the way from edmundston and made a stop to get some food to finish our drive to moncton , they gave our order to a person after us and it wasn’t even what he ordered and because of covid he had to keep it, and then we have waited for more than 30 MINUTES, MORE THAN 30 min , and our order hasn’t being given to us, as they gave drive thru… we kept asking for our food, they kept saying it’s coming , 45 minutes passed, we took our refund and left THE WORST EXPERIENCE ( and it’s wasn’t even busy )

We just ordered 2 double mozza burgers with extra sauce. Neither had extra sauce. Barley any sauce at all. The patty was juicy but bc of the lack of sauce they were so dry. We went to Tim Hortons for something to drink. Otherwise we would have choked on the very dry buns. And this was almost $18.00 for two of the most pathetic burgers that I have ever had. We will not be going back there again.

Great food and lovely staff! The actual physical store is dirty and needs repaired. Dedicated maintenance and cleaners are needed. Smudged windows, greasy tables, missing floor tiles, extremely dirty floors, displays and wall art damaged, paint needs retouched.

The whole building stank (like sewage). Very off-putting for dine-in. The server behind the counter was awesome. Very personable. Food was not great. Eggs & bacon were cold. The place was not busy. Used to be very good place to eat (pre-covid). This was my first time back in over a year. Hopefully this is a one-off. I will try again in the future because every restaurant has a bad day.

On route to Halifax, stopped in while my boyfriend got McDonald’s. I prefer A&W’s breakfast (the bacon and cheese omelette especially), and this location did it perfect! The staff was so pleasant, and I also bought some A&W post-it notes and sunglasses that I happened to see in the cabinet! Definitely worth the delicious breakfast and great hospitality if you are driving by.

I found black hair in my deluxe veggie burger! And another in poutine! That is disgusting!!!!!! And this is not a surprise, because when I glanced into their kitchen it was dirty.. Stuff had no hats or something to cover their hair. That was the only place in woodstock where we could get a veggie burger.. but I will never come back there!
