Bought my pool from them 5 years ago. I attended both their free opening and closing seminars and they have always been extremely helpful. When it comes to the pool, I do everything myself. Any time I have gone in there with a problem, I've come out with a solution. Had to change the sand in my filter in the fall and they gave me advice along with written instructions on how to do it. Nice store, good location, great staff. I strongly recommend!

Great shop the staff member was very helpful and very knowledgeable about what we needed she also did not over sell the product if we didn't want it she just advised on why the next size and model up would be more beneficial to our needs for the use we where going to use it for I would highly recommend anyone to go here a big plus was that it is open on Sunday and for me that works away from home this ment I could get my pool back up and running for my family before going back to work once again thank you to the member of staff for your help there today.

Favorite place to shop! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great prices too. I bought an above ground pool on Kijiji 3 years ago and had to change the liner and several of the parts. I went into the store showed photos of what I had and they helped me out with finding everything that was missing or needed replacing. Have bought several parts there for my pool over the past three years. Before buying items, I often look them up first online to see what I'm looking at paying. On parts especially I have found that the prices at Amazon Pools and Spas are lower than the ones on Amazon.ca.

Our pump let go on us yesterday and I called everywhere around Fredericton to get prices on a new one. They were to most reasonable price! 130$ difference than other places for the exact same pump. Picked up the pump and went back later to get a few fittings adjusted for it. Knowledgeable staff to say the least. The piece I brought in had a bend in the hose and the girl working noticed and suggested adding a small extension after cutting the end off to fit the new pump. They even put the plumbing together for me. Had she not noticed, chances are I would of had to come back and get those pieces later. When you leave 35 mins out it makes a difference! Huge thank you to the staff who helped us out.

The best pool place in Fredericton. The staff is very confident, knowledgeable and helpful. We have been purchasing our pool supplies and chemicals from them for the last several years. I feel as though they appreciate my business and I am willing to spend a few extra dollars on some items for that alone. You might think that the young staff wouldn't be able to answer your questions. You would be wrong. I read a model number from my sand filter and she knew how much sand I needed and asked if I had changed it before. She offered up some advice and pointed me to their website where they now have some blog posts for how to guides and maintenance. I found it very helpful! Great service!

A great place to buy a pool, but the service after the fact is not so great. They opened our pool this year, but didn't give us all the necessary parts. One day out of warranty, a leak developed along the seam. They patched it, and told us they would contact the manufacturer to see if it would be covered. Today I get a call asking me to pay the bill for the fix, since the leak was not along the seam. It was, but since there is now a patch over the leak, it's too much bother to fight over the bill. I paid it, and am now done with this company. Unfortunate, but there you go.

Pool water testing service was good here but in-home service seems very unprofessional. I feel like they have no idea what they are doing.. I don’t know if other company will help dumping the changed sands but they don’t do that. I also asked to clean the salt system but they only cleaned the cell and not cleaned the union screen, bypass. Besides, I was promised that they would call me back on Tuesday afternoon to follow up with all my questions but they didn’t after four days. I ended up resolving all my issues myself by searching online because they don’t quite understand the salt system I owned.

They basically just sell pools and spas. Packages aren’t tailored to clients, you’re basically left to your own devices to get everything you need. And God help you if you need follow up service as it is non existent. They tell you they will be here at a certain time and no one EVER shows. They hardly ever answer the phone or return phone calls. Frank is a ghost. Their installation guys are the only ones keeping them afloat. Simply horrible, NOT recommended.

Amazon Pools and spa’s go above and beyond to make sure their clients are well taken care of. We purchased a hot tub and since day one they have made sure that we have been completely satisfied with the product and also with the service. We shopped around the area and found that Amazon pools and spas were the perfect fit for us. From the moment we walked through the doors up until 10 minutes ago we have been treated as though we were their top priority. We have owned a hot tub in the past in a different province and had good service but these guys at Amazon pools and spas went above and beyond our expectations. From the store floor staff to the finance staff(Gabby) made sure that we were satisfied with our purchase and had answered all our questions as we asked them. Frank is very knowledgeable and if there is a problem he will work until the problem is solved And will not leave until we are 100% satisfied. Bad reviews are sometimes from people having a bad day and have nothing better to do than complain. If you are in the market for a hot tub or a pool go to Amazon Pools and Spas. You will not be disappointed

The in store staff is rather good, but the team that installed our poll was not exactly switched on. When they had to return to fix the pool the lead said "what can I tell you, it was a Friday job". Perhaps the worst thing about Amazon Pool and Spa is their after sales service, which is non-existent. We've had a few issues with the pool and we always are told someone will be out to look at it or "let me check on that and I'll call you back"; of course, we are never called back. In the end, we have just given up and if we need help with our pool we go to Mario's on the South Side.

I've visited and called on numerous occasions with questions and they have always been great with responding. I am fully convinced that a monkey with a ruler and a primary school education could have done a much better job than Amazon Pools and Spas. Multiple aspects of the pool were installed incorrectly making upkeep and maintenance overly tedious, time-consuming, and expensive for future years. The owner is also an extremely rude and seemingly entitled individual with no intuitive sense of how to interact with others (this has also been referred to in the other negative reviews). Would rate 0 stars if possible.

I purchased a heat pump For my pool (which I purchased from Mario’s) from them last summer as the had a decent promotion going on. Initially, customer service was A1. This all changed as soon as they made the sale. When it came time to go and pick up the heat pump, a taller, bald headed feller was in the book throwing stuff around the warehouse out of anger as he searched for the extra hose that I purchased. I ignored this as odd as it was. I got the truck loaded up with the heat pump and extra hose. I then asked for the winter heat pump cover that was included with the promotion. I was informed that they did not have them in stock at that moment but to call back in couple of weeks. Ok, very best. I called back in two weeks and they told me that the covers still weren’t in and I would be contacted when then did arrive. I heard nothing else from them. It came time to close the pool and winterize the pump so I called and asked for the cover. They said that they are sold out but was told to put a tarp over it. Ok, but you made the sale and promised to include a cover. I called last week as I thought that I had a leak in the pump. I spoke to some lady whom gave me the name of an individual that would do the warranty work. I called that individual and he said he would come to fix it but I had to pay his travel in the amount of $225 + tax. Excuse me? For warranty work? At this point, I was done with Amazon. I contacted Mario’s and although I didn’t purchase the pump from them, they were extremely helpful and even contacted Hayward (manufacture) on my behalf. Hayward contacted me and asked for proof of purchase. I couldn’t locate my receipt so I called amazon and asked for a email copy. They said that they would send one. However, they did not. I had to show up there to get a copy of the receipt. Hayward also told me that no warranty slip was taken out for my area even though that guy was going to come “fix” it as long as I paid for his travel. Shady. I still have don’t have the cover that they promised to me and at this point, I wish I would have just spent the extra money and bought the heat pump from Mario’s when I got my pool. I will never go back there nor recommend this place.

Purchased a pool 3 years ago and just recently a hot tub. Great service. Go to get my water tested once a month or so in the summer and now go for the hot tub too. Never pushed into buying stuff I don't need or don't want. Installer know what they are doing and the store staff know their stuff!

Got an in-ground pool installed from them last spring. A-1 service from day one. We very much appreciated that everything was explained to us every step of the process. Had an issue with our pump at the end of last summer and they switched it out with a new one on the same day that I notified them that it wasn't working. Have also had great service in store any time I've been in. Just bought a hot tub. Shopped around and found that nothing seems to compare to the Bullfrog line that they sell. Can't wait to get our tub! Thanks guys! I will without a doubt be sending you friends and family.

Everyone I have dealt with at Amazon Pools and Spas is amazing and very knowledgeable. We get our water tested regularly there and they are able to tell me everything we need to keep our pool’s chemicals balanced! We even have experienced problems with our pool turning green due to our well water and they were able to solve the problem. Now, whenever I top up with my well water there’s no more issues! I highly recommend everyone to go there for all their pool & Spa needs.

Great place to shop. We purchased a pool from here in the beginning of the year and have always had a great experience. We were informed of a few days delays on our installation due to weather and we were always kept up to date. Installers were great from beginning to end. The store staff know what they are talking about. They don't let you leave until they know you understand everything. Being a first time pool owner can be confusing, specially with the chemicals but they made sure we had all the right information. Great investment and happy we went to Amazon!

Went here to get a few parts for my hot tub. They couldn't find my valve based on the pieces I brought in. 20 minutes later my phone rang, and they had found my valve based on their records of my original hot tub purchase. 20 bucks later my hot tub was fixed. Great customer service.

Last spring, after shopping around quite a bit, we chose to buy our above ground pool at Amazon Pools & Spas. We do not regret our decision at all! They gave us an installation week and called ahead of time to let us know exactly when they would be here. The guys who installed were very nice and knew their stuff. We LOVE our pool! We’ve been in store numerous times. We had questions about our salt system and how to maintain our pool and every time, the knowledgeable girls on staff were extremely helpful. They know both my husband and I by name and know what pool and equipment we have. In the fall we went to Amazon’s free pool closing seminar and got hand outs and all the guidance needed to close the pool ourselves. When we signed for our pool, Gabby who sold it to us said: “Welcome to the Amazon family!” and I can honestly say that is the feeling that we have had from day one, just like part of the family.

We had in ground fibreglass swimming pool installed by Amazon pool in fall. Had the fibreglass shelf installed in ground in fall, and swimming pool equipment in early summer. Lynn had amazing 3D pool design and made sure we got it the way we want. Frank and his crew were amazing to work with and very professional.
