11 hours of cleaning for $400. Small house 1200sq ft. Horrible job..light fixtures not cleaned..bathroom cabinets not cleaned...wall unit and tv not cleaned..living room furniture not cleaned...pantry & storage floors not vacuumed or washed. Not one room in home was fully cleaned even though a list was provided. Not sure what 11 hrs was spent on. Previous house 3500sqft was cleaned by other cleaner in 7 hrs and house was meticulous. No refund offered only apology. Would not recommend. Maids Plus see review excellent!

Awesome service! They leave the house spotless. I really appreciate how responsive and accommodating they are, too, when it comes to adjusting the cleaning needs we have. They get to it from the minute they arrive and clean up until the minute they leave. Very friendly and professional too! Definitely recommend to others.
