I've had Shack Shine to my house to clean my gutters and wash my exterior windows the last two years. They checked in by text message when they were on the way to the house and then tackled the job with a crew of at least three. Within a couple hours, they were done and left squeaky clean windows. The price seemed reasonable, the staff friendly, and they did a good job.

Dan and his Shack Shine team installed Christmas lights on our home recently. I was impressed with all three of the Shack Shine representatives I spoke with and felt the communication was exceptional. The one small issue (defective bulb) was dealt with very quickly. I plan to have them back in the spring for window cleaning. I am sure you can find these services cheaper, but if peace of mind is important to you, you cannot go wrong with Shack Shine.

We are busy with two young kids and full time work but Shack Shine makes some aspects of home maintenance easy! We were late learning about their services last fall and missed the weather window to get our gutters cleaned before things froze but Dan has been great at connecting throughout the winter if it looked like the weather was warming up. We loved our Christmas lights through their service - it was so easy to choose and customize colours, and they did a great job putting them up in a really tidy way!

I honestly called 3 other companies before I found Shack and Shine... the other companies said they would email me a quote, 2 weeks later I got nothing and when I called back to be like what's going on they were very rude about it and didn't think it was a big deal that they made me wait 2 weeks. So we tried again and after 1 week I still didn't get a quote... called back AGAIN, and they said oh sorry we are busy... anyway called shack and SHINE, got me a quote over the phone in 2 min and are doing the job at my house as we speak, SOLID customer Service. I have several properties I own and rent out and let me tell you... Shack and Shine has a customers for life with me now. these other companies can learn a thing or two from Shack and Shine
