We've been using Pureways for 3 consecutive years now and we are very pleased with their service quality. Nour and his team service our lakefront property in lake country on a twice per year basis. They power wash our driveway, remove all of the spiderwebs, and clean our windows and glass railings. They always show up clean, presentable and full of positive energy which I am very fond off. These guys are professionals, my gutters haven't been cleaned in over 5 years and I could see the moss growing out of them. When i called pureways and mentioned that i am having overflow and drainage problems they prioritized my property and cleaned them the same week! They vacuumed everything out and into a clean container so it was nice not having to worry about the mess with the traditional way of scooping it all out. They also rinsed my gutters and repaired the leaks! I refer them to anyone looking for good service !

These guys are professional in many ways for sure. I would advise that you don't know how much moss you have on your roof until someone checks so be prepared for extra costs. Also I would suggest that you ask for forewarning should the actual cost exceed the original quote. I don't doubt they've done a good job but unfortunately it's impossible to check. They are very quick to respond to questions.

Had new gutters installed October 2019. They had to return once to fix a slight leak. Skip ahead a couple of years (July 2021) - gutter is starting to buckle in the middle section. Several times I've tried calling and leaving messages via website. No response. It's now Sept 2021. I don't know if they are still in business. Warranty is supposed to be for 20 years. Not impressed.

I’ve been using Pureways for over 3 years now and I am very pleased with both the customer service and the quality of the service they offer. They always answer my calls right away (unlike some if the other cleaners that I’ve dealt with in the past) and I am booked within minutes! The lady on the phone (Melissa) is very friendly and knowledgeable - she assigned me to a certified technician who walked me through all the issues I was having with my gutters. They did my gutter cleaning, repaired my leaks and a section that was falling off from the ice and some of my broken soffit pieces that fell out from the heavy wind! The most unprofessional service. The installers told me they ran out of my lights and after i left i went in the garage and right in front was a whole rubber maid container full of perfectly usable lights and they only attached one timer when they were to put timers on all areas and there were plenty of timers, if they opened the box. I wouldn't recommend them

It was nice that when I had a concern the owner called me back. To the owner I say, if ya ever hear of a company that will come to my home and do 13 windows inside and out and clean the frames and the screens for $100 let me know. I've had my windows done for 20 years every year and no one does windows for $100.00 I've always paid 2-$300.00. That's what I expected pay you, your employee did turn me away saying I did not enough windows for him to bother doing.

We had gutter guards installed in the spring of 2020. Pureways was very responsive in securing the work and getting the work done. Shortly after we stared getting water leaking back into our fascia and contacted them to fix it. Nour, their service manager acknowledged it was caused by the gutter guards and that they would come and fix it. This was 10 months ago. Repeated emails to them have been unanswered as well as voicemails left for them not returned. I would warn against using Pureways.

UPDATE: My invoice for the gutter installation shows that Pureways is at UNIT B - 1771 HARVEY AVENUE , KELOWNA, BRITISH COLUMBIA , V1Y 6G4. Currently Google Maps indicates that this business is actually Scrubs and Pureways is no where to be found. So much for a 20 year warranty. _______ We had Pureways install gutters along the front of our house in October 2020. For the original work, Pureways was responsive and efficient. The work looked good. However, the gutter has now buckled in the centre and needs to be repaired. Our contract with Pureways indicates that we have a 20 year warranty on material and workmanship (no restrictions). I have tried to contact Pureways numerous times by email. Their office is closed, so it is not currently possible to reach someone in person. So far, Pureways has provided nothing further than an auto-generated response to my email. My take from this is that Pureways is ready to take your money for the work to be done, but no where to be found if warrantee work needs to be done. They do not seem to stand behind their product or work. Buyer Beware.

Asked for a quote for gutter replacement and they got right back to me with a one week timeframe to do the job. Three people came to do the replacement, they were on time and did a great job even though the weather was bad. The price was as quoted. I would not hire them to fix a gutter issue. I hired them to fix a water leak from my gutters. They came out 3 times, each time using a different sealant. In the end I had to hire Eagle Eavestrough to properly fix the gutter issue. It was a simple fix if the technician had the knowledge.

Hired them to replace soffits and gutters , guys were friendly but not experienced, job was a disaster guys didn’t have tools or proper training , owner nour was very rude and unprofessional, I would not ! Recommend this company to anyone I was told it was a one day job , a week and a half later still not done and more deficiencies daily , they put gutters on before soffits !!!??? Run, You can deny it but you know you lied in reply to my review , it shows in other reviews and talking to other business owners on your quality of work and knowledge, you lied about me calling them names as I did not !!! And the first crew never returned because they didn’t know how to install soffits , putting gutters on first ..... come on !! Stick to cleaning windows and cleaning gutters !!! Don’t lie to make yourself feel better train your guys and do work properly!!! And learn how to run a business

I had this company install gutters and facia on my house last spring . The facia looks like a pop can that has been dented in the sun and the gutters leak when it rains . When I called for a warranty call they said that’s not there problem and to call back when I had actual warranty issues . I tried to explain to the person in a email that the water running off my roof was running behind the facia boards and not into my gutters . This person said they could add a drip guard at a cost . I have paid for them to do the job right the first time not have them come back and do the job a second time and charge me again . I would NOT recommend this company . Not at all .
