Wow am I ever impressed. Ken was punctual, professional and efficient. While cleaning my furnace he noticed the belt was tearing in two places and offered to pick up a new one and swap it out for me (he took pictures it was a legit concern). The price was FAR less then I was expecting and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Easily the best in the city by my experience (of 4 or 5 total).

His employees are also terrific and he treats them well. Just a terrific job they did, I couldn't be happier. Even after forgetting something Greg was kind enough to send is crew back. Booked them to do duct cleaning. No questions asked at booking. Showed up and said didn't have enough time to do 3 furnaces because of another job. Could do 1 and come back. Was told want all 3 or none they then said they had the wrong truck to do this job....

These guys bent over backwards for me and gave arguably the best customer service I have received anywhere. They do quality work and stand by it. If you are interested in my experience read on. We had our cat get into the vents were he decided to live and defecate for almost a week (don't worry he wasn't stuck, he refused to come out and we got him food and water...). The smell was awful, the whole house stunk like cat pee. Once I got him out we needed to get our vents disinfected & cleaned. Power Vac was one of only 3 companies in town I could find that offered a vent disinfecting/deodorizing service. My pregnant wife and I were starting to get sick and needed the vents cleaned ASAP. Power Vac was the only company that found a way to get us in the next day. All of the other companies had a 2-3 week wait time and weren't interested in fitting us in before then. They showed up the next day and did an excellent job of cleaning and disinfecting the vents. Unfortunately , the disinfectant did not completely get rid of all of the cat smell so they came back the next day and sprayed the vents with a deodorizer free of charge. This got rid of the smell completely. Thank you Power Vac!!!

Terrible service called to have a dryer vent unplugged, agreed for them to clean the rest of the ducts while they where there. They cleaned the ducts didnt even bother to take the cover off the dryer vent to attempt at fixing the blockage. Had to do it myself, and they still charged 394$ So why call a proffesional company if they do the easy part and leave the homeowner to fix it himself.

What a great experience, display of professionalism, and customer service. Aysia was friendly, informative, polite and thorough. Just moved in to the house only to find out it hasn't been cleaned in 10 years! Furnace is working better and now have that piece of mind with the anti-bacterial spray that my family is breathing in clean, healthy air. Top job

Tirelessly worked on a house that I am the property manager for. 12.5 hours he worked and never let up on his politeness, professionalism and hard work! I recently had occasion to hire Powervac Kelowna to clean my HVAC system. They attended for this purpose yesterday, May 13th, 2021. I booked the appointment a couple of weeks ago with the manager, Greg, who was very friendly and informative about the services Powervac offered. He was not pushy at all but he explained his company's services very well. When asked about the competitors in the area he didn't disparage them but only compared and contrasted their attributes. I found Greg to be very professional in his demeanor. Powervac Technician, Mike, attended to perform the requested services. His truck and equipment were modern and clean and appeared to be very well organized and maintained. Mike, himself, was well groomed and masked up for safety. He was courteous in all of our dealings from start to finish. He was also very methodical and thorough in the work he did. At one point he cautioned my wife and me about the noise that was about to occur and asked if we wanted some ear plugs. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was also very careful not to bump any of our belongings, and each time he entered our home, he took his shoes off. Our duct work and furnace is now hospital grade clean and we are very happy with the results. I would highly recommend this company, and in particular, Mike and Greg. Thank-you for a job well done!
