We hired Tanya and her "team" for post construction cleaning of our new home. She viewed the home prior to the cleaning, so she knew the size, the ceiling heights and what needed to be done. She arrived with her "team" which was one other person. She had no ladders to reach 14' walls & windows. Used our sinks as pails and had no proper dusters for doing walls, so borrowed a Swiffer from us. We did not have a good feeling about her ability to clean our home and we sure were correct on that. This was post construction cleaning and yet most of our walls and doors were not dusted or wiped clean of all the drywall dust. Some windows still had stickers on them, toilets still had glue from stickers, two sinks still had stickers (to save time, we took most stickers off appliances, toilets, sinks, etc., even though she said she would do this). Many cabinets inside still had pencil marks from the fabrication and all kinds of dust. Shelves were not wiped properly, glass railings around stairwell were barely touched, still had fingerprints everywhere, floors were dirty. I could go on and on. We had to hire another company who asked us "what did they clean" after having a good look around our house. The other company cleaned for another two days, which says a lot about how little Tanya did. We took a small amount off Tanya’s invoice, but after we had a good look around and realized how little she had done, we feel totally ripped off. If you don't want to throw your money away like we did, DO NOT hire this company. I am enclosing some photo’s of how poorly she cleaned our home. The Swiffer is from the Great Room floor one hour after she was “finished”, and the cloth is from wiping a couple of shelves in the pantry after she had “cleaned” them.
