What can I say, this company and its team are amongst the best in Kelowna, Lake Country and area. I have no negative things to say about them. Just recently, we had switched over all our Cleaning services over to Mountain Home Services. After our first initial meeting it was clear to us that they were: 1. Friendly 2. Professional 3. Responsive Kim provided us with a number of references and yes I called them and everyone that I called was very impressed with their services but what I found refreshing was the comments about their follow up and team she has hired. I can definitely say Kim is very active with her team and follows up with us here to see how things are going, if we want any changes etc. This is a very nice touch and I feel that they care and want to improve their services where they can…which they do care! Quote from one of our clients…”Our trailers have never looked so good” I also was in the market for snow removal for our yard and after meeting with Kim’s husband, Michael, it was certain that I was going to partner up with them on this side of their business too. Michael and I came up with a plan on how I would need things done because of the nature of our business and it has been a very smooth transition. Always nice to show up first thing in the morning and our yard is plowed and sanded before anyone arrives to our place of business. The staff at Mountain Home Services feel more like friends than “just” the cleaning crew
