Manager insulting with his disparging implications that I wasn't intelligent enough to deal with operations of a new machine. "Upright doesn't mean upright unless it's placed up against the wall" or "take the brushes off to stand upright". With latest appliance, "cleaning brushes don't turn unless machine turned on". First machine returned when the performance was unsatisfactory ( stained my carpet), second machine returned after it started to smoke during first use. I did receive a partial refund on my original purchase price less a $90.00 restocking fee! Needless to say I will not be dealing with this business in the future. If I could rate zero stars I would!
