The employee sent to clean my house for a full move out clean did a completely unacceptable job. She didn't vacuum out cupboards in the kitchen after saying she would. Windows, dusting, and basic vacuuming were all either not done at all or done very badly. She left streaks and spots all over bathroom sinks, counter, ribs, and mirrors. When I notified the owner, she didn't believe me and refused to come take a look. She argued so dismissively over 2 phone calls until I finally lost my temper. She refused to refund any money or have the job completed properly. This put me in an extremely tight spot given the time we had to get out of the home before the buyers' possession. Do not hire Happy Hands! The work was completely unacceptable and the dispute was handled very poorly.
