They were professional, fairly priced and most of all, did a fantastic job. We had a blind that we thought was broken for the last year and now it's magically fixed. They truly went above and beyond and were a treat to work with. Highly recommend - we'll certainly be using their services again.

Our Strata complex consists of 18 units with balconies on 3 floors. We had Clearwater come out to clean off outside of building which is mostly cladded with vinyl siding and to include hosing down balconies and wash all windows. This was done in one day and ALL condo owners were very impressed with the job done and with the professional services and courtesy shown by their workers. This trio takes pride in their work and pays attention to the small details. I noticed Tim tightening the gutter screws with his drill. This was a service I didn't ask for but he did anyhow. These guys are real pros!
