We had our carpets cleaned by Chem Dry Extra and couldn't believe how they turned out after. The 20 year old carpets look like new and we were shocked at how fast they dried. Impressed that the bad stains came out. Wally also added the Healthy Home package and it was well worth it, especially these days with making sure the allergens and toxins are eliminated. I would highly recommend Chem Dry Extra for carpet cleaning in Vernon or the Okanagan. Great service, great results.

The previous owners had a dog (big and furry) and we knew that we wanted to have the carpets cleaned before we moved in. We had the movers scheduled already, and needed to have it done the day before. That was the only day that would work because we didn't have possession before then. They shuffled around their schedule to accommodate me, and I was so grateful. Plus they did a great job!! They vacuumed first, but there was still lots of dog hair, and other stuff coming up. I highly recommend them, and Chem Dry in general.

Made an appointment with Chem Dry because of pet stains, had to wait two and a half weeks and the day of my appointment he didn't show up (he got my phone number mixed up with my address or something). Then I had to wait another 5 days, bedroom carpet was cleaned properly but the main carpet still really smells like urine. Called and he said he would be here the next day, then didn't show up again. No phone call or anything. Nice guy but very unreliable in my experience. Basement still not done.

Wally at Chem Dry did an amazing job of my large wool rug! The colors are once again so vibrant and it looks brand new. On top of all of this his price is way better than any of the other rug cleaning companies. Very good value and service. I called this company as our mattresses and sofa were filthy after our move. They understood our concerns, booked a time but said if they had a cancellation they would call us right away. Very understanding and pleasant to talk to. Wally arrived on time, was professional, explaining the process to clean two mattresses and a sofa that movers had left in a mess. The process dries quickly and we were able to sleep on the mattresses in a few hours. We rested easier knowing they were sanitized! The sofa looks like brand new. Definitely would call them next time, thank you Wally!
