They are a bit hard to get a hold of due to them being very busy right now, but if you leave a message on their phone, they will eventually get back to you (I think it took a week to get back to me?). Once he did, he was prompt professional and courteous. The duct cleaning was awesome and hilarious, as there were some interesting things coming out of the vents .... Once it was done, the air coming out of the furnace was perfect! Usually, when the furnace runs, it smells kinda like old socks, dust and something else, but after, NO SMELL! Air was blowing, but no scent! Very happy with the work.

Allan and Myron were fabulous. Efficient, fast and got our ducts clean, including running a fixture that helps dislodge dust and buildup in the system. With a new washable 10.5 Merv filter I was able to buy from them I'm happy to report that we can tell the air is clean (no more sneezing) and the furniture is staying clean. Thanks!
