The secretary sounded confused when I called (after she finally picked up). I said hello twice and she genuinely sounded liked she didn't understand why she was getting a call? She didn't even say the name of the company and I had to confirm I had even called A3 plumbing after 30 awkward seconds on the phone (legitimately thought I'd called someone cell phone by the way she answered). I mentioned that we haven't had water in 2 days and she swiftly told me they have too many clients right now and didn't want to bother putting me on the wait list. Told me to just "keep calling back" I realize you busy with this cold snap (which is why it's not one star) but wow, probably the worst customer service I've received from a local business in years.

Just had some weird issues at home with hissing toilet and singing taps! Called A3 Plumbing ....Got Jason for a 2nd time.Yay! He had come out and installed an airline from our dryer to the outside of the house. Impeccable job!...He had also done some pipe fitting/capping in our basement.... Anyway...This time around he trouble shooted some pretty weird stuff. He was in and out in like an hour or so... he fixed a water pressure issue with a new guage I think he called it... He fixed the hissing noise completely ...He even made it so the taps rotated properly and I always had thought something was wrong with them... lol! Always ask for Jason! He is personable and has been with them for a long time! I'll be calling him each time we need someone! Christopher on Stanley St. Nelson BC.

Asked a3 to fix our frozen water line. Thought they would take a look and give us a number for the work but after two hours said they had no idea how to fix the problem and gave us a $480 bill. We had another company review the issue, give us real advice and a price for $90. A-3 is a joke. When I complained they sent my bill to collections. No justification or negotiating. Sent my bill to collections for $480 for unfinished two hours work in town. Thought plumber rate was $85 per hour but if they charge $140 a hour for town work don't be surprised

I have used A-3 for 2 decades. They have always done a fine job. My place is an old house with issues and they havea always been creative and helpful and efficient. The employees are personable and well-trained in plumbing and gas-fitting. Expensive, yes, but accountable and worth the cost. Lots of free advice when you go into the shop. They charge for time from the shop, and why not?
