Very hard to book. Requested pictures, and then booking times just for a quote on 3 different days in time frames of 3 hours. Quote was almost double their competitor, whom was available to do the job within 2 days. Really nice staff, but I wouldn't recommend.

The good: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The bad: I booked a time for someone to come do an estimate, and explained that I had to book the time off from our home-based business to accommodate their large time-frame of 'between 1 and 3pm'. Then I got a call saying the technician had a cancellation and might be able to come earlier, so now the time frame is between 12:30pm and 3pm. Then on the day the estimate is supposed to happen, I get another call saying the technician can't come any longer and wanted me to re-schedule on another day. I have lost out on a half a day of revenue because of this inconvenience, and certainly wasn't about to take another portion of a day off and potentially lose more out on more revenue. Would not recommend.
