We very recently entered into a contract with Vertical Edge to look after our roof top snow removal at Big White. We lost faith in our previous contractor when they told us they needed additional 12 hours (November) and 16 hours (December) to clear the roof (we declined both of those additions to our contract). Vertical Edge came in and assessed the condition of the roof, they advised they would need a bit of extra time the first month to clear the roof to where it needed to be, and we authorized an additional 7 hours (in addition to the 5 hour monthly contract). Vertical Edge got the job done with only an additional five hours – two hours under what they were authorized to do, and the roof looks the best its looked all year! They were extremely easy to deal with, did a great job, and we now have confidence that our roof will be properly maintained by someone that knows what they are doing, and cares about the job and not just putting in hours.

Wow! I don’t think my windows were this clean when they were new. The job they did was insane! Even got my hard water stained window that looked awful, 98% perfect, despite being pretty much permanently stained. Much MUCH better now. I’d highly recommend them to anyone. When we had to reschedule due to weather (not their fault!) they got back to me with a new date quickly and worked with our schedule. Thank you to Summerland residents that recommended Vertical Edge Window Cleaning. I had the pleasure of having their professional team over today March 29, 2019. Preston and his co-worker went above and beyond what I had requested, noting that the fire chimney required some new caulking was indeed a bonus and readjusting a wonky screen door on the patio just added to his professionalism. The windows are so glowing that it looks like there is no glass there. All the white aluminum outside - gutters, post, patio roofing are spotless once again. You need not look any further than Vertical Edge Window Cleaning when you want a professional job done.

I reached out to Vertical Edge to schedule roof de-mossing for my home in Nanaimo, and Nikki and Preston were great to coordinate with. Nikki was professional, friendly, and prompt at getting back to my emails. I provided pictures from the home inspection report, and they were able to give me a quote right away, and schedule the work in shortly after the home possession date. Preston did the roof de-mossing work, and not only left the roof absolutely spotless, along with clearing the gutters, he went above and beyond in cleaning up the debris; the siding, windows, deck and front stairs were all clean as well. I will absolutely book with Vertical Edge again for regular/yearly maintenance, and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for roofing services.
