Tom came over promptly after my call, gave me a good quote (which he stuck to) and did a great job on repairs to my old gutters and addition of a gutter and downspout on my garage and a few new downspouts. He is efficient and personable and I'm glad I had him come to do the work! HOLD THE PRESSES: I'm changing my review. After waiting for a month or so for Tom to give me a quote on a small new gutter and a bit of cleaning - it's been months and he STILL hasn't come to do the work - even after I've called a few times. I'm pretty disappointed in his service now.

Very quick to get back to me once I initially contacted them. Was able to fit me in quickly as well. Outstanding work completed and also was able to point me in the right direction for a few other issues on maintenance etc. Highly recommended! Price was good too.

Tom did such a good job for us! He not only cleans up all the roofs and gutters in a very reasonable price, but also takes care of the walls the ground and deck after cleaning. Very professional! I recommend him to whoever needs a clean roof and gutter.

My wife and I recently bought an older house in Nanaimo. The gutters were on their last legs. We received a competitive quote from Tom to replace the gutters. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly explained what was needed. I had done my own research on gutter guards and some pricey solutions that wouldn't work given our particular situation (lots of tall trees on the property). I appreciate that he could have made extra money by just going along with my ideas but instead was professional and honest about getting me the right solution that was cost-effective. Tom undertook the work on the dates he specified, he kept us in the loop on the project, and did a roof cleaning which really did wonders for its appearance. I definitely highly recommend Tom the Gutterman.

We hired Tom to clean a leak less then a year ago. It still leaks. We called him and he called us liar saying we never paid. When we showed the receipt he claimed that his secretary just randomly send out receipts without payment.... sure....

I phoned, was given what I later discovered, a rediculous quote,. Tom said to email him and he would come and see me. Despite 3 phone calls and two emails have heard nothing. Pathetic!

Tom was one of the very few who actually replied to my request for a quote to supply and install new gutters for our home. The quote was reasonable. Tom explained how it would be done, the time it would take, and how he could customize the locations and materials needed for our rain barrels. Tom delivered what he promised...on time and on the mark! The results were extraordinary! I would highly recommend Tom.
