WOW! Received a call a few minutes after an online enquiry afterhours . Had an appointment the next day for a technician .Received a call the next morning letting us know what time the technician would arrive .Tyler P was thorough in explaining the problem and the solution . We had to replace the main water line coming into the house due to a leak . Tyler Hand dug the line in approx. 50 feet thru huge tree roots , and our flower beds . He was very respectful of our landscaping ,removed and then replanted the plants when he was done . He also replaced our hot water tank at the same time . Completed all this work in one day . Tyler was very conscious of Covid protocols .We would definitely use Super Plumber and Tyler again

On their website they state - On Time. All the Time. You don’t have all day, and you deserve a plumber that respects your schedule. Trust us to arrive on time—and contact you with real-time updates. We had placed a call for a service call and scheduled it for Monday morning. They called on Monday and said they did not know when the tech would be here but he would call 30 minutes before he came. He called in the afternoon and showed up and fixed the gas leak. So much for their respect of our schedule. I sent two emails to the company with no response

I know they are only trying to sell and run a business but a brand new house with a green home rating does not need their plumber to try and “up sell” you when all was needed was install 5 taps and modify a bit of plumbing to align the new sinks with the drain. Up sell quote was over $3000 and the bottom line if they reused my old pipes was $1350. Myself and a family member did it in 3 hours with $50 in piping and glue. Felt like they were just looking for people who are desperate or they think that their value is at a minimum of $450 an hour rather than give a realistic quote for some honest work.

This was my first experience as.a home owner with a plumbing problem. I needed fast service and Super Plumber did not disappoint! They were at my house within 2 hours of my call. The person on the phone was polite and great. The technician who came to my house, Curtis, was awesome. He was friendly, professional, and great to deal with. I also think he might be my dogs' new best friend. He assessed the problem rapidly and even though I was the last appointment of the day, he stayed well into the evening to get everything done. There was a second problem and he was back in a timely manner, respective of my schedule, to get the rest of the work done thoroughly and efficiently. Everything was cleaned up and better ever. I rarely leave online reviews, but Curtis and Super Plumber impressed me. I will absolutely rely on them in the future and recommend them wholeheartedly. And my dogs concur.

Our hot water tank failed a couple of weeks ago (Dec 4th - Merry Christmas, indeed), so we called around, trying to find someone available that day. Super Plumber got back to me (off hours) almost immediately, and we had something booked for the next day. Before Ian came by, we received emails explaining their Covid safety protocols, and even shared a bio so that we'd recognize him when he arrived - a very professional and thoughtful add-on service. Ian came by, and what he thought would have been a relatively quick job turned into an all-day job, due to several unforeseen challenges. He kept me in the loop at all times, and offered several options on moving forward. We went with his recommendations, and sure enough - hot water. He also encouraged us to sign up for the VIP service, which was an immediate cost saving for us, as well as giving us a deal on future work (although who needs to call a plumber twice in a year, right?). Fast forward to the evening of Dec 19th, and once again, no hot water. Super Plumber once again responded quickly, and scheduled Ian for a return trip on Monday morning. He did several tests, confirmed that our hot water tank was functioning properly, but by some phenomenally poor timing, the 10 year old recirculation pump had burnt out. Ian swapped it out for a replacement, and again spent several hours replacing the ripping out as much of our old piping as he could, and also dealing with another unforeseen issues (including a failed stop valve?!), and tidying up the pipes. We spent an awful lot of money on these two trips, but Ian made sure to give us as many options as possible, and even cut his own costs for the repair work to help us out during the holiday season. He's a class act, and does impeccable work. He must have double-checked the pipes a hundred times while we were reviewing his work at the end of each job, making sure there were no leaks or issues. Great guy, and extremely capable. After each visit, I received emails confirming our satisfaction with the work completed, and also digital invoices for our records. I don't have tons of experience with plumbers, but Super Plumber has been extremely responsive, communicative, and very capable. I'd have no problem recommending them.

Was doing renovations and a piece of baseboard fell down our toilet drain causing a backup in our other fixtures. Good workers showed up promptly & on time, I was impressed with the fact that they rechecked work later - found another issue and sorted it. My only critique at all would be on the finishing / meticulous side of things - the clamps & supports for the lines could probably use a little more attention ** see note below** . I suspect had they an extra person on the job this would not have been an issue at all. In fairness when I mentioned it the supervisor offered to correct it without any issue. Beyond that, I was very happy with the service & work - the job was overall fairly large and well done in poor conditions (My crawlspace was partially flooded). On a side note The company offered a discount for a service agreement basically which credits the account for future work going to them, and an annual inspection which I feel is an intelligent strategy and benefits both them and myself. Cheers to the guys that came out, all very personable and good workers - I would utilize this company again with no issue. Update: interestingly enough after writing this review, the company came back to us with a third follow up and have scheduled a time to brace and support the pipes. I had told them it was not needed as I planned to sort some stuff out in my crawlspace later anyway - but they insisted.I'm Very Very Impressed with that honestly, currently in little bit of shock as I had not expected this level of service.

We've used Super Plumber many times now and they are always excellent. On time, great staff (both plumbers and admin!), and they do a great job. I've heard horror stories of plumbers leaving a job half done and vanishing, show up super late, doing poor work, etc. Something I'm happy to never have to worry about :)

Criminal Giving us multiple possible prices for installing a sink that we already purchased and had all the proper fittings. Said off the bat it would be around $900 then quoted over $800 and said they could do it for $750. I don’t understand justification for a job that would take less than two hours and maybe 30bucks in materials. I was away and had a counter top installed so my wife needed the sink installed. I normally could do the job but didn’t want to be without a sink for 4 days They talked to us like used car salesmen with all these prices and when I asked to speak to someone and get in contact with there boss they never got around to it. Got another professional to instal sink and it was $200 and less than 2 hours work. A lot more reasonable. This company is criminal and takes advantage of people who don’t know any better.

The estimate was $650. When he saw how shocked I was he was apologetic and was able to get the price down to $525. Still very very high. I called another plumber and got the work done for $120 and it took him an hour and a half.

Lovely Plummer but outrageously expensive. I had a seal replaced in my leaking toilet at $350. Plummer was there for 40 minutes. He was very clean and professional. I was told management would follow up with my complaint on Monday. Still have heard anything. ***Management did end up contacting me and was professional and agreed they had “dropped the ball” on this one. We sorted out a more appropriate price, and they reimbursed me for the difference. In addition to this they sent me a gift card to a restaurant of my choosing. In the end nice customer service.

He assessed the problem quickly, including the complication that I had not noticed. He went way above and beyond, and although the whole thing took longer than either of us expected (did I mention unforseen complication?) at the end of the job, everything is perfect. 4 stars only because they cancelled meeting twice. However, to their credit they offered discounts if I used the service. Otherwise, professional and courteous. Unfortunately, they couldn't do what I needed done putting a conduit under a driveway without wanting to cut the concrete. I had hoped they could vibrate one in but it is not possible for water lines.

After my toddler flushed a plastic toy and backed up our plumbing, I called Super Plumber. I called them at 5pm and they had a tech arrive that night. It was a tricky retrieval that required a tech to return the next day. That tech was Daniel. He was fantastic!! So knowledgeable and thurough. Very friendly and professional as well. The dispatch kept me in the loop with scheduling and estimated arrival time. I would recommend this company and would use again (hopefully it won’t be for the same reason).

It was very frustrating dealing with The Super Plumber and I wouldn't recommend working with them. I had a leak in a bathroom that they said they could get to the next day. They cancelled on me and rescheduled for the next. They cancelled on me again and rescheduled for the next. By the time they cancelled on me for the third time I had missed three days of work, my tenants had also missed work and it really strained our relationship.

I called them to swap out a dishwasher. They wouldn't give me an estimate over the phone, said the plumber would do that once he saw the job. Plumber showed up and estimated $350 for the work even though we live in a new place. He also admitted the job would probably take no more than an hour. That's an obscenely high rate for a relatively simple job. I checked with 3 other plumbers and the average rate was $200, almost half the Super Plumber quote.

Andrej got right down to business with no bs. He quickly answered all of my questions regarding my plugged perimeter drains, leaking hot water tank and water pressure. He noticed a bunch of things that were not to code that could cause large problems in the future. He gave me a clear picture both literally and metaphorically of all underground problems in the perimeter drainage and explained why his recomended actions were required. I have had 2 other companies look at the drains one of which charged me for the estimate and I would highly recomend Super Plummer over both. Andrej was the most succinct , effecient and gave me an estimate at no cost!

I had heard the commercial for Super Plumber on our local radio station. The electric hot water tank decided to go at 9:30 pm. Not happy. I called and Peter was able to walk thru my husband important details to prevent any water damage till they were able to come in the morning. DAN came 1st thing in the morning gave estimate options to our landlord and the work was completed by Ian a couple hours later.A great job was completed and tidy as well. We hope their warranty is as great. We would recommend their service.

$594 to snake a drain? Am I missing something? We placed the call on Sunday night. Were told that they were quite busy and booked for Tuesday morning. Tuesday they called at 830am and confirmed the booking then told us they would call half an hour before he arrived. Later that afternoon they called and told us they couldn't make it. So they rebooked and offered us a $100 discount to rebook Thursday. Thursday comes, they call to confrim at 830am etc... Noon they call and tell us they can't make it again offer another $100 to rebook. My wife has done all of this, I haven't spoken to them yet. So I call on my own, use my name and phone number(different from wifes) and am told that they should have no problem making it out thursday afternoon. Half an hour later Dispatcher calls me to tell me that they were in a meeting and whoever answered the phone didn't know what they were talking about and that there was no way they could make it. Meanwhile they had literally just called my wife to tell her that they were going to do everything they could to make up for missing the second booking and send the after hours plumber. I call the dispatcher out on the conflicting stories. Get told someone will be up as soon as possible. Finally 8pm plumber finally arrives. Immediately tries to upsell us on the Plumbers club or whatever plan they're selling. Tell him no. He then tells us there are two options to clear the drain. Goes into great detail on expensive super awesome pressure washer deal. Then immediately tells us he doesn't have that equipment with him and can come back tomorrow. Then tells us he can try cheap option (SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS) to power snake the drain but that it's not guaranteed to clear the drain. Kindly told him to go home and immediately called roto-rooter.

Service was great. Prices were not! Paid $300 to have a leakey kitchen faucet fixed and that was with a $100 discount for being a first time customer. Quoted $1100 to replace the faucet? Ouch! Think I will shop around next time.
