We hired Simply the Best to help us out before our house went on the market. They were extremely professional and managed to fit us in last minute since we only really had 1 week’s notice that the house was going to be listed. We’ve subsequently booked them to help us with ‘move out’ cleaning for the fall! I would highly recommend this business for any jobs, small or large. I was especially impressed with our kitchen clean. We have ceramic tiles on the floor that are so hard to get perfect but our cleaner managed to get them spotless !!

I can not say enough about Bruce and his team! After my aunt passed I needed a company to come in and do a super thorough clean of her home. I had hired a company I thought was good but got burned by them. They had done absolutely nothing. I had to travel up to Nanaimo from Victoria, so the day I arrived to see the other company had done nothing… I was upset and overwhelmed! I called Bruce and explained my situation. He came over right away while I was up there and did a complete walk through and estimation for me. I hired them to work 2 days on my aunts place. Not only was the communication above and beyond, the job was done exactly as he said it was. Every single service cleaned! Not only that, he and a crew member came and helped me by moving all the furniture to the garage! I would for sure recommend this company to everyone I know. Very friendly and super reliable! Every single service was clean…. Behind appliances, tops of cupboards, lights, floors…. So impressed, and so thankful! While going through a tough time it was so nice to know I could rely on a team like this. Thanks again Bruce and your amazing team! Much appreciated!

My experience with STB Cleaning has been nothing but excellent. Even though I had already left to a different Province, communication between myself and Bruce was hassle free. The service I used from this company was a Move Out clean. Before I had left, Bruce did come over and did a quick scan of what was to be cleaned(Basement suite). From there, he gave me a quote of what it was to cost. I was really pleased with the quote and it was a go from there. Now, I was not there to see the end result of the clean. But my former Landlords were quite impressed doing the walk through. I did receive a message from the landlord stating that the move out clean was fantastic. And inquired who I used and that they would be using them for future cleans. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in Nanaimo. Thanks again, Bruce!!
