OMG this business is terrible. Please, if they get assigned to your repair please ask for someone else. We filed a complaint with our insurance provider over their actions. Staff were rude and repeatedly failed to notify the landlord for access to the tenancy. Staff were unprofessional, made poor decisions that resulted in damage to our appliances (we saw it happen from the garden) and then denied it. They were full of blame and inexperienced advice. Months passed after we complained. We just found out the project manager filed a made-up complaint against us with our insurance stating we were operating an illegal car repair garage. They never saw any activity in that garage, because it’s a hobby garage for a mechanic transitioning to carpentry. Their complaint was clearly out of spite for a bad review with the insurance broker. Stay away from this company.

I live in Nanaimo, BC and I NEVER leave reviews but I need to let everyone know about my experience with Pacific Pro DKI. Without naming names, overall we had a TERRIBLE experience. Pacific Pro DKI was the company in charge of some insurance restorations on our house after a flood. The communication was extremely poor and we never seemed to be told the truth about repair schedules (I'm talking WEEKS-MONTHS after their proposed repair dates). The flood took place on January 1st, 2021 and here we are on March 4th, STILL being lied to about the schedule for repairs that THE CONTRACTORS inflicted on our home. The damages caused by the contractors have been worse than the damages caused by the flood! My spouse and I work from home so these constant interruptions have been very disruptive and caused a lot of un-needed stress. The lack of professionalism is unbelievable and there's simply zero-poor communication between Pacific Pro DKI and the subcontracting companies (flooring, plumbing, etc.) leaving us to inform each separate entity/contractor that walks through our door about the repairs that need to be completed. I would give them zero stars if I could. If you want restorations done quickly with no stress, tell your insurance companies you DO NOT want the work order carried out by Pacific Pro DKI!!!

Fantastic service from the initial quote from roger, the admin booking from Colleen to the hands on workers Jessie and CO. Jessie was awesome, very respectful, clean and thorough, you can tell she loves what she does. They got rid of the mold in my attic safely and left the house smelling like a brand new home. Thank you again to the whole team.

If I could give them a zero star rating I would!! NEVER EVER EVEN THINK OF USING THIS COMPANY!!! If you and your property have been through a traumatic event then DKI will only make it more traumatic for you. They don't do the work promised to do (and even lie about work being completed when it's not), they don't get back to you for weeks at a time, they make excuses for why workers don't show up (only after you catch them), don't show up for prearranged meetings, extremely rude employees, unorganized, I could go on and on and on......

We had a bathroom faucet break causing water damage to both floors of our house. Pro Pacific respond quickly to help drying the mess. The restoration process was handled professionally and with care. The overall restoration and finishing work was outstanding. The project manager Gail and her team did an amazing job. We highly recommend this company for your restoration needs.

Our building had a major water leak, big insurance claim. They where quick to respond and repair the damage, I will give them that. However, their plumber installed the same 40 year old kitchen faucet that caused the problem. They claimed the insurance wouldn't cover it. I only know this because I had to call in and tell them it was still leaking.

We had a burst pipe flood our home and Pro Pacific DKI was the company sent by our insurance company for the emergency call out. The team was fast and took the necessary means to start the dry up process right away. We then selected Pro Pacific DKI to complete the entire restoration process which included new flooring of almost the entire upstairs floor level(including underneath the kitchen kicks and gables!), base boards, drywall rebuilding, painting and closet re building. It was quite a large job, but Ben and his team did an excellent job. Communication with Ben the project manager was fantastic- he was always quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel like everything was under control; which it was! The entire crew sent up by Ben was fantastic. There were quite a few hands on this job, and every person who showed up worked diligently and with care. I specifically appreciated the attention to trying to remove all the staples from our floor as we have children in the home, and the team was cognizant of their little feet; thank you! Another special shout out to Denis who was so industrious to complete this job with the highest standard of quality. Denis is the jack of all trades and is skilled in many areas; his knowledge was incredibly beneficial on this project. Ben (and Denis) had said that by the time Pro Pacific was done in our home, it would look even better than before. And it does! This job was completed ON TIME which was so much appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend or use Pro Pacific DKI again. Thank you again for all of your hard work!

I found the service I received from Pro Pacific DKI excellent. The Project Manager, Chandler Norman and his team were highly professional; they responded to any enquiries in a timely manner; were very flexible in dealing with a highly complex remediation and reconstruction project; and the work was of a high quality. There were no surprises with either costs or timeframes to complete the work. Everything was completed within budget and time. I would recommend this company to anyone who requires remediation and restoration construction work

100% stay away from this company. I hired Pro Pacific to perform some remediation work on my personal property and the result was horrendous. They left behind about $1500 worth of damages and caused a two week delay in my project. After I asked them to reimburse me for the damages they caused, the General Manager Scott Keeping refused and placed a lien on my property and bullied me into paying the invoice off! Even after I paid off the invoice, it took them six months to remove the lien. By the way, Pro Pacific Hazmat is owned by Pro Pacific DKI. Just look at their email addresses. Stay away and find another remediation company.

We discovered water damage on a Sunday, Pro Pacific was there the next day to assess and start treating the damage. We were about 3 weeks from start to finish and could not be happier with the results. Every single employee that came through our door was so professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They took such care of our belongings while packing them away and just as meticulous about putting it back into place. All the trades that were involved did a really fantastic job. Super happy customers and I know I drove poor Doug a little crazy!! Sorry about that!????

Project manager, Regan, was extremely supportive, efficient and well organized. I was very apprehensive and particular about all the work that needed to be done, and he assured me that I would be in good hands. They took great care in every aspect of the project.
