Sean has provided me with excellent, professional services on two occasions. Very knowledgeable, thorough and honorable. Got on the roof and fully inspected every inch to determine where rodents may be getting in (unlike two other companies who came out but did not bother to fully inspect where the point of entry may be), and got on his hands and knees to explore bottom of house - he's not afraid to do what it takes to do the job. Price is extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend Prestige Pest Control services!

When my tenants reported ants in the walls of their apartment, I knew I had a problem on my hands. After trying and failing to get prompt service from a national company, I called Prestige. They were able to get to my property within a couple of days. They took the time to explain to my tenant what was happening and what needed to be done. It turned out that the building had Carpenter ants, which can chew through the wood inside the walls! But Prestige were able to treat the nest without making any holes in my walls. From the moment I called, they took care of everything. There's been no signs of the ants for over a month now. But if I ever need pest control for anything else, I'll call Prestige first.
