Disrespectful, dishonest and combative Yvonne never followed through on her commitments, she gave us 3 hours per month of cleaning service but billed us for over 10 hours, for months. When it was brought to her attention, she blamed us for not advising her and told us it wasn't necessary to get upset over. Nor did she make any effort to investigate and correct. She was full of excuses and short on accepting any responsibility. She failed to provide supervision to those in her employ, thus the cleaning quality was sub par, throughout Covid. She was not responsive to our communications. We had difficulty getting our building key from her once we fired her. In good conscience, we would not recommend her services.
