Booked in advance online for a morning appointment. Waited 1.5 hours and nobody showed. No one has returned my emails or phone calls. My VISA was then billed for the service. Received one very brief reply to my response to this bill saying sorry, system is automated, will correct ASAP. Otherwise the company will not acknowledge my attempts to contact them. I have demanded they rid themselves of all of my contact info and payment information and have not received a response. I have reported fraud to VISA and filed a complaint with the BBB. Their website suggests they are accredited with the BBB; I found this to be false in searching online. Based on my experience this company exists only as an online scam and now I may need to change my credit card number.
