Salesman was friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the product. Price was less than I expected. Installation was very quick and professional. They did a great job cleaning and sealing a previous leak. After installation, it didn't rain for 6 weeks, so it was hard to tell if it would work or not. Over the past 2 weeks, we've had torrential downpours with high winds knocking leaves off trees and on to our roof. In the past, I would have been up on the roof unclogging gutters so that overflow didn't flood our basement, but Leaf filter works! No clogs at all. I can see leaves, pine needles, and shingle grit on top of the mesh. I was worried that Leaf Filter wouldn't allow enough water through the mesh, but we had Niagara Falls for a few hours, and there was no issue at all. I was skeptical at first, but I'm a believer now. Very happy I chose to have Leaf Filter installed.

WARNING! We advise anyone who has this product installed to, if possible, get up on a ladder and personally inspect the installation upon completion. You may find you did not get all that you were promised and that the professionalism of the installation is well below what would be expected for a product that is an expensive "Investment". When I did this, it was apparent that the manner in which the project was completed was not as advertised. The old gutter guard was not removed before LeafFilter installed; therefore the gutters were not cleaned out as promised. The installer took the easy route and used his hands rather than vacuuming out the gutters and downspouts. As well, there were inconsistencies with where the guard was installed, some lengths over the roof plywood and some placed under. Not all of the gutters and downspouts were sealed with silicone as indicated in the brochure. We were definitely not impressed with the significant lack of professionalism, duty of care for the installation and the lack of fulfilling the outlined services that would be provided. The assistant to the installer, who was cutting the product with a power tool, did so wearing flipflops. This should have been a warning to us right off the bat. Do not sign the 'satisfaction form' prior to reviewing the project! Due to these oversights, we contacted the Nanaimo office immediately and within two days the head installer arrived at our home to review the project. Together with the original installer they redid everything that needed to be corrected. It was not a quick fix. It took both of them as long to rectify the errors as it did for the initial installation. Be aware that not everything that has a high price tag will be completed to a high standard!

Rip off artists, extraordinary rip off artists That quoted me $4916 for only 116' of gutter protection... Then I told them that was too much and they dropped it 25% to 3600, and after I spoke to my wife about my experience with our estimate and called the salesman back, he dropped it further to 2000+ Tax. That's a 59.3% discount off the original estimate... I appreciate the discount but seriously... If you're making that much profit off of your product that you can drop the price almost 60% and still make money... That my friends is a rip off. I understand profit, but this is cut throat. I feel bad for all the seniors that this company is taking advantage of simply because their clients do not know any better. Please do not use this company and empower their cut throat sales. This company is based out of the states and they are preying on oblivious clients. I do like the quality of the product, but it is not worth what they are charging. It's not, it is just not worth 5k installed. Or even $2000... In doing the math they wanted to charge me $42.37 a foot for this product and then they reduced it to$17.24 a foot... If this doesn't open your eyes... Wow... I can get a similar product from a hardware store for less than $300 and do it all myself. I hope this review finds people well, and opens people's eyes to the nasty cut throat profits of the USA. Thanks for reading my public service announcement.

Good experience overall. Very quick to respond to initial inquiry and had my quote prepared shortly after taking measurements. Installers were friendly and knowledgeable, they did a great job cleaning and and installing the guards and the finished product looks great! I really hope it works as expected.

Horrible, dishonest company. Unqualified staff with improper equipment. They didn't do anything that was outlined in their brochure. They didn't even clean the gutters before they installed their product. Do yourself a favor and don't let then near your home!

I contacted the Salesperson who set up my contract with Leaf Filter and told him that I had a leaking gutter at a corner joint the winter after installation of the Leaf Filter gutter guard. He contacted a manager at Leaf Filter and they quickly had a repair expert contact me, visit the project, repair the leaking joint and found another leak at another joint and also repaired that leak. All contacts with the company representatives were professional pleasant, efficient and educational. I am very pleased that Leaf Filter acts on the lifetime warranty and quickly acts to honour that warranty. As a result I am a very happy customer! Everything was great from the salesman to the installers. I did not feel pressured by the salesman and the installers made me inspect all their work. I would recommend this product to anybody that was looking for something like this. Peace
