We purchased a house from some heavy smokers, and after exhausting every avenue to remove the smell we contacted Island Ozone. Dylan accommodated us, despite our remote location, and booked us in quickly and showed up right on time. After a few hours of treatment, the smell was totally gone! I'm amazed! The price is more than reasonable for the results. Thanks, Island Ozone!

I e-mailed Dylan about the cigarette smell that was lingering in a used car I bought. He responded really quickly and was confident that ozone treatment would remove it and it did! The smell is completely gone! Dylan was on time, came to my workplace to do the treatment while I was at work, and was very friendly and professional. Also very fairly priced. I first found Island Ozone as an "island daily deal", and decided to give it a try. I figured at that savings I couldn't go wrong.. This is now the second time we have had this amazing company in to do our home, and I had him do my truck as well. I was more than happy to pay the full price this time around. With 4 dogs, 1 cat, and a busy family with one who has asthma, a good old ozoning is what this house needs and its worth every penny! :) Dylan is always on time, very respectful and polite, and I highly recommend this to absolutely anyone out there. Previous owner of my motorhome was a heavy smoker and let some Mould build even after repairs so now with the service I can confidently say I can't smell smoke and the mould issue is under control

I had heard of this service from another Realtor friend of mine when I mentioned the smoke smell in one of the homes I had listed. He mentioned Island Ozone had done a fantastic job on one of his listings where the family were all heavy smokers. As this was the same situation I had I decided to give Dylan at Island Ozone a try. I was also surprised how reasonable the price was too. After he had done his thing I could not believe the difference. No more smoke smell. It was totally gone. So impressed with Dylan at Island Ozone, we are so pleased and grateful for this service. We bought a home with a really bad smoke smell in the garage and after days of scrubbing the walls without much progress it was nothing short of miraculous having Dylan come in and get rid of it through ozonation. Our home is livable now and I don't know what we would have done without Island Ozone making that happen. Customer service was great. Highly recommend this company and their services!

Wow! What a life-saver!! The previous home-owners obviously smoked in my house or something and left a terrible stench behind, but this quick treatment removed all the bad smell. And now my house smells like a fancy hotel
