EcoGreen did an excellent job on my place. This is my second time using them and just like last time the appointment was super easy to make and they showed up when they said they would. Frank was very friendly and professional. He even showed me what products I could use in between cleans and ended up given me a small sample to try. I would definitely recommend them.

I hate to leave negative comment but this is just unacceptable... 1. I called to schedule the move out cleaning, Frank was kind enough to allow several time changes as we were having trouble with u-haul's reservation. I reminded him that we will need the cleaners to bring supplies for walls, which has some marks. 2. Right after they started it, we left the apartment and were trying to move the truck out of the parkade, it was very tight and took about 20 mins. The younger cleaning lady was watching us moving from the window the whole time. 3. After we finally got the truck out, I went upstairs to let them know that we will leave for dinner so they can do their work properly without us being in the way. I then pointed out the parts that need to be cleaned. The younger lady then said they will finish in 1.5 hrs and I can pay her now so we don't have to rush back. I didn't as I wasn't comfortable with that arrangement. 4. While we are away, I reminded Frank to let the ladies know that don't forget to clean the carpet in the hallway, which got dirty when moving. 5. When we're back from the dinner, the cleaners are gone, and we are doing the walk through with the landlord at 9pm. - The hallway was just as dirty, they never touched it. - The big window blinds and window sill in the bedroom are dirty, they never cleaned it. - The marks on the wall, no signs of even trying to clean it. 6. I let Mark know how sloppy their work is, and he did offer to send the cleaners back next day, but it's too late. We already did the walk through the same night and the tenants moving in the very next morning. 6. I got a bill from the landlord, it cost me approx. $100 for the uncleaned area. Please note, our apartment is not a mansion size, it's 700sqf. The work is just very unprofessional, even with the place they did clean, you can tell, it's very rushed and not very clean either. I understand they might have lots of workers, some might be really awesome, but unfortunately this is our experience.

I started using EcoGreen after I had my son because while I was able to tidy, I never had time to do a thorough clean of my home. I live in an approx 1000 square foot townhouse and the cleaners do a great job for a very reasonable rate. Another bonus is they have a deep cleaning special, as listed on their website. Two cleaners work on your place for 1.5 hrs, which is quick and easy to schedule in between my son's naps. You can also text to book appointments, which is very convenient. I'd recommend EcoGreen to new parents or anyone looking to treat themselves to a clean home.

My husband and I hired EcoGREEN Cleaning Services over the weekend to clean the apartment we were moving out of, and we were very impressed. They cleaned the carpets, drapes and did general house cleaning -- all of which was top-notch. I know that they will take care of everything I need from washing linens to watering my plants. I can text Frank at the last minute and he and his team always accommodate. When my family and I found ourselves moving short notice, I realized I just didn't have the time to do a thorough move out clean, so I contacted EcoGREEN to do a move out clean. Since we live in a walk up building with no elevator, I have also had trouble finding companies that can accommodate carpet cleaning as they can't get their portable units up the stairs. Not a problem for these guys! The cleaners were prompt and did an amazing job! Not one corner of the place was left untouched! I was thoroughly impressed and even the carpets looked amazing! This took so much moving stress off of me; they definitely have a repeat customer in me; that's for sure!
Very happy with the move-out carpet cleaning job. Would give it a five star if the cleaner emailed me a receipt like he said he would. I had to contact Frank for the receipt. But overall the carpet cleaning was done very well.
I hired them for a move in cleaning. To start with the cleaners that came in were very hard working but they lacked the basic training about professional cleaning. It seems like this company is just a booking service and the cleaners are free lancers. They were using same cloths for bathrooms and the kitchen just after rinsing them. They had not even brought a toilet bowl cleaner and tried to clean it with their all purpose one. Obviously didn't work. Floor was mobbed with a very wet mob and just water left water marks all over. Had to get them to do it again. They stood on my counter tops with shoes on to clean the top cabinets. Then just wiped them down with a plain wet cloth. That's their definition of disinfection. Washed the fridge trays with water as they didn't have soap or any thing to disinfect it with. I had to have them do a lot of things twice after explaining how to do it. But as all they came with was a all purpose cleaner, my options were limited. And of course I was paying for them to try and fix their mistakes as they charge hourly. To conclude I wasted my money as I will have to get it done again with someone else. My soul purpose was to properly sanitize the place. That didn't happen. Infact the place was not even cleaned completely. Reply To Owner: Yes you guys took all the calls but you were unaware of the process or the products they were using. I requested separate clothes to be used in the bathroom and elsewhere but despite of you trying to explain them they used the same cloths just after rinsing them with water as they showed up with 5-6 cloths towels anyways. My first call was made to you when your cleaners were all packed to go so you cannot say that I didn't give you a chance but you kept on insisting that they are not done yet. Also all the phone calls when you were trying to explain them things were charged under my clock including the fact that they showed up late. I never mentioned that earlier and before you argue that is provable by phone records. Also there was nothing you could have done to fix things as they did not have anything to work with not enough cloths, not even toilet bowl cleaner with them. And NO that cannot be cleaned by the all purpose spray they had brought which by the way when I asked you about you had no clue. These are the reasons I call you a BOOKING SERVICE rather than a company as companies have standards and procedures and are aware of what their employees are doing.

I had an excellent experience with Ecogreen Cleaning. The house and carpet cleaning crew was very professional. I was blown away by the thoroughness their cleaning process and communication skills. My house looked this clean only when we bought the place. I also had a great customer service experience...rep returned the call within 2 minutes. I had a move out clean for my 2 bedroom (large) apartment ,a 10 hours clean, that's 2 cleaners, 5 hours each. They did a splendid job and the place was spotless. I am delighted with the hardworkers and they really scrub the floors with their hands and knees. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 stars is because they were an hour late. I do understand that the previous cleaning had overran. Perhaps on the hindsight, they should allow some time for this in future so that bookings are not made in such a tight schedule. Besides that, I definitely will use them again as the cleaners really worked hard to deliver. They ticked all the boxes on the move out cleaning list given to me by my rental office. They were brilliant!

Dan helped me on a very short notice booking. Reasonable cost and the cleaner are very dedicate on the job. Booked a move out cleaning, two cleaners worked on the house for full 5 hours. Only thing I would like to point out that cleaner did not use cleaning product on most surface cleaning. Only use cloth mop with water. Overall very happy with the service.
I hired EcoGreen to do a move out cleaning for us, and they did a fantastic job. The apartment was old and in deplorable condition, but the team of two made it sparkle in just 3 hours. They even cleaned the sliding door and window tracks that I'm sure had 20 years worth of grime in them. They arrived on time (as booked) and went to work straight away. Used this company in my last two move-outs for a one bedroom apartment. Really love the feature of scheduling online, didn't have to talk to anyone on the fun, which I really appreciate. I was impressed with the efficiency and thoroughness that Frank showed in cleaning the carpets in the studio apartment that I was vacating. He was pleasant and careful and finished the job in under an hour. The price I had been quoted was the price I paid. I like the fact that the cleaning solution used is ecologically friendly. While booking, we had requested for 4 hours of service - 1 or 2 helpers max (1 person for 4 hours, or, 2 people for 2 hours), due to COVID protocols and efficiency reasons. But 3 people showed up, and wanted to clean for 1.2 hours together. It was quite awkward, and we had to request to stick to 2 people only. And, when we reminded them at the end of 2 hours, they said they still had 10 mins left on their clock, and later ended up charging us for 5 hours! Sink, microwave, etc were not cleaned. I just used EcoGreen Cleaning today and was very happy with the results. Our place needed a deep clean so I had them focus on certain areas rather then everything at once. I was home while they cleaned since I have pets and they were very receptive if I noticed an area that I wanted a little extra work in. Overall I was very happy and have booked them for another clean in 3 weeks!
Awesome cleaning service, very professional
Website and advertising looks a very professional “well branded” company and service. This is nothing like what showed up at our door. The quote that was given two weeks prior was about 20% lower than what was charged. Quote of $30 per hour per cleaner went up to $33 per hour on the final bill with no explanation, the eco friendly mantra was instantly dispelled by the smell of bleach, windex, and comet (company said later that this was due to COVID but we know there are other more “eco friendly” that would do the job), no quote was ever given for the carpet cleaning (probably our fault for not asking for one in the first place) and when asked for a breakdown of the final bill that charge was never given, but it was close to $500 (1.5 hrs on site) and our 2500sf place that has lots of hardwood floors (the carpets did turn out okay though), and when inquiring about these issues EcoGREEN did not seemed very concerned. I’m a big proponent of coming on here to rate companies when I come across ones that out preforms expectations, provides services to a level as advertised or better, and are customer driven. None of these were for filled with this company. It’s a great feeling when you can tell friends of a positive experience you’ve had with a company or service with no hesitation of a recommending them. This is not the case with EcoGREEN. The two cleaners we had worked very hard and did a good job, my concern is with EcoGREEN itself, couldn’t help but think they were exploiting the workers they contracted out to do our job. I hope that’s not the case and have no evidence of this but it’s a gut feeling I got.
Ecogreen deserves a five star rating for doing such a great job cleaning my place over the past few months. The manager Frank is very clear with communication; making the scheduling process fast and simple. The cleaners Bal and Sonia are super efficient and very thorough with their system of cleaning. They are such nice people, and it's a pleasure to see them every week!

Had them do a spring cleaning of my place. They did a good job, and the price was amazing. I've hired another company last year for the same task, who did a worse job and charged more. Will hire these guys again. Edit a year later: Just had another cleaning (I do about one a year, nice deep clean) they did an AMAZING job again. I was blown away when I got home. Whole place smells great, floors are spotless, everything feels squeaky clean.

I chose EcoGreen as they offer carpet steam cleaning without harsh chemicals. We often have dogs in the suite, and we needed a through cleaning that's not harmful to kids and furry friends. They do very good job and highly recommend for those who looking for an eco-friendly cleaning solution.
One of my air bnb guests left several stains on my couch which made me really upset. I called Frank and he was able to accomodate me in the same week, he was friendly, fast, efficient and professional. I needed my apartment cleaned as a new tenant was moving in and the previous tenant elected not to clean the unit. Dan was EXTREMELY accommodating of a last minute request. He went above and beyond to coordinate key drop off and pick up and getting the cleaners into the apartment promptly. He has a highly professional business manner and takes his business very seriously. He's very easy to deal with and a genuinely good guy. The cleaners were thorough and trustworthy and also went above and beyond in meeting me to get the keys dropped off and returned. They were also very personable and professional. Pricing was less than I expected. 10 outta 10 would recommend!!

I had a great experience with the company, the people that came to clean my apartment worked really hard cleaning everything, even the back of fridge without any special request from us. They came, were really professional and left, just as expected. The one thing I would suggest is to call the company 30 min before your appointment starts just to make sure they will be on time since they do have other appointments before you and sometimes unexpected things happen and they have to run late, so just to double check and plan your day properly. I would definitely hire them again!
I had a great experience with EcoGreen! When my roommate moved out they didn't clean anything, their room smelled, and I had too much going on to deal with it at the time. I was able to book an appointment the next day which was such a relief. The folks who came in did an amazing job, cleaning spots that I wouldn't have even thought to ask! Everything was cleaned perfectly and my place smelled great. I couldn't be happier, I'll use the service again for sure!

Booked EcoGREEN for a last minute move out apartment cleaning. They were able to accommodate us quickly and the booking process was very efficient and easy. Our apartment was cleaned this morning and the staff were absolutely wonderful, professional and timely. The cleaning was extremely thorough and they had a walk through with me after they were finished to ensure I was satisfied. The team I had the pleasure to meet was "Kevin's team" and I will definitely be happy to use their services again.
I sent an e-mail to Frank to get a quote to clean my apt's carpet and the whole process was quite fast. The person that cleaned the carpet was a bit late but he gave me a heads up quite in advance which was appreciated.
After calling to look for help, a very helpful lady assured she could have "Mike" visit our home between 5 pm to 7 pm, same day service! Mike arrived early which was even more amazing and not only fixed the problem but we felt very assured he had it completed corrected. We would highly recommend Mike to anyone with appliance servicing. He was so knowledgeable, as soon as we described the issue we were having, he knew exactly what to look for and correct. Worst cleaning service ever !! My 80 years old grandmother will do a way better job. These people are thieves! On the phone they didn't mention the 2 hours minimum charge. They came and did a 1 hour of shallow, fast and terrible cleaning job. They worked around the things in the house(chairs, small table, small accessories...)instead of moving them and clean below. I just hate when people take advantage of others and steal their money and call it a done deal. Other people found them good, well good for them but for me it was a theft and waste of my money and time and i am requesting a refund.

I have used EcoGreen twice and really love the service and product. This time I was moving with my family (including 2 infants) into a new house where the carpet had been cleaned with a very stinky cleaner. Within a few hours every member of my family was sneezing, coughing, and generally miserable. I called EcoGreen for a STAT carpet cleaning and Frank came very quickly. The only thing Eco about this company is that their cleaners don't wear deodorant... the smell is still lingering around my apartment 6 hours after their clean. The staff didn't look professional at all, nore did the mini van they pulled up in, I couldn't tell if they were from EcoGreen or some random sketchy cleaners off Craigslist. As for their cleaning job, my place didn't smell clean, there was smears of a foggy residue all over my washroom walls, which leads me to believe that they didn't know what cleaning products to actually use..... sooo that says a lot on their knowledge on how to properly clean. So in conclusion, they can't clean properly, and I wouldn't recommend... my gut told me not to let them in due to their unprofessional demeanor. So do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on this cleaning company. As I rarely take my time out to write a review so hire with caution.

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP- I booked the service 2 weeks in advance for a move out. The day before I called to confirm as I was driving from Squamish to Vancouver to get my place cleaned- the appointment was confirmed. When the cleaners were 20 minutes late- I called and they couldn't find which team was coming and 30 minutes later told me no one was actually scheduled to come. They promised a team 2 hrs later but at that point I had lost my entire day waiting that I decided to go with someone else as they were barely willing to give me a deal despite the mess up. If you actually want to get your place cleaned- do not book with Eco Green
I've used their services three times already! Not counting the second mishap, all other experiences with them have been great! I have two large dogs in a small townhome, and they were able to remove the stains and pet dander smell right out of the area rug, stairs and carpet. My last experience with them was grand! Very friendly and time appropriate!

I requested EcoGreen's services to have my apartment cleaned and the carpet shampooed. Karwan did a great job. He was professional and responsive and cleaned the apartment thoroughly. He also paid special attention to the areas that I highlighted as needing a good scrub. He stayed later than the estimated time to ensure everything was properly cleaned and was always friendly and attentive. I also found Frank, the manager, very approachable and willing to help to the best of his ability. Had EcoGreen cleaning service in last weekend. The 2 men arrived 10 minutes before scheduled time and had called when they were in a traffic jam. They were very thorough with our bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs but were slightly less detailed on the main floor (eg. Baseboards and bathroom floor). Overall, my husband and I were satisfied with the cleaning. We have booked them again for another cleaning next month.

We got an Irani guy for carpet cleaning. He cleaned for 40 mins and took $110 and he didn't even finish his job...! My roommate didn't really care and paid him that. And they don't reply my phone call. Bad service mind... I wonder if this company is only the bridge between clients and the cleaners. After all, company doesn't give a sh**.

First - they told us they would be sending in 2 cleaners for 1.5 hours at $27/hour so a total of $81 but when they arrived, there were 3 cleaners that stayed for 1.5 hours which they made us pay $121 for though this had NOT been agreed on. Second - they didn't even do a thorough job at all. There were so many spots I went around after to inspect and it wasn't even clean! Third - the cleaners must have accidentally switched one of the fuse buttons because I lost electricity in part of my home and almost had to pay $400 to get an electrician in to look at it. Waste of $120 and also created a lot of stress for me to have lost electricity and my Internet service while I was trying to prepare for an interview. One of my worse service experiences ever. I will never use their services again and I advise you not to either.

I have recently retained EcoGreen Cleaning Services to assist my client with a complete move-out clean. I have contacted Frank with Eco Green, he was prompt, respectful and courteous. He was able to provide a quotation very quickly and when I booked the job, he immediately send me back an email confirming all the detail including date, start time, estimated length of time for the job, how many cleaners, estimated cost for the job. I was very impressed with the level of communication Frank has with me from the time I booked the job to the time the job was completely finished. He confirmed and responded to all my call, email and text messages. His crew arrived on time. They did a fantastic job and was very pleasant when I met with them. When I booked the services of EcoGreen, my intent was to have the blinds professionally cleaned. However, it does not seem this was communicated to the team who showed up one hour late past the appointment time. I asked them to focus on cleaning the blinds deeply, which they only cleaned very quickly. I checked the blinds while they were still there, which had to be re-done in some spots as they had gone too quickly. We did not have time to review the blinds together and they did not notify me of any damage, but later in the day I discovered some damage to a light fixture next to the blinds, as well as a stick-on hook that had been knocked off, along with a layer of paint. This company is not very thorough, and I do not believe they properly communicated with me about the nature of their cleaning service.
I had a great experience with EcoGREEN! I needed to book last minute but Frank was accommodating and sent 2 very friendly cleaners over to attend to my suite. I booked for a "move in/move out" clean as I was moving into an apartment the previous tenant had not cleaned. They were done within 2 hours and did everything I asked and more. For such a reasonable price this is a great service and I would happily book with them again!

Terrible experience. Booked a move out cleaning for our small townhouse which was already completely empty, so a rather easy job. The cleaners had no idea what they were doing and had almost no supplies with them at all. For a move out cleaning, they did a very superficial cleaning, just basically wiping things instead of performing a deep clean, disinfect and scrub. Left our place almost as it was, save for superficial dusting/wiping. We found disgusting bathroom sinks, debris on floors, unsanitary kitchen sink after they were supposedly have been cleaned. Walls remained dusty, doors never cleaned, some base boards not even wiped etc. We spent HOURS after they left completing the cleaning as needed for the new tenants. Paying this company for 6 hours of human labour, this was a complete waste of time and money. Not recommended.

My Mom has been EcoGreen’s customer for more than 6 years. The couple who came to our house is efficient, hard working and they provide wonderful cleaning service. She TRUSTED this team before the lie and unresponsibility happened. However, my mom booked a specific couple to come to our house for cleaning last week, since my mom knows them well. The online booking system is getting slower and terrible as the time goes. (Maybe Ecogreen considers us as loyal customer and therefore they treat us with low quality of service). My mom successfully booked that COUPLE to come at around 10:00 but ended with other ppl coming at almost 12:00. Isn’t that unrespectable? She called the management department and that guy said due to the unexpected sickness of the couple, they are not able to come and without any notice. Here is the story, she called that couple prior to her conversation with management person. The couple was notified to cancel appointment with my mom and they were sent to other clients. THEY ARE NOT SICK AT ALL! Why did management person told us such a lie?
We called EcoGREEN on a weekend after we had an unfortunate spill on chair upholstery. Our call was answered promptly and we very much appreciated being able to book for Monday. Frank cleaned 5 chairs, a sofa and four area rugs for us. He took great care in removing the difficult stains and did a great job of cleaning both upholstery and rugs. We were impressed with his professionalism and especially his willingness to return the next day to check and touch up two stubborn stains which he successfully removed. The price was reasonable and we were very happy with his work. We would highly recommend EcoGreen! Thank you Frank.

We have had eco-Green coming to our home every other week for six months now. We have had a few different teams but each one has been reliable, responsible, communicative, helpful, and respectful. We need the service while my husband recovers from a brutal car accident so he is home while the cleaners work. They magically bring order to our hectic home and still he can rest and recuperate because they are mindful of giving him peace, quiet and space. It’s a fine line to walk… Scrub and clean everything and yet keep the house quiet. But they do it every time and we are consistently grateful.
I've used EcoGREEN for the first time this week. Their prices seemed to be fair and the communication was all good. The cleaners arrived early, so that was great. I was away while they were cleaning and when I came home the apartment was SO clean! I couldn't find a bit of dust or dirt anywhere (and we have a dog, so the place gets messy!). One thing that I would mention is that I don't think they use all green supplies, or at least if you want it 100% green you have to let them know. The place has been smelling like cleaning supplies for the past 24 hours even though I have the windows wide open. I would totally recommend them! Just let them know you want your place to smell natural :)
We have had EcoGREEN clean our house twice and have been mostly happy with the service. The first set of cleaners were okay, but not great. The two men who came were very friendly, but the female was not pleasant and she kept knocking over items because she was quite rough (knocked over a guitar and some knicknacks). They also kept leaving the door open, which isn't good as we have indoor cats. However, the second time they came, the service was excellent. It was a different set of cleaners and they worked very hard and were extremely respectful and kind. We will be using them again this upcoming weekend. I did find the price to be a bit high ($250 each time), but next time we will get them to focus only on what needs to be cleaned and that should help with the cost.
My partner and I are relatively new to the world of having someone to clean our house but EcoGREEN was awesome. Frank was very accommodating and professional in our e-mail correspondence and gave me what turned out to be a very accurate quote, which was great. Our cleaners arrived fully prepared. I researched lots of cleaners in Vancouver (I have a spreadsheet) and these were one of the most competitively priced, saw they had good reviews so thought i'd give them a try and asked for a deep clean. Frank in admin is absolutely great at getting back to you. He assigned Don & Ko to clean my house. Don called up an hour before the appointment to say they are running late and gave a time. Which i had no problem with at all. They turned up when they said they would. They brought all their equipment and products with them. I walked through the house with Don and showed him what i'd like cleaning. We discussed roughly how long it would take. Then they got to work. They managed to finish quicker than what he quoted, so he met and exceed my expectations on time. The house was in great shape and really clean. They even managed to do all the skirting boards and tops of pictures, really thorough. I have two cats with lots of hair and Don got up every single hair in the house, brilliant! I have asked if they can come back and do my weekly clean because i was so happy with them. I would definitely recommend this company and these cleaners to anyone.

We had two cleanings scheduled. One before moving in to a new house and one move-out for the rental. The move-out was fine. The move-in however was a terrible experience. It was a challenging clean to be clear, as the previous owners had a severe mouse infestation. We did make that clear ahead of time. However, the cleaners who arrived were not told about the mouse problem and not prepared to clean it. They arrived two hours late and then had to leave early so came back in the morning (our moving day). When we arrived back at the house, we found mouse droppings all in the kitchen and bathroom counters. The stove exhaust was still covered in grease, bathrooms still had construction dust in the corners, among other problems. They sent someone back two days later (for an extra charge), but they were also not aware upon arrival of the need to sanitize the kitchen or clean mouse droppings. The cleaners who came were all very diligent and nice to work with, but seemed not to be getting the communication from the company about the requests. I ended up cleaning the interiors of the cabinets and other areas myself after the cleaners left, which obviously did not meet our expectations. The owner said they didn’t have time to finish but that was not communicated to us at the walk thru (or we would have scheduled additional time then) and the cleaning crew sent to finish after we talked to the owner did not come prepared or *even aware* of the need to clean up the mouse droppings. WOW!!! Ecogreen did a move out clean on my apartment today and I am so pleased with the job they did. Truly outstanding. The landlord gave me a detailed description of their expectations for a move out and I gave that to Ecogreen when they arrived. They completed everything to a 5 star standard. The refund of my damage deposit is coming home to papa! The oven and fridge were cleaned inside and out and both are now gleaming. The cupboards and drawers were clean thoroughly inside and out. The toilet, bathtub and sink’s were all cleaned spotless. Each light fixture was taken down and cleaned thoroughly. I almost didn’t recognize the chandelier when I saw it. I never realized it was silver. It now sparkles. I didn’t think all the smudge marks on the walls would ever come out, but Ecogreen managed to get those too. They arrived on time and gave me an accurate idea of how long the job would take. They called to give me a 30 minute notice that they were done. The three people that did the job were friendly and professional. A very hard working crew. I highly recommend Ecogreen.

In 4 hours, "Smiley" and her partner cleaned our 3-bedroom, 1500 square foot town home from top to bottom. We were very pleased with all the cleaning they did, especially our kitchen cabinets and appliances, our windows and blinds and our baseboards and bannisters. We'll call them again.
I don't normally write reviews... but since I found their service on google and hired them based on the google reviews, I decided to share my experience. 1) Cleaners came 1 hour and 30 minutes late. I had an appointment at 10am and they called me directly at 9:30am that they are running late (traffic) and will arrive at 10:40am. It was moving-out cleaning and I did not live at the place anymore, so I went to the place bit late and called them at 10:40am to ask their whereabouts. Cleaners said it's gonna be another 25 minutes. They finally arrived at the place at 11:35am. 2) I had other errands to run so I let the cleaners in to the place and left. I came back to check with them after an hour and half into their cleaning, and cleaners advised me that it's going to be done soon. I initially booked 3 hours with 2 cleaners, but they said all the cleaning will be done in 2 hours and half. Because they were 1 hour and half late, I had other appointments to attend and could not stay with them until they were done. So I paid them and good tips, and took off. I did not see how the place looked like after cleaning, but I trusted that they must have done a good job. This was on Friday. 3) Neither I or my boyfriend could check the place until the following Thursday (we live quite a bit far away), but when my boyfriend talked to the building manager over the phone, she advised that the place was not cleaned well. My boyfriend went to the place on Thursday in person to complete the inspection & paperwork with the manager, and saw that kitchen stove and sink were still very gross, and walls were still dusty and not cleaned. I passed the list of things to be cleaned (I got it from the manager) to the cleaners, and the list included walls. I reviewed it with the cleaners to make sure that they got them all. But seems like they didn't. 3.5) condition of the place before cleaning: That unit was fully renovated (everything was renovated with new appliances) right before we moved in 1 year and 5 months ago. I had cleaners to come and clean up hard spots (like kitchen stove) a few times while we lived there, so I was not asking EcoGreen cleaners to clean up a disgusting 10-year-old stains. 4) The cleaners finished cleaning service earlier than what I booked, but left spots uncleaned. The building charged us $120 to clean up those spots. 5) Frank communicated throughout the service and tried to figure out what's going on with the cleaners when they were not showing up on time. He sincerely apologized for it and gave me 1 hour free labour for one of the cleaners. He said he gets a good review on the cleaning service, so that part I should not worry about. I believed him and trusted that the cleaners will do a good job. 6) I appreciate that Frank tried his best to resolve things with me. But at the end of the day, cleaning was not done well- which is the most important thing that matters. We spent money on the cleaners, but also had to pay money to the building. I was planning to hire them back as regular cleaners for our current house if they did a good job. Unfortunately it's not going to happen.
Horrible!! I hired them a few months ago for a move in/move out clean. They sent two kids who didn’t know what they were doing. They used the garden in the back as a dustpan for their vacuum and barely cleaned the back of the toilet. I had to do it again to get it clean. When I called to complain I was told they would come back. They tried to clean the garden with paper towel and tried to give me the garbage back. I called to complain again and was offered an hour off the cost. I was told on the phone that the place was really dirty and that they had a lot of work to do....isn’t that why I called them? I wasn’t happy with the discount as I didn’t think it was fair for what I dealt with but left it. I still haven’t forgotten and would never hire them again
Frank was either totally incompetent during our booking or was intentionally trying to swindle me. On the phone we agreed on the price for the services we required, which I thought was higher than it should have been in the first place. I made sure to confirm the price of the job for the serices I requested at my apartment. After the workers finished, the carpet cleaner asked for more money than Frank had said, but only by about $5 so I let it slide... The real piss off was when the other cleaners asked me to pay them too, I asked them to call Frank and when we spoke on the phone he completely denied our conversation, accused me of being a liar and even went as far as threatening me with legal action. I refused to pay that shady company one more dime, they should be ashamed for trying to intimidate, confuse, or bully customers even if there was some kind of misunderstanding. They charged much more than what is reasonable in the first place and Frank is a complete moron.
We experienced two teams of EcoGreen and both were on time, very friendly and worked carefully and well. So far EcoGreen seems to be a much better company than most others. We definitely will use them again from time to time.
1 Star for punctuality - arrived when they say they would, although my requested time window was very open for a 2 hour move out clean with no furniture. I hired them based on Google review so I feel the need to warn others. They left the property smelling worse then they found it. Not sure what they used to clean the place but it smelled like old Chinese Mothballs. Big smudges on the hardwood floor left from wiping with dirty mop - so I can't really say they didn't mop. Carpet cleaner rammed his machine into my stair walls left skid marks on newly painted walls. Did not dispose the cleaning material they used and left a big garbage bag reeking of mothball by the front door.
Ecogreen Cleaning staff cleaned my place by first time in January 2015. I live in West Vancouver by the sea to sky highway and booking a cleaning service to my place has been difficult in the past, as many individuals or companies don’t cover this area. Communications with Frank were prompt, cordial and clear. Staff came earlier (1 hour early) but I was okay. The house looked cleaned in the estimated time and the staff was friendly and I gave it the OK. I would appreciate a higher cleaning standard though, more gentleness in the cleaning itself and to be asked before taking any item to aid in the cleaning. I would use your services again.
I always think a sign of a good company is the people they hire. EcoGREEN cleaners were very responsive to my requests and even helped out on something that was beyond the contract. The cleaning was top notch and the relationship with Frank and his team made it an excellent experience.
Reasonable price,. if you ask and control, they clean well. However, lots of cancellation in last minute. This totally messed up my schedule several times. Low quality management!!!!!

Recently had them come in and do a full clean after we were finally done unpacking from our move - they were great! Things I hadn’t even thought of were cleaned. Will definitely be booking them again as a recurring service to help stay on top of things.
Firstly, I was told 2 cleaners would come for 2hrs but 4 cleaners came for 1hour. I understand it's equivalent amount of time and it is quicker: however, our plans had to change because we had to back to release them. It wouldve been nice to have some advance notice as we have a toddler to deal with. Then despite telling the cleaners to go up in the elevators in twos due to covid precautions that the building insists on, all 4 of them went in and we received a complaint from the building manager. Moreover, the neighbors also complained about the noise. Because of that I was in a rush to get them out of the building and didn't do a thorough walk through. Since they left, I've noticed many areas of the apartment that werent cleaned.
I actually think 1 star is too many. Worst cleaning company I've hired. We asked them to do a move in clean of the kitchen and the bathroom of a 1 bedroom apartment. Two cleaners came arriving about an hour late. They did not call to say they would be late either. My husband had to call them to find out why they had not shown up. They were meant to clean for an hour and a half but left after an hour without cleaning much. They did a basic wipe down of the counter and the toilet and that's it. The rag they used left residue. When I went to use the kitchen later, I found they hadn't touched the stove or the cupboards so I ended up cleaning those myself. They mopped but it seems not with cleaning product as after they had 'cleaned' I wiped up a spill from the floor and my cloth was filthy. My husband had to ask them to finish cleaning the bathtub as they left white residue on the tiles. He tried to request other tasks from them but they pretended not to understand him. We called to complain and were told they would refund half our money but two and a half weeks later we've yet to see our refund. Total waste of money! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I've used EcoGreen for monthly cleanings for the past 6 months or so. The ladies were quite nice and did a good job. I have cancelled my services going forward because of the facts below. I had cleanings scheduled for every second Saturday of each month, at noon. I was expecting them on July 9th, and waited around for them until 2:00pm. I thought to myself, "Well, last weekend was the Canada Day holiday long weekend, so maybe they didn't consider it to be first Saturday of the month. If so, maybe it's my bad and I'll email them to see if they are coming the 16th." No biggie at this point. I emailed Frank later in the week (Thursday...why did I wait that long? Because it wasn't that big of a deal at that point), but I didn't get a reply. Frank texted my husband a screenshot of his email outbox showing that he apparently did email be back, but I doubled checked my inbox and junk mail and there was no email from him. The last email in my inbox is dated June 11th and was my receipt from my last cleaning. Now it's the third Saturday of the month, and I'm waiting around for them. We call and text them to see what's going on, and Frank says there has been a scheduling mistake, but that they can come the following day at 2:30pm. Sunday, 2:30pm rolls around and Frank texts my husband to tell us the cleaners tried to call me to say that they were going to be late, but not how late they were going to be...3:30 passes...then 4:00. Ok, forget it. They basically wasted my entire weekend. We texted Frank to tell him to tell the cleaners not to come and to cancel any future bookings. He hasn't texted back.
Frank did everything he said he would and then some. Carpets came out super clean, very satisfied with the work.

We booked a deep clean and had two cleaners for 3 hours. We were very happy with the service provided. Will book again in the future. Minus 1 star as they didn’t get to the balcony within the 3 hour time frame. I’m sure they would have with a little extra time but I decided to stick to my 3 hour booking and finish the balcony myself another time. Overall very satisfied and would recommend!
I had to change my previous review to a 3 stars because when I contacted them to make an official claim regarding the carpet cleaner that did not show up, Frank got back to me right away and he managed to get the issue resolved despite he was on vacation. He even offered to pay for the difference if we had to hire a different company and that company was more expensive. Because this happened in New Years Eve, it was impossible for us to find another company, so Frank arranged for the carpet cleaner to come as soon as they could. I am giving 3 stars because the cleaners were fast and efficient but they didn’t do a very deep cleaning work. And I am not sure how the carpet cleaner was as this happened when the new tenant was already in. ———————————————— We are very disappointed with EcoGREEN. We hired them for the move out cleaning service, including carpet cleaning for the apartment we were renting. The general cleaners arrived on time and they were fast and efficient, but the carpet cleaner never showed up. The cleaners tried to contact him several times, but they couldn’t rich him. They gave us his phone number, but every time we phoned him, it went to his voicemail and we never got a call back from him or from EcoGREEN. We waisted our time waiting for him all the afternoon. This happened yesterday, December 30th, and I was told they do not work on December 31st or Jan 1st. So there is no way we are going to have the carpet cleaned before we leave the apartment and hope our landlord understands and we can still get our deposit back...
Alright, let's be absolutely fair and just in this review. I'll split this review into PROS and CONS. We live in a 815 SQ FT condo in Vancouver, and we asked for a move out service. PROS: We were amazed and impressed by the level of cleaning that was completed on this residence. It was spotless, and very clean. The cleaners were great, and I wish I could recommend this company if it wasn't for the owner. CONS: Here is where all the negatives start. I was shopping around for different cleaning services, and comparing the prices beforehand. I contacted Ecogreen and I got the best possible quote from Dan. Dan had advised that it would be "approximately" $189 for a 2 person job for 3 hours - depending on how bad it was. He advised that it normally wasn't more than that. We were charged $200 ON TOP of what he initially quoted. The place wasn't as clean as it should have been considering this place has been lived in for 6 years. However, how in the world does a business charge $200 WITHOUT telling the customer? This brings me to my second point. I scheduled the cleaning for 4:30 PM. In their email, it does say that the time is a range due to unpredictability of traffic, parking, and other surprises, however, they were an hour late. We waited until 4:40pm to call to see where they were. They didn't even give us a courtesy call to say they were running late. We made dinner plans for 5 pm - we didn't want to hover beside the cleaners while they cleaned. When we called, Dan said that they had multiple jobs that day and the team was running late. He called the lead cleaner who advised that they would be another 30 minutes. Being somewhat understanding of the situation, I told them to take their time. I told him that we had dinner plans, but we were only 5-10 minutes away. I told him to tell the cleaners to call us before they arrived so we could greet them; 30 minutes then became 1 hour. My partner later called back Dan to inform him to have the cleaners buzz up to the apartment, and to not worry about the patio because at that time they were already 45 minutes late, and we had already started dinner. We went to see the cleaners 15 minutes before their three hours were up. We talked with the lead cleaner and praised him for their work, but he didn't mention anything about how much extra work had to be done, or how much extra was going to be charged. Dan is misleading, and definitely not transparent with his customers. I sent him an email afterwards, and he said that maybe the cleaners couldn't get a hold of us because we were either not there, or couldn't get in contact with us. We both had our cellphones on us, and Dan knew both of our phone numbers from having a conversation over the phone not long before. We were also not going to wait an extra hour in an empty apartment for the cleaners to show up. To say that we were not reachable is a lie. Dan also said that they had time to do the patio - my partner told him on the phone previously to not do the patio. I compare it to taking a car for service. Usually, a mechanic would call the customer and let them know that they need to get extra service. This is when the customer says, "No thanks, I can't afford to spend another X amount" or "Yes please do it." Not a lot of people have an extra $200 to spare - especially someone with a family. This is why people budget, call different companies, and find the best price. To unfairly charge someone without informing the customer is absolutely crazy. If Dan contacted us and told us that our place was very dirty, and it would take more man hours to clean it, I would've told him "Sure" or "No, please do not clean A, B, C." It is bad business practice to do this, so everyone, be aware. Dan did not try to resolve this issue, try to compensate us, or even try to meet in the middle with us which is why we are writing this review on this company.

This is going to be a long one. Due to severe clinical depression over the last 2 years, which resulted in multiple suicide attempts, under the directions from my therapist I booked a appointment with this company. Now I understand that that is was a challenging job, I even stated so on the phone when I made the appointment that the condition of the house was VERY BAD, and said I dont mind paying more to have the place cleaned. Come the day and the ladies did a wonderful Job. But comes the second appointment, it was for a rental unit. basically left empty since the start of the pandemic, all it needed was a vacuum and and wipe down. which I have also stated over the phone. On the appointed day found out 19 minutes after the appoint time frame they were suppose to arrive that they wont do the Job... I mean okay the first time was bad, but I explicitly stated so on the phone and was reassure over the phone that they were sending professionals. To be fair I clean up as much as I can before they arrived to all they have left to do was mopping, organizing, wiping down surfaces... everything that could be consider a hazard to heath I cleanup my self a week in advance. But out of health concerns they refused to do the second job, which is fine. I am not into forcing people to do what they want to do. But finding out 19 minutes after the appointed time when I already have my future tenants lined up to come into paint? Extremely unprofessional. I dont blame the cleaners for not wanting to come back, honestly i would want to either, but the company was notified of the difficulties the first time, and i guess they did not notify them on the condition before hand. I understand my place was a difficult job, and i dont blame them. But the last minute cancellations was beyond unprofessional. Addendum: They sent the police to check on my well being cause I had a small panic attack down over the phone, thank you for caring. But he police also said I had them clean up Human feces and Blood? Yeah my 19 years old cat tend to eat too fast and puke once in a while, which I admit can look like poop. There is no bloody here, could of just asked me, instead they made assumptions call it bio hazard... again anything that could be considered bio hazard I clean up my self already. Also the police came inside to verify that yes indeed the marks on the carpet were that of my cats making. I am grateful they care, but I am unsure of how i feel about the claims that i have blood and human feces around my house.... especially for not even trying to communicate with me before hand.
The WORST cleaning service I have ever hired. They sent two ‘kids’ for a move in move out’ service and they did a horrendous job. One of them used my garden as a garbage disposal for the vacuum and the back of the toilet was hardly cleaned. When I called to complain the owner sent the cleaners back where they tried to clean the garden with a used paper towel rather than a broom which they didn’t even think of bringing and when I complained about the service and told them I had to re-clean the back of the toilet area after they left they offered me one hour off. It was an insult. I would never hire this company again. Not only did they treat my home like a garbage they didn’t even have the decency to give a fair refund for my inconvenience. Don’t waste your time

I had an excellent experience with EcoGREEN cleaners! I called them in the middle of the day Saturday and they were able to book me in the very next day. (I was very anxious to get someone in ASAP) I had read all their policies and about arrival windows etc.. ( pretty standard practice for any home service. Telus, movers etc.) however it was coming up on an almost 3 hour wait so I got in touch with someone at the company. They immediately responded and were shocked the cleaners hadn’t arrived or communicated. He was right on it, very apologetic and stayed in communication with me the whole time. We ended up rescheduling for the next day, while that was disappointing for about one minute I was thankful that even though the cleaners didn’t come on Sunday I spent all day tidying/ cleaning up ????. I have never hired cleaners before, and I had never been more motivated TO clean which I was/am extremely grateful for. The cleaners showed up the next day as expected, communication was great once again. Very courteous and professional. There was a small issue that I talked to them about and again dealt with immediately and professionally. The cleaners did such a good job on my floors ( kitchen was so bad ????????) I have a gas stove too and that was pretty badly covered in food stains/ stuffs, got that sparklin again. I could tell they really put elbow grease into it! Under fridge, bathroom????????I would 100% recommend Eco GREEN cleaners for move in move out services or whatever! The prices are competitive and super great to deal with. I am so sorry I don’t remember the name of the gentleman I spoke to on the phone / emailed.
We recently had our property cleaned by EcoGreen. They were on time and did a very god job.
We had EcoGREEN come and do a "Move-out" cleaning when we sold my Mother-in-law's house recently. She had not lived in the house for almost a year but had a renter in the basement suite. The house was really dusty and need a really good cleaning. The EcoGREEN team showed up on time and did a thorough cleaning. The place looked and smelled great when they were finished. Can't say enough about the fantastic job they did. A very reasonable cost, too!
We booked an appointment with EcoGREEN for our garden suite apartment. The ladies called to say they would be about 20 minutes late which turn out to 40 minutes late. When they arrived they had no idea what to do, which apartment etc. all this information had been given to Frank as we anticipated not being there because of work. Frank explained they missed a text so it would have been figured out somehow if we weren't there. The 2 ladies were very happy which was great and seemed to do a good job although the tenants returned so it was hard to take a good look. There was a misunderstanding about one part of the cleaning but the ladies fixed it right away no problem. They charged what was agreed with Frank. I have used both cleaning companies and independent cleaners before and Eco GREEN seems to be one of the better ones, especially the cleaners I had. I will use them again as you can't plan for traffic delays and I like people who are happy while working.

I have a feeling that the reviews are fake. I had their service today and was very disappoint with their scheduling, timing, efficiency,profession and most importantly cleanness. I booked my appointment with a guy called Carwon, and I text messaging him that my house is about 1600 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2 balconies; I also told him that I would like him to have a deep clean for the master bathroom and wipe the lighten fixture and baseboard heater. In the end, he said there will be two men coming to my home work for 4 hours, which is 8 hours in total, at around 1 or 2 o'clock. However, today at 1 I started to call their office and Carwons' phone, no one answered or even replied... So I just keep waiting till this women ,Matika, shows up with no idea of what she need to do, no idea of what's going on, and did not even have enough time to finish her job ( she only had 4 hours). Her work is super inefficient , irresponsible, and uncleaned. During the work, she picked up couple calls, and called me couple times because she wants me to fix the toilet, which is fine for me, but she did NOT clean the washroom properly... At the moment I walked into my bathroom I noticed that all the tiles (floor and wall) are still dirty. She didn't even brush or wipe it hard enough that there are still some easy come off stain on the tiles. I know because I had to wipe it myself after. When I see my toilet, its still very dusty and some black mark on it... I know she did not wipe it properly, so I had to clean it again by myself... Also, I dont think she used sanitized product for toilet... She used the same cloth same spray chemical for eeevvverywhere! At the end of her scheduling, she insisted to leave without get to the kitchen area.... Also, I told her that my bathroom is still dirty and she said " oh yeah, I was rushing... maybe you can schedule with another 4 hours other time... then i think it should be fine. " WTH. I will NEVER schedule with this company again... In the 4 hours of her work, all she did was wipe the counter slightly, dust slightly,swiping and vacuum the floor (wasting time on doing both), and mopping with the machine mop...Whatever she did, I can do it as well and better than hers. As a result, I fell like I just wasted hundred bucks and time...so regret!
House has never looked better at a very, very reasonable price. Will use them every couple of weeks from now on.

I needed move in cleaning as previous owners of the place didn't clean the house as I wanted, so I hired Ecogreen cleaning. Very pleasant experience. It was for 4000 sq ft west van house, after cleaning session, every corner of the house looked immaculate! What a difference.... They really took time and cleaned everything top to bottom! I've had to deal with 3 different companies in the past but Ecogreen really stood up to my expectations. I admit, I am very picky customer to many cleaning companies. However their cleaning ladies took my challenges and made us very happy!! Already set up weekly cleaning, and so far very satisfied. Definitely Five star.

I booked with EcoGREEN to clean my father's condo before placing it on the market. The team that was scheduled weren't able make it but another employee arrived even though it was his day off. He did the work of two people and stayed in the condo for hours until everything was finished, including all of the blinds. Nothing was overlooked. I was so impressed! The condo was shining!

It is such a relief to have EcoGreen come to my apartment and clean. I have bi-weekly cleaning with them and my apartment feels utterly blissful afterwards. With two kids and three dogs we've had our carpets done by Eco Green every three months for over three years. Eco Green always brought our old, tired carpets to amazing condition. Last year we replaced the carpets and same thing-clean, no soap residue, not too wet...I highly recommend them!
