Terrible customer service. They never even showed up, not even a call. So I called and he phoned me and made an excuse and booked for Monday, but again no show. My time is just as valuable as theirs.

A house we were renting out had a mouse problem so we called Don and he was out that evening to check things out and was over the next day to get started. He not only got rid of the problem but gave suggestions to stop it from happening again. Great service

I am a Realtor who was showing a vacant home, Champion Pest Control had signs everywhere... traps were clearly visible.... and... they actually worked. There was a rat caught in a trap. Very dead. I didn't expect to see the trap actually ... work! Go figure. I'll say this for Don and his team... they take care of the problem... I have personally seen the proof... just wish I could unsee it!... I hate rats....

Champion Pest Control is the BEST! I bought a new house and within a few months I realized that I had a little infestation problem. Don came by for several weeks and lay all the traps necessary to tactically get rid of my mouse problem. I would recommend Don to anybody who's running into any infestation problems. Thanks Don!

Very bad customer service by the person who booked my work. He was rude and condescending and I do not appreciate being treated that way. The guy who did the work was nice, but my overall impression of this company was already ruined by the guy on the phone. I won't be contacting this company for anything in the future.
