I had the pleasure of recently working with Lynda and Tim for several weeks. It took very little time to see the professional, ethical, hardworking, caring and honest values they both share. They were both extremely dependable, punctual, and thoughtful when it came to scheduling and planning. One item that stood out was the care they have for their employees, which is an important strength that gets lost on some employers. I highly recommend Lynda and Tim at All Clean for any of your cleaning needs, it is in my professional opinion that they will value that relationship with the utmost regard. When my aging parents needed help in the home with cleaning we used All Clean. Right from the first Contact I was impressed with the friendly but professional interaction. My parents really liked that the same girls were assigned to them all the time and they grew to care about the team. The staff work in pairs, bring their own equipment and have a fine-tuned system in place. Linda the owner, who is absolutely a fabulous person does frequent checks to make sure you are satisfied with the service and when necessary she pitches in herself. We would still be using them except that my parents are now in an independent living community. I would recommend All Clean for all your cleaning needs. They also do move outs etc.

I was excited, (seeing the reviews of this company), to have them do a move in clean for us at the beginning of June. I was grateful when they even adjusted the dates after our house sale closing dates had to be changed (this was changed start of April). They were quite accommodating. Unfortunately a week before our move date I got an email of them confirming the wrong times. I actually thought it was the wrong company and asked which company this was as I had gotten quotes and times from a few. Nope, they then explained someone was very ill and they had to change the times to when our movers were showing up with two trucks of our belongings and several movers. I told them that that wouldn’t work and had to cancel in that case. Two days later, after I cancelled and luckily found another company, I start getting text messages from them. “We have to change your time”etc. I explained that I already cancelled and hired as the times didn’t work. Lynda then started giving me guilt trips about how they accommodated me changing my purchase dates (I did this two months ago...not a week before). I told them I did appreciate that but that it wouldn’t work out still. She again sent me more texts saying she tried to accommodate me and “good god all the time we used to organize me”...I finally told her that comparing a change 2 months before can’t be compared to changing things a week before, and they didn’t even tell me about the times, just tried to confirm the wrong time which I thought was super sneaky. I had to tell her to stop texting me. I thought their behaviour was extremely unprofessional.

It is always a pleasure to return to my home after AllClean has been there. I have this company in once per month to do my major cleaning. Blinds, ledges, baseboards, doors, along with the regular weekly cleaning. My house just shines when they are finished. One visit, they arrived when I was doing a load of laundry and had just started the dishwasher. When I got home, the clothes were folded on my bed and all the dishes put away. When they unloaded my dishwasher, they also organized my rather messy tupperware drawer. They are fantastic!!!

I notice that after the unflattering reviews (which sound very consistent with my experiences) about how offensively unprofessional the owner is that there are now a lot of 5 star reviews from Realtors! I suspect discounts are involved. That the owner badgers anyone giving honest reviews says everything you need to know -- she's off the wall and a bully. I found her to be really wild in her mood swings. She starts off with over the top friendliness and familiarity and you think how lucky that you've found the very best service... to the next time acting strange, hostile, weird and aggressively rude to the point of fabricating things... and your left wondering what the heck was that about!?? So, word to the wise: Pay attention to the reviews with this lady and consider yourself honestly warned.

Our poor house had gone without a deep cleaning for many months! Due to circumstances beyond our control, we were unable to perform this big task ourselves. Lynda McCrae arrived soon after my call for help, and she was a delight even while she was assessing the dirty job in store for her crew. We were impressed by her warm and professional manner, but it was her beautiful voice with its burr from Scotland that enchanted us! It was like having a Scottish Mary Poppins in our home. She was able to schedule our "clean" much sooner than we expected, and she reminded us again of the COVID protocols that we must follow. The day arrived and even though I was unable to greet the cleaners to help them "meet the house," they moved ahead as if they knew every nook and cranny already. They cleaned under, behind, over, on top of, inside, and around everything in the house, including all the walls, baseboards, molding, doors, and hardware. They had all the equipment they needed to reach artifacts on shelves 12' high and light fixtures and fans hanging from 20' ceilings. The cheerful Ann and Shelly used only cleaning agents that left NO chemical odors in the air (I'm asthmatic) and yet the house sparkled from floor to ceiling. They knew exactly which cleaning agent to use for the variety of surfaces in our home: wood, glass, granite, steel, ceramic tile, painted wood and painted drywall. They also knew exactly what to do with our furnishings. In other words: they needed no cautions or instructions even though our home is over-filled with books, paintings, antique furniture, objets d'art ..with 4 cats and a dog. Finally, they worked an hour longer than planned, with no complaint, because, they said, "We want to do this right for you." They were very courteous and warm and carried on like busy bees the whole time. When they finished and said good bye, we were happy with a shining clean home, and we booked for regular service.

I contacted Lynda at All Clean and she clearly shared the services offered by her highly professional and competent staff. I required help with a ‘move out’ clean and she shared all of the areas that would be addressed to ensure the return of a damage deposit. Thank heavens for her thoroughness and attention to detail; it never would have occurred to me to ask someone to clean on top of the kitchen cupboards, but that was one of the areas included on her move out checklist. The property was definitely cleaner when we moved out than it was when we moved in. The bathroom, fridge, stove, cupboard, etc.were absolutely spotless! Would not recommend working with this company. While the cleaners did a great job, unfortunately the ownership is incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and difficult to deal with. This company has cited the general demand for cleaning services seemingly to take advantage of the professional relationship. I understand that cleaners are in demand, but I think it is in poor taste, and bad business, to cite this in order to behave poorly in a professional relationship. I have seen similar messages throughout this thread and would urge anyone who is considering these services to look elsewhere. I read a response from this account, blaming a commenter's negative review for a potential loss of work for their employees. I wanted to emphasize that the employees did good work, but it is the reprehensible behaviour of the employers that are causing customers to leave.
