This was an awful service. So awful, in fact, that our house was not even cleaned. We called a month and a half before hand, set an appointment, reminded the company about said appointment, just to have this pathetic service not show up. We then called to ask what had happened, and heard the sad excuse that she forgot. Instead of compensating her customers (ie. us), for not arriving, she simply said she was unable to clean the house....even AFTER we had confirmed, and RECONFIRMED the dates. I highly advise to choose ANY cleaning service other than Anne's Household Services. I am thoroughly dissatisfied by the customer service. I would give it 0 stars, but unfortunately, to publish the review, I have to rate the service.

How do I give a zero? Horrible horrible woman. I hired her weeks ahead for a move clean, got little email response but she did respond. I let her know I was just overly worried that there was a tight time schedule with our move. Day of the move (today) she was supposed to arrive at 9am. She didn't. Left a message at 930 saying she didn't have our address (she did). Half hour later I messaged her back the address and that its ok she is late no problem. Half hour later no response. By noon and no show I called her house, her husband answered and took my info, sounded quite apologetic. Still nothing from her by 230. Called her cell number as I called her house again several times with no answer. Finally she answered and was so apathetic about it that she actually said, 'this sort of thing happens sometimes'. No it doesn't!!!! Only if you are a horrible business woman! I hired someone else last minute thank goodness. This was my worst nightmare and she was such a horrible jerk about it. NEVER hire this woman.
