Terrible service. Not satisfied by the job and the exaggerated claims made by worker and owner. Sent an email and was ignored and finally made contact to be told that my emails were received, clearly they were ignoring my concerns. The owner Trevor was very disrespectful and rude to me on the phone. No real attempt to come to a resolution was made by owner even after contacting district management. Do not recommend due to lack of service provide, lack of customer service and outrageous price for a job not done and exaggerated claims that certain distances were done when not possible.

From the time I called roto-rooter at 330pm to the time the job was finished was 1.5 hours! Friendly, fair and let me ask questions until I had no more. I highly reccomend Chad and Andrea when your sewer is being a jerk.

We were having sewer back up and called they were here that afternoon and fixed it right up! Great personable service over the phone with Logan, service technician Steffan was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me sone advice to help maintain. Fantastic and quick service greatly appreciated and would definitely recommend!!!

Had a plugged toilet in my house in mj. Tenant called roto rooter and asked them to come fix it. The guy who showed up looked at the problem and assessed that the toilet needed to be lifted to fix the problem and quoted a bill of at least $300. I called the office and spoke with Trevor and asked why this was the case knowing it was easy to send a snake down the drain through the toilet and assess the problem correctly. Trevor tried to tell me that lifting the toilet was the only way to fix the problem. I disagreed and told them to leave. Thankfully the next plumber we called in was more honest and was able to unplug the toilet correctly. turns out it was an orange only a few feet down the pipe causing the problem and it didnt cost anywhere near $300. Guess who we wont be calling next time we have a problem. the bbb was also alerted to the obvious attempt to pad a bill instead of doing a good job.
