She was very friendly, very forward, very transparent with us. 10/10 recommend. The negative review concerning her showing up 7 days late and “charging double when they were across the country” misrepresents what actually happened. We are neighbours with that property and they had not left the cleaner access to the home. We know because she knocked on our door to inquire about how to get access on the day they had booked her originally. Not her fault, poor planning on the reviewers part. The home was also left with mud all over the doors, trash everywhere - so I don’t doubt at all that the house was filthier than they told her it was. Hope this clears it up for anyone looking to hire a cleaner. She’s very lovely to deal with.

Quoted a price for a move out cleaning. Didn't show up prepared to clean the place until 7 days after the appointed time, then doubled the price of the job once she knew we were already on the other side of the country and would have difficulty finding another cleaner. Seemed uninterested in the job right from the start. 10/10 would not recommend. And as you can see from the response from the owner, the professionalism is terrible.
