Called them about cleanup after a disaster at my house. Was asked to send pictures, I was told the manager would contact me, never received follow up call. I don't chase companies for them to perform services for me.

On call dispatch was rude and minimally helpful, showed zero sense of urgency for our flooded basement and told us we probably weren't covered by insurance so "we should deal with the problem ourselves as much as possible." Told us he'd try to have crews there within 4 hours "but no promises" and that those hours wouldn't matter in the big picture. We called Service Master, who was on-site within one hour. The service was awesome and we will be life long loyal customers to Service Master!

Floyd Martin is the most honest, conscientious, hard working and knowledgeable contractor for clean up and restoration in northern Michigan. Water damage turned my condo into a mess, a nightmare. He was Johnny on the spot and took care of everything, the right way. ALWAYS answers his phone. No shimmy shake or hully gully answers. He is a kind man who has a calming demeanor. He is the real deal in a time of crisis.

I wanted to share my experience with this company as I recently had my heat ducts cleaned. The two gentlemen were courteous and explained the steps and what would happen. They were very professional and helped me understand how I could help by moving things away from the registers as well as things standing in the way of the cold returns. I appreciated how experienced these two gentlemen were and how well they worked as a team to make my house smell cleaner and without the allergens. My mother in law got out of rehab two months ago , she almost died in the fire yet she don't have a home to go to , very slow service, all she wants is to be home. They suck at getting it done,turtle time if you get the service

Thank you, ServPro for the excellent job that you did in cleaning a basement that hadn't been cleaned in 70 years! The 3 ladies that were sent to clean were meticulous, professional, and hardworking. The workmen who came to pour cement on the dirt floor in the basement were very impressed with the impact that your cleaning crew had on the walls and ceiling.
