I had mold issues on my bathroom roof and it needed to be fixed asap due to personal reasons! I found them on google and called them up. Brandon immediately called us back to schedule a visit and took a detailed look at the associated problems that needed attention! He took absolutely no time to provide us an estimate. They started the job immediately as we finalized them! Collin and Darren were extremely professional and experts at getting the job completed as required! All in all very courteous, punctual and professional people, resulting in a very happy client and will definitely recommend them for any restoration/reno job you need to get done! I called a few companies of the Thanksgiving weekend and got two calls back, one from a company a rather not name and the other from Servpro. I received a call from Nick and he explained in detail what their process was and also asked me what the problem with my plumbing was. I must say from start to finish the process was seamless, the scheduling was convenient and the plumber that was sent to do the job was pleasant. He explained what he was going to do, also gave me a tip on my toilet not being installed properly plus explained. The job was done in under an hour, no mess no hassle! Last but not least I received a follow up call the very next day which was impressive! I highly recommend Servpro!

I was impressed with ServPro after I had them fix the mistakes of another company. The other company quoted low and under delivered. I had to have servpro come in and fix the mistakes of the other company. I only wish I had them do the work in the first place. Brandon was helpful and really put my mind at ease after a stressful event of a water leak. If I ever need to fix a water leak and the fallout of that, I know who I will be calling next time. I contacted Servpro Ajax after we had water damage in our basement. We addressed the outside issues that had caused the problem, but needed a company that could help with the inside damage. Brady and his team were quick to respond to my initial phone call and took a conservative approach to determining the level of remediation and repair that was required inside. The mold remediation was looked after quickly and professionally. The wall and floor repair and painting done by Colin was very well done and he kept us informed at each stage of the repair.
