I recently took in my Schott USA, double-breasted, lined leather coat to be altered. As soon as I entered the store, I was directed to the fitting room where I was met by Cat, one of the very capable seamstresses, and Tony, the owner, both who spent a great deal of time taking measurements and making suggestions about the adjustments that should be made to my coat. They were substantial: the only part of the coat that didn't need some sort of tweaking were the buttons. The price quoted was very reasonable, considering the extent of the alterations. The jacket was completed promptly and delivered to my home. The work was exceptionable. I am very pleased with the level of care and service delivered by this family-run company. They certainly earned the five stars given. Thank you for the great service.

This place is amazing. Last month I got some black stuff (I think it must of been old grease or oil or something from the bottom of some tracks on a chair) on my bright white Nike Free runners. I took them in willing to pay whatever to fix my shoes, and they ended up cleaning my shoe on the spot for FREE!! I thought for sure it would be at least $50. They looked as good as new! Amazing! I ordered a main zipper replacement for my dad's passed down 80s bomber jacket around the new year. The quote was $30 cheaper than the local cleaners (and their zipper was mediocre compared to the YKK standard at Love Your). The turnaround was two weeks and they went above and beyond (they added a double zipper and replaced the front breast pocket zippers too!). Definitely earned a loyal customer.

Oh my god, Tony is a miracle worker. I have an All Saints suede purse, worth more than I've ever spent on a bag before. My husband knocked my latte onto it and it was a complete mess. I was going to throw it away but thought I'd try asking if it could be cleaned. Took it to Love Your Leather and they gave it to Tony. Less than 10 minutes later he came out with the purse as good as new, not only was the coffee stain gone from outside and inside the front pocket, but it was clean as new. And no charge!!! Thank you Love Your Leather for doing such a great job with my dirty hiking boots, beat up converse, and muddy winter UGGs. You gave them the second life they all deserve when I was going to give up on them. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw my grey converse turned white again and my UGG looked just as new. I had some bad experiences with local tailors. Then I heard about Love Your Leather. Someone said I should check them out. I was a bit apprehensive at first. But Jim was very understanding, and patient with me. So I knew my jacket was in good hands. The customer service I received was awesome. I was between jobs, and short on cash. Ruined my $8900 Chanel purse. They had a simple job of painting a part of white over a tiny spot where colour of the purse rubbed off. They ruined the stitches and had gotten a brownish paint on the inside of the purse that ruined the white purse. I gave them 3 opportunities to try to correct it each time and they just ruined it more. The Owner Tony was RUDE and yelled at me all of the sudden because I was blaming him and obviously couldn't handle the fact he ruined an expensive purse and treated it like garbage. He's a scammer and shouldn't talk to customers or handle them at all. Absolutely stay CLEAR of this place if you have something expensive to fix.

Update: My jacket arrived in the morning before I went to work after only a couple of weeks and it's better than it was when I bought it! The sleeve tear has been repaired and feels durable and the leather feels like it's ready for another decade of being beaten down! ???? Pocket seams have been flawlessly reattached and the belt loop stitching is now clean and professional, miraculously with no visible holes from a prior botched amateur repair. The conditioning and redyeing is expertly done - the scratches are now nearly imperceptible, and all the worn and faded parts look good as new. To top it all off, they even threw in some gorgeous metal buttons. I am extremely satisfied with the value and quality of the workmanship and will be definitely be returning to them for future work in the new year when I decide to get my trophy coat relined in red. Thank you Love Your Leather for saving my jacket! Many memories were made wearing it, and now many more will soon be made. ❤️ Original Review: Came to drop off my favourite leather jacket - good service, very knowledgeable, and a great price for all the repair and refinishing I required. Very pleasant staff. I'll update this in a few weeks when it comes back to me (they deliver all throughout southern Ontario!), but I've no doubt already that my cherished jacket will come back in the best shape it can :)

Dropped my cowhide leather coat for cleaning and liner replacement - pockets were failing as well. Was quoted a 2-week time frame to get the work done - which given the extent of the work, I thought was totally reasonable. I got the coat back 6 days later - cleaned, new liner, pockets - all done. Excellent quality work, and friendly people to help. Make no mistake, this is not a discount service. In my experience you get what you pay for though, and this was well worth it on all counts. Highly recommended.

I bought a Rudsak jacket for winter in an XS. Being a really petite person the jacket ran a bit loose on me. I went to Love Your Leather because I saw they do alterations on designer jackets. Honestly, with the amount they quoted me on to shorten the hem and cinch the waist was worth it - I paid $275. Though it did take 3 weeks for them to finish my jacket the results were amazing! Honestly, I would not just go to ANY alteration store to get a designer jacket done. I recommend this store 100% The result was amazing. It was worth the money and the customer service was incredible. Enough said.

Tony at Love Your Leather saved our lives. 27 teenagers booked a march break stay at a cottage in uxbridge, including a $1500 damage deposit. Long story short, the white leather couch was stained with sharpie and its dye was scrubbed out with steel wool. After trying myriads of products (aquafina, oxyclean, smirnoff, bounty) and hitting up walmart and rona, we finally got in contact with tony who told us to come on down. Skeptical but desperate, we opted for the 1.5 hour trip to etobicoke. It paid off. Tony looked at the couch stool and matched the colour by eye, all the while teasing us for our trouble. He was kind and willing to share valuable advice with us young ones, and mixed our dye in a water bottle for free. We travelled home and applied a few coats with a sponge, and the couch looked brand new! Tony is a talented, generous guy, and every visitor to the store commented on how incredible the Love Your Leather service is. Most importantly, he saved us a $1500 damage deposit on our cottage. Very Disapoonted with the finished product. Paid over $700 for 2 purses. Not up to the expectations that was set by Toni . Although their response time for email answering was great, the end and final product finish was well below expectation for the amount of $$$ paid. The Driver who was delivering the product also not very friendly, for high end purses be sure to check first, otherwise best to deal with the original LV or Channel store, atleast it will be guaranteed .

Updated Review: Their customer service team was quick to reach out and provide a full explanation of why they felt they couldn't help. Since my original 1 star review was for customer service, I will adjust this! The person who called and the response in the Google review was very thorough and the person on the phone was extremely sweet and understanding! All this being said, I'm still not 100% convinced they couldn't have actually helped considering what basic soap and water did (I'll attach a photo, on the left is the original photo I sent them and on the right is after two applications of damp cloth + dish soap). Still, would definitely consider this company again for customer service alone :) Original review: I inquired because my cat peed in my leather couch… I cleaned the smell and everything but there is now a water stain. This company said they cannot help remove the water stains, provided no explanation but told me to contact a different ‘team’. When I asked for a suggestion, they told me to Google ‘leather cleaning company’ to find a company haha I’m not sure if this is typical for the level of customer service but it was almost comical to be told to Google to find a leather cleaning company….from a leather cleaning company that I found on Google

*note: I'm a real person* With all these 5 star reviews this place seems good to be true, but they're absolutely deserving. I have a vintage leather briefcase that was gifted to me when I finished grad school. I didn't care for it properly resulting in the leather cracking. I was a bit hesitant to take the briefcase just anywhere, so I did a lot of online research and decided to go with Love your Leather. They did a wonderful restoration - looks better than brand new. I'm really appreciative of their work -- the customer service was exceptional too!

Shipped them out a Chanel vest that had been very discolored, and faded from being out in the sun, etc. Kathy & Tony did such a phenomenal job with it, the vest looks like it did when I first purchased it. It's very hard to find a company that you can trust with high-end products, but Love Your Leather is definitely the way to go. Very reasonably priced, great customer service, and they will do whatever is possible to save you money, while still providing you with the great results that you expect! This place is awesome. I needed my jacket restored but I was very worried about the whole process on how it was going to be done as it's a very exclusive expensive piece. When I arrived on site the owner Tony came out to meet me and to go over the details on what I wanted to do. This made me feel very special that he would take his time to come out to see me. He introduced me to his staff and gave me a tour of his facility. Then assured me that my jacket was in good hands. He gave me a timeline of 2 weeks but I was amazed that it was done in less than a week. The jacket is like brand new I was truly grateful. GOD BLESS you and your staff Tony. It wasn’t cheap, but worth it. My beloved Kate Spade mint green purse was marred by a night out in the rain, causing the denim ink from my jeans to transfer to the leather. I scrubbed for a few hours, tried apple cider vinegar, rubbing alcohol and saddle soap to no avail. I found Love Your Purse and appreciated the free pickup and delivery. It took about two weeks and $170 later, but my purse looks factory new. Highly recommended!

My first time I dropped off my jacket and definitely will be referring my friends and family. Met the owner when I was there and he was incredibly nice. Price is fair considering you want to be extra careful where you drop off your leather pieces at. They did the cleaning, waterproofing, and touched any blemishes. My jacket looks better then when it was on the store rack. I was offered free delivery too so overall a great experience. Highly recommend if you are unsure about your local dry cleaner touching your leather goods

Tony's craft is admirable and watching him truly put his best effort and heart into repairing our leather purse was incredible. He handled our branded item with immense care and applied his genius to recreate the exact color which was a mix of gold, silver and bronze. I'd highly recommend coming to Love your leather prior to trying at-home cleaning tactics to remove marks which tend to ruin the purse even more. We had a pen mark and tried acetone and dish soap both of which decolored the purse rather than removing the stain. Tony recovered the sheen and color to the best of his ability. I was exceedingly pleased with the service and quality of work that was done on my western boots. The boots were white and I was looking to get them dyed to a dark brown. A previous (unsuccessful) attempt was made to dye them, which resulted in several leather repair shops refusing to work on my boots. However, while on the internet I found Love Your Leather and contacted them and explained my situation. Consequently, I was told that they would be able to re-dye my boots. I would certainly recommend this business to anyone looking for excellent customer service and quality workmanship; my boots turned out fantastic.

These Guys did what I thought was impossible! I had a grey leather jacket that I paid 300+ for and then stained it all over. Then I was advised by a friend to clean it with baking soda and water - big mistake. It turned the leather dark and hardened it. I thought this jacket is a lost cause but kept it because I felt bad throwing it out. I was getting a few other items dry cleaned and since this place is close, I decided to give it a shot. I brought the ruined grey jacket just in case, not expecting anything really. Tony explained to me the whole process and while skeptical, I figured I had nothing to lose. I'm happy to say I was very pleasantly surprised when I went in to pick up my jacket and it looked like new! They had cleaned it and restored the color, I wasn't even able to tell where the stains used to be. Bringing it to these guys is the best thing I could have done! If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I would do it!

The worse service ever. I brought a pair of boots 2 months ago and they promised me to get my boots fixed in 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks later I called them and they told me the boots were not ready. I week later I called back and they told me I could pick up the boots, when I went to pick up the boots, they were with the same with the same white spots I brought them for so I didn't received them because I'have paid CAD$63.00 to get them fixed otherwise I would just purchased a new ones. 1 Week later they told me they would call me when the boots were ready. 2 weeks ago I called them again because no one has communicate with me and they told me they will call me on the next day at 8am. Today, July 2nd I'm on the phone trying to get any answer because I need my boots and my money back but after almost 1 hour waiting on the phone, no one is giving me an answer or solution. This is just unacceptable, disrespectful and this is just a joke with the customer. In this company they are liars who don't know anything about customer service.

I took my leather motorcycle (thick leather) jacket that I've taken good care of for about eight years now, to get the failing zipper replaced. They did a professional job where you can't tell that the zipper was replaced, in a good way. They replaced it with the same quality YKK brand zippers, the stitching is straight and the work overall looks like it was done by staff who put care into their workmanship. On top of that, the price was fair. They saved me from having to throw away an otherwise perfectly functional jacket. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Black dye from an article of clothing had come off and stained an expensive purse. Every other store told me the stain was permanent and it was impossible to remove. Took it to love your leather and they miraculously made the purse look good as new! It's not cheap....but they are very upfront about costs and do a great job. Well worth the price if you accidentally stain an expensive item.

When I received it after dry cleaning I wasn't completely happy ... he explained the cleaning process and the importance of not cleaning too aggressively so that the coat wouldn't be damaged. For every 10 referrals one goes wrong. I went to this place because i had a sentimental hat that i wanted cleaned. Not only did they ruin the hat and took my money, they denied they did anything wrong and when confronted they asked me to speak to the technician. The women (young useless blond) at the front is rude and i just find it incredible with the high reviews at this business. They also did absolutely nothing with my boots and i could have done the exact same thing at home. Oh well $120 down the drain could be worse. It took them about 6 weeks to complete but they never even called me back i had to call them a few times to check on when it would be done. (I think they knew they ruined my hat and didn't want to call me). I wish we could give negative starts. Please be extremely careful giving these jokers your valuable merchandise they are a scam. The reason why i went is that i am new to the area and just opened up a business nearby and wanted to help the local people! ) - NEGATIVE STARS Tony, This website is called google reviews in case you didn't realize it. I am simply giving my review of my experience with your establishment. If i had an hour to waste i would not come back and waste it with you i have something that is called a job and i work 7 days. I am sorry to be so rude but i was very upset with the service i received and as you can see from the hat it was bubbled. Prior to me bringing it to you it was stained which is why i wanted it cleaned and instead of admitting you made a mistake your justifying your mistake. Headed to Love Your Leather to have a vintage leather skirt updated and a zipper on my purse fixed. Everyone was LOVELY. The seamstress really made me feel that she knew what she was doing. And, even though it was an insanely busy Saturday, the lady in charge took the time to look at my purse, explain how hard it was to replace the zippers and then told me there was a trick that would help and then taught me how to squeeze the zipper so it would work properly and she waxed the teeth. And then she didn’t charge me for that work! My skirt was done within ten days and it was PERFECT. The work was outstanding and it fits like a glove. Complete new lease on life. I am so happy. The price isn’t cheap but completely fair for the work done. I also got to see some of the other jobs they were working on and it is clear they can do magic. One purse I saw (clearly beloved) was half done. Half looked like it had been dragged behind a pick up truck and the other half looked brand new. The only bad thing I can say is that parking is terrible so don’t go on a Saturday. But that is a small price to pay for such great work.

DON'T GO GO THIS PLACE. I had to take my Timberlands there to remove a stain and be rewaterproofed. They cleaned the stain but didn't waterproof them. I've had to bring them back twice to get them waterproofed. It cost $84. They the first time they attempted to waterproof, it changed the shade on one of them for some reason. When I went back, they said they can't actually waterproof this type of leather even though they said they would originally. Terrible work for a rip-off price of $84. Scam artists.

I was extremely disappointed with the results of my alterations. After spending over $500, at least 6 trips and waiting over 1.5 months, the results were not even close to what I expected. I would not recommend them for men's suit alterations. I paid a premium price for sub-standard work. I ended up going to a mall tailor who redid the work in 2 days for less than half the price. Hi Tony, Thank you for your response. If you check your records , you will find a charge for $344.65 on Nov 14(Black suit), $56.50 on Nov29(trench coat), $45.20 on Nov30(more work on black suit) and $152.55 on Dec3(Navy suit), totalling $598.90, tax incl. I was pleased with the results of the pants of the black suit and I commented on that specifically. The work on the jacket however was not satisfactory and the jacket stayed with your team until Dec 28, when I picked it up. There were multiple trips in between where the jacket was supposed to be ready but was not satisfactory. One time because the cuffs were not shortened enough, another because the cuff buttons were uneven and another time because there were divots in the cuffs. The delay with the buttons was on the Navy suit and I brought the buttons in the next day. I was truly hoping that your team would have been able to get the suits right as I had 4 more suits that I wanted to have tailored with you as well as many dress shirts. But after so many issues, I had to go to other tailors.

Love Your Leather did an excellent job restoring a ceremonial sword belt that is part of my uniform. The belt was in very poor condition. The leather had become incredibly stiff and the white "blanco" finishing was flaking off. Love Your Leather was able to soften the leather, restore its pliability, and completely refinish it. Very disappointed in the quality of work on my Kate Spade purse. I brought my purse into the Kate Spade store in Ottawa to ask about what could be done since the piece of hardware that connects the strap to the purse had fallen off after less than a year of use. The lady was very helpful and said she was able to send my purse to a place where they could replace it for me for free. I was first of all told it would take 4-6 weeks. I called the Kate Spade store after 8 weeks and asked about it but was told they were very backed up. After 9 weeks I received my purse, but the pieces of hardware that Love Your Leather put on my bag were covered in noticeable, large dents and scratches and were very cheap looking. They looked very worn and looked like they were used. I was very excited when I saw that my purse was finally in but was so disappointed when I saw scratches and dents all over the “new” pieces of hardware. :(

Prada don't make the silver zippered wallets any more and I'm happy I don't have to replace it! Excellent quality, but make sure you give them time to work. I am a second year engineering student at Queen’s and when my GPA (Engineering jacket) started bleeding dye I sent it it for repair. Love your centre offers free pickup and delivery and they provide tracking for your order. Customer service was easy to talk to and they were happy to answer all my questions. My only word of warning is that some repairs can take 2-3 weeks to complete. I needed my jacket completed before I returned to school and I figured 2 weeks would be sufficient. Unfortunately my estimate was wrong and special arrangements had to be made to return my jacket in time. Despite the timing setback the staff were very helpful and did their best to accommodate my needs. I would highly recommend this service despite the duration of repairs. My jacket is exactly as I want it now

All I can say this place does amazing work I had a rip in my bomber jacket and they replaced two panels. The leather not only matched the colour but also the texture you can’t tell that these panels are new to the jacket. Very pleased with the work and highly recommend them. I have also took in a very old jacket that needs a lot of work, new sections of lining, fix some rips and an overall cleaning. Looking forward to see the final results in a couple of weeks

I recently brought in my brand new, hand knotted rug with a stain that I could not remove. I was very upset about the stain and was on the verge of tears when I came into the office. Tony (the owner) came out to speak with me, and he immediately put me at ease and told me that he was going to do everything he could to remove the stain. We both knew that this was going to be a tough stain to remove (I had no idea what caused the stain). He was upfront and honest and told me that he would keep me posted on the progress. Tony was true to his word and each time I called, he provided me with details on the progress and asked for my thoughts and approval to try different techniques. After a few unsuccessful attempts at removing the stain, I was prepared to accept the fact that the stain would never be removed, but Tony was persistent and kept trying. Bottom line - Tony is a miracle worker; the stain was removed! And when I brought my rug home, it looked better than ever! I was so impressed with Tony's positive attitude, professionalism, honesty, determination and customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and I am a forever a loyal customer. Great place. My Canada Goose jacket had it's cuffs stretched out over time and I took it here for a replacement. Wait time was about 2 1/2 weeks (busy because of the season). The new cuffs are 1 for 1 compared to the original and the stitching work is phenomenal. Can't even tell that it has been replaced. Will definitley come back for a dry cleaning after winter is through!

I had my Rudsak winter coat dry cleaned, colour corrected BACK to black (including the leather lining!), and the fur was taken care of beautifully! Pros: 2 stars for delivery service and my coat smells fresh! Cons: got my coat back a few hours ago after 16 days. Opened the plastic bag, not so surprise (probably because my coat wasn't in a bad shape before). I got my knitted cuffs replaced, and there's a tear (already?!) as shown in the photo. The quality of the cuffs definitely can not be comparable with the original ones'. They're a lot thinner and will be stretched easily. I don't even consider send the coat back tho, 'cause I don't wanna wait for another week. For the price that they charged, I expected more than this. P/s: wanted my fur to be whitening because it's discolored after 5 years. It doesn't look any different. I did ask the person on the phone to put the whitening fur request in the note, she didn't, but told me that when they clean it they will do it. But that doesn't happened unfortunately.

People like Kathy and Tony of LoveYourLeather Cleaning Facility in Etobicoke are hard to find in today’s fast-paced money-focused cleaning business. They are, above all, warm and kind human beings. Just a day before my daughter’s wedding, my wife realized that her long-awaited MOB dress, which we picked just night before, had several stains from either alteration or subsequent steaming and handling in the store we purchased from (Toronto Classic Wedding Dresses Outlet). My wife in tears, and time running out, we were in desperate situation. We called and called again the store we purchased the dress from, but in vain, nobody was there to respond. I called Gibson’s Cleaners and a gleam of hope arose as they told me they could provide same-day service if I bring the dress before 10am. I rushed to their Etobicoke location only to learn that even the best of their cleaners was reluctant to attempt cleaning as he was afraid that the result could worsen the situation. My desperation went through the roof… Luckily the front desk clerk called store manager Shawn Nippard, who once again reviewed the dress and discussed the matter with his expert cleaner. The cleaner maintained his position that the job is too risky and with unknown outcome. Shawn, who realized the gravity of my situation, and need for specialty cleaning services Gibson’s could not provide, called Kathy of “loveyour Cleaning Facility, a division of Trillium TLC Canada and they accepted the challenge. I went to their Etobicoke location and was greeted by Kathy who calmed me down and assured me I was in good hands. Few minutes later the President Tony Kantzavelos himself showed up with a big smile and asked me to come inside the facility to witness the action. And surely, one by one the stains have been removed before my eyes. Even now, few weeks later, I cannot explain the overwhelming sense of relief I felt at that moment. I offered to pay, and was willing to pay whatever they asked, but they did not want money. “It was quick and simple procedure, no charge required” said Tony with his big smile and obviously enjoying the triumph himself. I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I was and still am to these people. The capacity to understand the pain of a customer, and yet remain prudent and not take advantage of situation, is a desirable behaviour in every service to public. It should be a norm, not an exception. Kathy and Tony, these genuinely generous people, have demonstrated that one can have a successful and profitable business and still remain genuinely human.

Ruined 1000s of dollars worth of designer pieces of mine that are now unwearable - which had nothing wrong with them In the first place! brought for a light cleaning to be freshened up and Got destroyed. They claim they did not damage anything and take before pictures of all there items. Asked for the before pictures to prove it and they would not provide them. Then called me and had me on speaker phone with a bunch of people in the room mid day while I'm at work just to argue with me about what was already clarified over email. Brought in my Rudsak jacket to patch up a couple torn spots on the front and back of the jacket. She had suggested to mirror the patch on the left and right side so it wouldn’t look noticeable. I agreed though the idea was pretty costly. 2 small tears and sewing the zipper panel and it costed $200. A bit steep and it took a month to get done but the results are nice.

Suggest COMPLETELY making clear and communicating EXACTLY what you want. They added leather to the bottom and capped my bag. I told them that I would like it to look exactly like the original design so I assumed you would not be able to tell they added leather. Now this purse has no resale value and I wasted $500 during cover and having no income. When I approached them about the problem, they literally sent me voice memos of myself and told me that they liked it even if I did not. Then followed by asking me to come in and "face him". I have never left a bad review in my life, I am just appalled by this..

I recently bought a designer handbag and unfortunately spilled coconut oil from the inside of the bag. The coconut oil soaked through leaving a large stain on the leather (more than 30% of the bag). There was no dry cleaner in Calgary that felt comfortable with dealing with the stain. One place referred me to Tony at Love your purse and so I emailed them pictures of my bags. Tony called me himself which I will forever be grateful for. He told me an estimated cost, what to expect, his prognosis for the stain etc. I felt confident with his ability so I sent my bag to them. I just received my bag and you cannot even tell that the stain was ever there!! Thank you so much to the team at love your purse! I have included a before and after.

The detail that was put into recreating the exact belt I brought it to be replaced was incredible. Every inch of this belt looks and feels like the original. Today was my first visit to Love Your Leather. My beloved suede Gucci purse was splattered with chicken wing sauce and oil during Raptors Game 6 (well worth it of course). Tony took a look and after 5 mins, returned to me good as new. Great service - would highly recommend. They also play cool music and the staff look like they are having a good time working there.

Highly recommend. This is the gold standard of cleaning hockey equipment. I had high expectations of what the ozone ovens and the met all of them and exceeded them. The difference is amazing...I played 3-4 times a week for 2 years and you wouldn't know it. When I dropped my stuff off I realized I had been there before. They also repaired my leather couch 9 years ago and the repair outlasted the couch.

Loveyour failed to clean the jacket properly and charged a lot for the job. I told them that I expected something else, requested a refund but wasn't honored. This is horrible customer support. Use other leather cleaners in town who can do a much better job. Stay away!!

I was in contact with Kathy to clean a heavily stained vintage suede Chanel purse. Kathy reviewed photos of my item and gave me a realistic quote based on the damage (..it was bad). I sent the bag in and received it within 3 weeks and could not be happier. The bag looks completely different! The before + after is insane. They were able to remove years of colour staining, and now the suede is a beautiful shade of brown. Will definitely use Love Your Purse in the future and will recommend to friends. It is worth the money!

I accidentally removed the color from my shoes after cleaning them (with the wrong type of cleaner, obviously), so I went in to see if they could do anything to restore the color. The tech they had available brought me in and did the work right in front of me. He did an excellent job of refinishing the shoes, and seemed happy to have an interesting project. Then I found out he was actually the owner of the business. Why did the owner spend all that time playing with my shoes? Simply because he could. Thanks Tony!

I brought in a relatively expensive briefbag for handle repair (the handle had split and broken) and they made me a completely new handle that matched perfectly. The repair required an impressive amount of unstitching and restitching on a complicated bag (I'm a sewer myself, and while I handle many of my own repairs there was NO WAY I could attack this one). Also, they perfectly colour matched the trim on the bag. I was so delighted for a few weeks, and then very sad when part of the handle partially pulled out (under lighter use than the bag had seen in the previous 5+ years). When I re-contacted them, they reattached it again at no charge with many sincere apologies (to my surprise, they exactly remembered the bag, perhaps showing how much of a job it was to redo the first time around!), and the has continued to serve me well for several solid months since then. I think that it is through experiences like these, where things don't go perfectly, that you really learn the level of service that a company can provide, and I was impressed and will continue to return. I have also brought in several pairs of boots and shoes (not designer brands, but decent retail) for re-heeling, and they do very nice work at a fair price.
