Excellent - fast service and fair prices. I have been coming back to this place for just under a year now. Definitely plan to continue coming back. The owners are very nice. They spent a great deal of time to measure and alter my suit jacket and pants just to my liking (and I'm very picky). Love it!

Worst customer service ever!!! Every time I go the lady there is extremely rude! Would not recommend it to anyone.. in fact I will tell everyone NOT to go there no matter what! Very expensive and extremely unprofessional behaviour!

Tried another cleanser in this area before but they messed up my blazer’s button. Got upset since that’s not a cheap blazer. Found this one, and been dealing with them for few time. I have to say I’m super satisfied. This time I brought them a skirt that supposed to be dry clean but I washed with water so messed up. They put extra work to fix it for me, and they did an excellent job. Also cleaned my sweater with extra care. Their service is also fast btw. Such wonderful and hard working people. Would definitely recommend them.

Used to come here every now and then whenever I needed dry cleaning or alterations but wasn’t up until recently that when I brought something in for alteration the wrong part of the top was “altered” and instead of owning up to it the owner decided to argue with me telling me I said something else. Very unprofessional and after arguing and having to come back another day she then did my original alteration. With that same pick up was a white dress shirt that wasn’t up until my fiancé put it on at his friends wedding did he notice a big stain that wasn’t there to begin with. I will be finding a new place to bring my things to.

I've been going to this place for all my alterations and dry cleaning for over 2 years now, and the husband and wife team that own and run this place have been consistently great, efficient, and super nice and friendly. I've had 5 suits altered/tailored here (jacket sleeve shortening, pants waist in/out, hemming, pant leg narrowing, etc), and they've all come out great and finished often quicker than their estimate. Some reviewers here say they are rude, but I have not seen any evidence of that at all in my experience. They are an older Korean couple and their English isn't the strongest, so maybe it's more of a language issue for some folks? I don't speak Korean either, but a little friendliness, patience, and a smile goes a very long way in overcoming that.
