After having our tenant inform us of water flowing from the roof after a couple or rain storms. I called a few companies but only got answering machines. Richard was the only one that actually answered the phone live! He was very courteous and answered all my questions. He was at the house shortly after having spoken to him. I called Richard from Toit à Toit Entretien because our roof had started to leak during the night from a heavy downpour. Richard came the same day the service call was made. Not only did he verify the drain and informed us that the leaking roof was not due to a clogged drain but also took the initiative to verify the entire roof and he took quite a few pictures to show us. He was also the first person who noticed that one of our vents had a defect, although his problem had nothing to do with the leaking problem. Richard’s task is only roof maintenance and does not repair or redo roofs. Therefore, he did not have to go the extra mile to point things out to us but he did on his own time. I thank him for his honesty and I will most definitely recommend Richard and his team to have any maintenance work done on your roofs.
