Alors que je lui ai dit qu’il y avait déjà la compagnie précédente qui était passée donc qu’il n’y aurait pas de poussière de rénovation comme avant. Je lui ai dit que j'allais le rappeler le temps d'y penser. Je le rappeler finalement. À notre dernière échange les prix ont changé plusieurs fois pour finir à 475$ après avoir coupé plein de choses et me dire c'est lui qui décidait des prix. Pourtant, il m'a envoyé son papier de soumission avec les prix de 230$. Je lui dis qu'il n'a pas respecté la soumission. Il a fini par me dire qu'il n'était pas obligé de le respecter c'est lui le boss et c'est lui qui établit les prix ou les rabais s'il en donne. Je lui recapitule que lors de notre premier échange, il était à 230$ ce qui était raisonnable. Bien que cela a changé au cours de la conversation. Le deuxième échange son prix à changer pour 375$ à peu près sans rajout complexe et le 3ieme échange immédiatement à commencer avec comme récapitulatif 595$ au lieu de 375$ comme il avait mentionné. Rien n’a été ajouté et pour me dire ensuite 485$. Je lui mentionne que je suis très déçu du changement du prix qu'il a donné sans changement majeure. Pendant qu’on est en pandémie, il a profité de ma condition de vulnérabilité sans compter qu'il m'a demandé par curiosité ma nationalité pour me faire croire qu'il me faisait un bon deal. Acte que je trouve discriminatoire, non professionnel. Je lui ai dit que je suis très déçu et si ce sont vraiment les politiques de sa compagnie c’est triste! Ce sont des actions à dénoncer. Je tiens à mentionner que dans sa tarification envoyée les chambres sont 10$, le salon a 15$, la cuisine 25$ les armoires 5$, les électroménagers 35$ chaque, les murs à 35$, porte 15$ et fenêtres 5$. J’ai demandé de nettoyer les 4 chambres, les 2 salons, la salle de bain, la petite salle d’eau, la cuisine, j’ai demandé 30 armoires il a fait un forfait global à 120$ et 1 porte. Je n’ai pas demandé les murs car j’ai mis la peinture, ni les fenêtres parce ça avait été fait. J’ai par la suite ajouté le frigo je vous laisse faire le décompte. Merci.
