Overall the experience is very good. Babar and Harkinder are very professional, came with the right set of instruments, covered the floor with the cloth to avoid any damages. Then cleaned all the ducts with before and after cleaning photos. Gave me the cleaning certificate upon completion. Reason am giving 4 stars is because, finally they added 12 CAD for disposal fee which wasn't informed while I was booking their service. So make sure to disclose all the charges to the customers upfront. Otherwise happy with their service as they just completed the cleaning yesterday.

Raj did an excellent job explaining the entire process and didn't mind the many questions I had. Overall the work done was great. Unfortunately, one of his assistant (seemed like the two workers with Raj were in training) missed cleaning one of the vents in the upper rooms. I wish they had a QA process to ensure every vent was in fact cleaned. The worker who picked up the rubber block should have noticed the vent wasn't cleaned by his partner. Raj also cleaned the Furnace and AC coils and showed the before and after images for everything. He went out of his way to help figure out why one room in particular was not getting enough air flow. Much appreciated. Raj made the experience worth it. He was sincere, honest and very easy to talk to.

I manage a 16 Story Condo in MIssissauga and contacted Unique to clean our MUA shafts and wash all the grills. The service quote came in at the best price so they were chosen by our Board. They arrived on time yesterday, worked hard, long and respecfully. They washed all of the grills by hand, provided the pictures of the shafts, they cleaned each floor after they finished. Very fast and efficient. The staff were amazing, it was raining and our basement is fully carpeted so instead of bringing the hose throughout the house they went in through the basement window and put drop sheets down to protect the carpet. I liked seeing the before and after pictures. Great job.

Previous owners had a dog and cat and this house duct work was very dirty. They did a great job and now the house smells good. :)

Don’t use them. I had booked a duct cleaning & sealing. They showed up on time (1pm’ish). When they started blowing air into the system, they did not have all the returns sealed. There was blowback littering different areas of the house (found after they left). After a little over one hour of vacuuming out the system, they switched to the sealing set up. Which failed miserably. After a few hours, I found out the technician was unable to get the equipment to work. Approximately 4 hours after their arrival I was advised that it would be up and running in about 40 minutes. The family left (cannot be in house when sealant in running) and I checked in on the status via text later. Still not working. We returned home round 6:45 and had to get them to pack up and leave with the work not completed. I spoke with Aleem, who said the equipment was going to be fixed the following day and that they would arrange to be back. I made a partial payment against the total amount (about twice what you can get your ducts cleaned for if you check your mail flyers). I would get 2 free air filters and an AC tune up when they came back for my wasted time, yippie… meaning no where near a balance there as I would need to pay to put my dog in a kennel, again and be around the house for hours, again. I followed up the next day via email to find out what was happening and have heard nothing back in the last week….. Find someone else to do these services for you.

Babar from Unique Providers performed a duct cleaning for me today. They called ahead and were on time. However I caution potential customers with this using this company for the following reasons: 1. I had laid out floor covers for the majority of rooms with the exception of one room leading to my furnace room. They did not even suggest to cover the floor before starting work. I had had to scramble to find some fabric to cover my floor. 2. They did not want to cover all my vents before beginning the duct cleaning process. I had to beg them to do it. 3. Their original plan was to spray air into the ducts with a 10 inch hose. I had to ask for them to go through each vent with a long flexible air hose 10 ft in length to clean them out more thoroughly and pay an extra $100. The amount of dust using this more thorough process was incredible. It would have been missed using their standard service entirely. 4. They were quite thorough in ensuring the immediate area around the holes they use to take pictures was clean, but I am not confident they put in much effort in areas beyond the 5 feet the cameras can take pictures. My ducts can run 30 feet and I am not confident they sprayed air very far. 5. Don't get the sanitization procedure. It seems like they spray a perfume only around the immediate vicinity of the furnace before they close up. The bottom line is that if you sign these guys up, you should stay with them, ask questions, and know how the duct cleaning is done. They may cut corners and call it done and you would never know. Edit May 31, 2021. I must applaud Unique Providers for reaching out and working with me to understand my concerns. They acknowledged their missteps for 1 and 2, but it turns out that it is not standard protocol to clean the entire length of ductwork with a long hose, but only to spray air perhaps 12 inches through the opening. I am still not convinced how they can ensure a clean duct by doing this, but their response is that it is standard operating procedure, and what I advocate for is not part of protocol. Kudos to Aleem for being in constant contact with me and discussing my concerns. This company deserves your consideration, at the very least for the effort they showed me in ensuring my complaints were heard.

Babar and his team did a brilliant job. Babar explained each step and gave some useful tips. At first I thought the prices are on a higher side, but the amount of work involved and the tools involved justifies the costs charged. I loved the organic sanitization, it gives a soothing feeling. I was skeptical about opting for the dryer vent cleaning but decided to go for it on the spot and to my sweet surprise i got more than what I expected. Had I not opted for the dryer vent cleaning option, would have ended up in big trouble as the vent was choked with big chunks of lint which would have caused at lot of damage. Just a small suggestion please provide Disposable Shoes Covers to the technicians as they need to walk around the area near the furnace so that things do not get messy. Overall, i am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the service offered by babar and his team. Kudos to unique providers!

I just noticed the reply to my review. If you notice, 90% of the reply is not related to my reported issue. I reported that the staff unblocked one or possibly more vents in the basement which caused airflow to weaken dramatically in the second floor which is expected result. Also I reported that when I requested the staff to block the unblocked vent(s) they requested $140.00 to examine the problem that was caused by them in the first place. I assure you that the effectivness of the heating dropped down noticably after what happened. --- I reported a problem only in the master bedroom in the upper floors. The heat and airflow is not enough. The duct cleaning staff did the cleaning job and after that, the entire house in the upper floors now has very low temperature. It seems one of the staff unblocked the vent in the basement without my request. I reported this problem to the company, and the guy named Aleem Farooqi was very rude and he requested me to pay $140 to check what is wrong. I don't recommend this company at all. Stay away from them.

Babar is a good master technician. They do a good job in protecting your home as they have to run large pipes through your house to get to the furnace. They are thorough and do what they promise. Be aware that the final price is most likely going to be higher than the original quote. I had 16 more registers than the original quote covered. The furnace cleaning is extra, but they are fair about the price. I opted to have everything done and sanitized. These ducts have not been cleaned in 20 years and a dozen renos, so whatever it takes to get the dust out of the ducts was fine with me. Before and after pics are helpful.

I used Unique Providers for duct cleaning serviced for my home in Mississauga. The work was okay but they were not professional. It is possible the company might be sub contracting the work. The person who spoke with me over phone said for the rate he is quoting everything included. But the people who visited my place started upselling as soon as they started their work. They started asking additional charges for cleaning inside furnace circuit board space, another charge for cleaning the back where the ac coils are located, and another separate charge for sanitizing spray inside ducts. I understand that these may be optional services that most other providers might charge me extra too. But I spent almost half hr on phone at the time of booking, asking repeatedly details of what is covered and what is not covered, I was told everything is covered. On service day, I had to repeatedly say no to strong upselling tactics by the service men Conclusion: The work delivered was okay but expect lack of professionalism and strong upselling on service day

We ordered air duct cleaning, AC coil cleaning, furnace cleaning and sanitizing. Great service from this company, many thanks to Ali. They came on time. The workers looked around, made the pictures before the cleaning, explained in details what they are going to do. The company also provided a good discount because my neighbors and I made an order for the same day. They also used a truck (not a van) with powerful equipment. They are certified and have 20 years of experience. No unexpected fees. The total fee was absolutely reasonable comparing to other companies and lower than a few monopolists offer. We also got a gift - one furnace filter. I highly recommend their services.

we had our ducts cleaned and had AeroSeal duct sealing done as we were having problems with air flow . the basement would be too cold and the main floor okay but upstairs would be hot. Now, i can’t believe the difference. We were losing so much air through the cracks in the ducts. this is also going to help with the bills for hydro. Terrible experience. - Showed up 2 hours after agreed upon time - The additional fees (extra hook up, etc) added up and final fee was much higher than original quote. - The confirmation email said credit card acceptable but when I tried to pay with a credit card the technician said there's 4% charge if using a credit card. If that's the case it should've been specified in the email. - WORST PART is they broke my furnace. The duct cleaning technician (not a HVAC licensed tech) offered to clean the furnace for $80 and in hindsight I shouldn't have allowed him. He said he's done it many times and never had a problem. After they left I realized there was barely any air coming out of the vents. I called them and they sent the duct cleaning techs back. After some adjustments they said it was working fine. I insisted that was minimal amount of air compared to before their furnace cleaning but they kept saying the Kleenex test is positive (see photo) and it's working fine. Going nowhere with them, I called my normal HVAC company and had the furnace serviced and repaired for $125 (see second photo, where the paper actually gets blown up). - Showed me before photos but didn't show me after photos. I actually have no idea if the ducts are cleaner after the cleaning. One of the techs did seem thorough taping the vents and blowing from each vent so I hope it was at least a decent cleaning job. - Didn't even leave me an invoice until I asked when they came back the second time. Bottom line: Don't trust ANYBODY cleaning your furnace unless they're HVAC certified. Especially not from Unique duct cleaning.

The company did not fully explain how their carpert cleaning system works, charging us for it even though we hadn't gotten it done. Babar and his team arrived on time. They identified the issues and provided a resolve. There was a miscommunication on pricing for sanitation & duct cleaning with Head office, but Babar still honored the price regardless of the miscommunication. There was also additional vents that were to be charged, but due to the miscommunication he did not charge for that either. They replaced my filter for much cheaper than Home Depot ($10 instead of $15). They showed me before and after pics of my vents to validate their work. They , provided me with an "Air Clean Certificate". These guys are honest and professional, would highly recommend!

I don't trust the reviews posted here ... Many of them appear contrived. As for my experience with the company: I have an unlisted phone number but received an unsolicited call from a representative claiming to be calling from Unique Provider Duct Cleaners. I asked him how he obtained my phone number and he replied "we buy them from Chinese hackers." (I asked him to repeat this claim, which he did, as I wanted to be sure I heard it correctly.) I asked to speak to his supervisor and was kept on hold for several minutes until they disconnected. Not my idea of a quality business. Caveat emptor.

Sooooo people hear me out. These guys are a biggest scam around. Do not use their services unless you are looking to get annoyed to disbelief!!! They keep calling me from different numbers, I can not manage to block them all anymore. Please note the above review was provided when the owner was there and basically expecting me to provide an honest review while he was still completing the work. Pros, As far as the actual service that was performed, they do great thorough work and was very satisfied with that portion on the experience. Now for the cons, which are why I would not use this company in the future. -I was quoted a price of....well it doesn't matter as that was honored and agreed to by both parties, but what I was not impressed with was being told that normally to this location we charge more, but we will honor the price after I called to confirm that there was not any addition cost to service my place. -Then out came the "extras", and when I responded that I was fine with the service as it was originally quoted, I felt I was being pressured to accept the extra services. If i had been made aware of any possible additional services that could have been performed when the appointment was made, then maybe I would have considered and seen the value. Sales are sales and I understand the vale in upselling, but if you want a customer that is happy and not being made to feel pressured or scammed, provide full transparency at the time of booking. -They put multiple stickers, one of which was a full 8"x11" on my furnace that I did not want. But who knows, maybe I agreed to this in the contract I signed. but again full transparency, or again you have a customer questioning you ethics and your honesty. -But the thing that really bothered me was when they basically walked me to their review page and wanted to me to write a review right in front of them, and seemed bothered when I said I was well aware of how to write a review and would do so on my own volition. To summarize, this company does great work and if that was all I had to say, I would recommend them totally and fully as capable service providers. But due to the issues above, as soon as the "extra's" conversation was broached, i was done and couldn't wait till they left.

Unique providers are Fabulous ! They are very professional. They did aeroseal treatment in my house. Both Abhay and Babar made sure we have enough airflow in all the vents. Abhay was there from start to finish and also did troubleshooting on one of the vents which was disconnected by previous owner. They fixed the vent for me and now i have airflow in that vent ! Duct system in my house was having 67% leakage and now after Aeroseal treatment its only 6% leakage ! Thats a huge improvement overall. I strongly recommend this team of Aneem, Abhay and babar !

The technician Abhay was really nice. But being nice does not equate to good quality of work. They have done what they need to do, clean the ducts, vents including the dryer's. However, I would consider their overall work as sloppy. They just left the residue scattering around the vents, left our carpet in the basement dirty (from their suction tube) as they did not use any protector, left the lint dryer residue on our backyard and drilling another hole on the duct because he did not see the existing one (well to be fair, he apologized for that). So I ended up vacuuming the dirt around our vents, shampooing the carpet, cleaning our backyard and of course, receiving complaint from our neighbor that the dryer lint scattered in their area. So there goes $339 down the drain where this job should have only been $80. Each one has their own experience, but based on mine, I will definitely not recommend it. ***July 16, 2019. I received a call from the owner of the company apologizing regarding the work conducted and acknowledging that this should had not been the work performed. I appreciate the acknowledgment that this will be corrected.

Raj and his team came in. ***UPDATE*** While they were on site we noted a odd smell, today we found a gas leak. Thank God we had another contractor on site that found it in the same place that was cleaned yesterday. I can not believe this. Do not use avoid at all cost, charged for work that was not done. To the owner: you failed to mention you refuse to listen to me while on the phone and continually spoke over me. Instead of listening to your customer and everything else I advised you of your only concern was my review not coming to a resolution to my other issues. I took there service on July 4,2020; I took a package for 13 vents; my house has less than 13 vents. Today I accidentally opened one vent and I saw so much debris, which puts be in ambiguity that, if he actually did the work or not.
