We’ve had them clean our house for the last 6 years, unfortunately over the last several months we’ve noticed on our webcams they’ve been in and out in 40minutes and the cleaning is below sub par. We hired a new one today that cleaned our house for more then 3hrs and repeatedly questioned us having cleaners in our house.. The night before Christmas Eve I get a call saying that my regularly scheduled cleaning for Christmas Eve Day will be confirmed the next day as i am on a waiting list . They are not able to keep track of their regular customers' schedules which is very annoying especially at a busy time o the year when people are depending on them. In addition, here is a picture of how they dust! I had to re- clean my house after most visits, In theory, their model sounds fantastic, but dont let this fool you - very poor in terms of detailed cleanings and it is very difficult to call and speak with the guy in charge - you will always have to leave a message . In addition, once by entire washroom was NOT CLEANED - so I had to come home from work and re-do. THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY

Team 7 (Samantha, Sandy and Mackenzie) come first thing in the morning every other Thursday. They can work around whatever house chores I'm managing myself and aren't bothered by my baby. On the administrative side, communication can be difficult when there are last-minute cancellations or switches. I find it easier to tell the teams directly when they arrive what I expect. If timing is an issue, I recommend asking for an appointment earlier in the day.

They vacuum the carpets, wash the floors, clean counter tops, appliances, sinks and toilettes. We recommend anyone who wants their house cleaned to call The Cleaning Authority and ask for Team 4. My wife is very picky when it comes to house cleaning. She is happy and as the saying goes: "a happy wife is a happy husband!"

On October 7th 2020, team 6 did a fantastic job cleaning my townhouse, Shawnee and Victoria worked diligently to clean all my knickknacks and wipe the baseboards ( hand wiped ! ) They vacuumed under the furniture and vacuumed the carpet edges ( not something I normally do ! ) I am always very satisfied with the work of the Cleaning Authority, but the work today, was especially perfect ! Thank you again ladies ! The Cleaning authority on October 21, 2020 sent their hard working, well trained staff to my townhouse for my two week cleaning. Bella and Charleen, team 5, were very professional and polite throughout the entire cleaning. My faucets, sinks, and drains were toothbrushed ! ( not normally something I would do ! ) I highly recommend the Cleaning Authority and Bella and Charleen ! On November 4th, 2020, Bella and Charleen, Team 5 cleaned my townhouse. After paying extra money for their initial deep cleaning service I was disgusted to find my home covered in a filmy layer of dirt that they spread throughout my home with the dirty cleaning tools they brought with them. Spreading dirt from some unknown source all over a clients home during a viral pandemic is absolutely repulsive and hazardous. Additionally , they broke a 150yr old grandfather clock by spinning the arms like a roulette wheel. On top of it all the franchise owner said it was my fault for not reporting it sooner (this was five days later) so it was too late for him to do anything about it. If you value your property, save your money and don't ever hire this company. In response- I wonder why your staff said "sorry for changing the time on your clock" if they didn't touch it.

TEAM THREE (3), Leanna and Heather, were possibly the best workers who have cleaned my home since I hired The Cleaning Authority last year. They were not only punctual, but arrived with happy faces (behind their masks! LOL), enthusiasm and energy. While other teams have done their jobs, these two young people met all my expectations, graciously agreed to some extras I requested and made my home absolutely spotless. I'll start by saying that the owners are polite and professional. However, this did not work for me. The first time cleaning was extremely expensive for the work they did. Initially all looked good, but after they left I found some areas which were not cleaned. I decided to wait for the weekly cleaning, which they claim they do on rotation basis. It was extremely rushed to say the least. Washroom seemed to have many spots missed. Many things were what was written on paper so I cannot blame - example doing the edges of the rugs in the living room. We do more cleaning on daily basis than that, and with kids in the house I don't think this will work for me. I'll be going back to my earlier cleaners (which though more expensive for regular cleans were more thorough)

Absolutely awful. Was scheduled for a cleaning and the day came and went without anyone coming. I had taken the day off work in order to be there and not only did they not come but when they said they would call me back it took them many hours to do so. The following day one of the cleaners apologized and promised he would call back the same day to set up a cleaning.... he never called. I guess the business wasn't important to them and the impact of people taking a day off work was lost on them. Further, following through with promises and commitments also seems to be an issue with this company. Don't waste your time or money, there are many other cleaning companies who value your time and who keep appointments. Guaranteed if they had showed up and no one was here they would have charged us... but the other way around didn't seem to bother them much. Poor business practices overall.

We hired them to clean our home bi-weekly. First week we came home to find that the kitchen sink still had food in the drain. We informed them of this, which seems a fairly basic thing to clean, and it was allegedly noted by our contact, Richard. On their second visit, our upstairs master bathroom counter was not wiped down, still showing the regular soap scum/water stains as when we left in the morning. I informed them their services would no longer be required the next day. If this is the service they provide for new customers...missing very basic things like kitchen sinks and bathroom counters, your money is better spent elsewhere.
