Reliable, accommodating and quick booking. However, on the health and safety side we were disappointed. None of the staff was wearing masks in our home when we arrived, even when we entered our own home with masks. Their policy says gloves and masks are worn at all times but they weren't. We had to ask them to please put on their masks, even then, not all of them did. Being pregnant and with another young child in the home it was quite concerning.

**edit changed my review to 5 stars from 4 stars because they are a 5 star service :) ** NMC has been cleaning our office and home for a few years now and we are pleased with their service. Kelly cleans our home on a consistant monthly basis and is great! Remembers little details, very clean, efficient and super nice. The cleaners have always been professional, nice, responsive, and trustworthy for both home and office over the past few years we have been with the company. The service is easy to postpone scheduled cleanings if needed. The responsiveness of customer service is what makes all the difference. Rating 4 instead of 5 just because sometimes it's been hit and miss with the cleaners when we first started (in regards to the actual cleaning needs) - but we found being clear and giving instructions and feedback after each clean allowed the company to fit and match the best cleaner to our needs. When it comes to cleaning service companies it's kind of impossible to be perfect but I would say no more chores is definitely the best and most reliable out there and we've tried MANY over the past 10 years. This is a really good thing when choosing a company-based service, for business or home, with many cleaners (over trialing individual cleaners), and very nice to have that internal support. They give a window for arrival which does make it incoveniant at times, but makes the most sense to allow the cleaners proper time to finish other places and make it to yours on time. They never rush finishing the job and I'm satisfied knowing that arrival window allows for the a complete clean. Overall - I've been with them for a few years now and they always take feedback seriously and constantly strive for satisfaction - very well run business and great cleaners! -- Our locations are downtown Toronto.
