This review is not reflective of the work, but rather management and the way they handle business. They'll quote you something (without ever signing any paperwork to confirm) and never mention that they could take longer and therefore charge you more for the work. I'd be totally fine with this except that after this happened, they never bothered to call me to confirm with me if that was okay if they ran over (I would have said no since we had only budgeted that amount for cleaning for the quarter) and even if they called later that day or the next day to inform me of this, I would have preferred that over seeing it on my credit card statement the next day. And finally, the frustrating thing with this is that they have cleaned our house before and it wasn't an issue then. Why didn't anyone flag it the first time around? Why didn't anyone say in my multiple phone calls with the team and email exchanges in the past that hey, this could take longer in the future, an hour is pushing it. And their staunch, sorry, this is your fault approach upon contacting them typifies this company as the type that's not worth dealing with. I'd rather pay more for better customer service somewhere else than deal with a company who leaves you in the dark and charges what they want in the end. Don't go with them if you're looking for transparency. And upper level corporate management won't resolve the situation either so don't waste your time with a corporate phone call.

Very upset with the cleaning performed by Molly Maids. We had a completely empty apartment and asked specifically for a pre-move-in cleaning including floors, walls, thorough bathroom and kitchen cleaning (incl. fridge, stove, cupboards, bathroom vanities, etc). After the several hours, much obvious dust and dirt still remained. Absolutely nothing was cleaned in the fridge, stove, top cupboards, and nothing in the bathroom vanities. Had to call another cleaner to come and do it all over again (also for less cost). Never using them again!

I just wanted to send a thank you to Molly Maid at Mississauga South for years of excellent service. The teams have cleaned our condo for several years and it's a lifesaver for busy people with children. The cleaning itself is "detailing" level, meaning we couldn't get it this clean ourselves! And it's our home. The owners are experienced and really know what they are doing. They strive to make customer satisfaction their priority. There have never been any issues that I have had to call the manager or owner about. And I think it's important to point out we have absolute trust in each of the teams that have been sent to our home. We generally leave the condo and simply return once they call or message to let us know the job has been completed. The price for the service is more than fair; while being competitive you do get what you pay for and the quality and trust are more than worth the rate to clean the house once a month. I would highly recommend Molly Maid @ Mississauga South if you are looking for an excellent, trustworthy, reputable and experienced cleaning service.

The Team at Molly Maid Mississauga South is the best. We have been using them for several years now, and only took a brief hiatus due to the Pandemic. To be honest, I was a little apprehensive to get them back after having spent so much time self isolating, but after speaking with Susan, I was assured the cleaners would be taking the utmost of safety precautions. COVID Protocols include a weekly Health assessment, proper PPE usage and social distancing in order to keep themselves and customers safe. All of these safety measures really put our minds at ease, and I’m so glad we have them back! COVID aside, It is so nice to have our home sparkling clean again. They are very thorough and are open to constructive feedback in order to ensure the best cleaning possible. Thank you!

When our daughters were old enough, my wife went back to working as a teacher and at that time we agreed to engage a cleaning service to help with the housekeeping. We picked Molly Maid and have been delighted with the level of service and the quality of the work over the last 20 or so years. Jen has been cleaning the house for many years and with her current assistant Nicki arrive as scheduled every second Friday and do a spectacular job. In addition to being very professional in their work, the ladies are friendly and take pride in what they do and will accommodate all reasonable requests if we need some extra cleaning done. We have a high regard for the Company, the field and the office staff who all play a significant part in keeping our house in great shape and we recommend Molly Maid without reservation.

I work here and I want to comment on Scott Druckers review. Our team at the office has already spoken to him but I want to leave a comment because his review is not even close to what really happened. He was charged 1 hour and 15 minutes. He is saying that we over charged him for 15 minutes. The reality is that he's had service with us before. We don't quote one time services when we charge hourly, he was sent an email on this as well. We do give an estimate of time. In this case, he is grossly overstating that he was overcharged. He is claiming that he only asked for 1 hour service and that we overcharged him for 15 minutes. We do not overcharge our customers, period. Also, I want to comment on jiefang Lins review. The confirmed time of arrival was between 2-3. The team was there around 2:20pm. She was charged for 2hrs of service not 3. The ladies were there for 2hrs prob a little longer. We give an estimated time of arrival and for the most part we are correct but sometime due to traffic or some other unforseen reasons we are late but we were not in this occasion.

The cleaning staff, Donna and Nancy, did an incredible job. I hired them to do a deep clean and my home has never been cleaner. They are also very reasonably priced and worth every penny.
