Ivana, the owner of this company is very UNPROFESSIONAL. In order to win you as a client will agree to charge a flat fee for the entire house, but the maids will leave the house without completing the job after 4.5 hours and charge the credit card at an hourly rate, not discussed in advance. This is a FRAUD. Save your money and look for a different cleaning company.

Got a maid to clean the place before move-in and didn't end up making a difference. I cleaned up when I had time, and I can tell its 10x better after the fact I cleaned it myself. Spent 200+ dollars to have nothing done! The maid supposedly was supposed to be the best maid they had, and I couldn't even communicate with her. Not very happy about this! I'd give them a zero star if I could. Reply to my post: did you just assume my age..... And now you want to not claim your bad service? Wow
