Very pleased with Happy Home's cleaning services. We receive bi-weekly cleanings and it is amazing to come home on these days to a clean house. They are very accommodating with requests to change cleaning days or add/remove services. They are a pleasure to deal with. I thought the ladies were wonderful! They were punctual, respectful and cheerful to myself and my family (ie cats). The cleaning was very thorough and no messing about, they got right to it. They tidied up after themselves (even my houseplants got the royal treatment) and when they left holy cow the house sparkled!

I emailed them and got a reply. I emailed back that I would like an estimate. No response. I called and spoke to Mark, who said they would call me at 2pm for a phone estimate and that he would love to have me on Tuesdays when they are near my home. No one called. I left a message over a week ago and no one returned the call.

I've been with Happy Home for quite a few years now, and am very pleased with the service. Adele & Lisa are my 3rd team in the past 4+ years, and work really well together. They're always smiling & cheerful. They definitely make my home "happier" after they've been here a couple of hours. Mark & Carrol are usually flexible and able to accommodate changes and requests. The couple of times I had a problem (when there was a substitute team), I got a call back immediately, and the issue was fixed.

We've been very happy with this service. The ladies are friendly, they do a really good job and respect our home. I feel completely comfortable having them here when we're not home. I like that we have the same people every week. I have recommended them to others and would again.

Generally happy. One of the managers came over to estimate the work required for a 'move in' clean of our new property and we were happy with the level of detail he went to and the price quoted. However, when the cleaners came over to undertake the actual work, they weren't able to stick to the estimate. What they did clean, they cleaned well, but they didn't do all the work required. We spoke with the manager and he came over a few days later and completed the work himself free of charge. My only point of feedback is to be more pessimistic with your estimates.

This company committed the cardinal sin of all cleaning companies: they did not show up. Worse, after waiting an extra hour for them to show up, *I* had to call *them* to find out where they were, only for them to tell me that they were canceling last minute. They left me completely in the lurch with company coming over, scrambling to find another cleaner in time. I couldn't do the cleaning myself due to a recent minor surgery. This is completely unacceptable and absolutely unprofessional. They were disorganized too: lost my address a day after booking, and kept sending texts to my land line. Should have seen the signs. Will NEVER call these people again. Don't waste your time and money.

Carol and Mark were wonderful to work with and the ladies that came to my house did a fabulous job! It was the little touches over and above the cleaning that made have them back again. We have been happy customers for 4 years now. Adele and Lisa seem like part of our family. They clean our home weekly. Always on time with smiles, they clean and manage to avoid vacuuming our pets, our 5, yes, 5 furry critters. 3 Dogs, and 2 cats who love the gals as well. We highly recommend them!
