I have been working with Custom Clean for about five years, formally as an account manager traveling the province and just the last year I am working as a building cleaner overseeing four different buildings. I moved from account management to a job with less driving due to other life issues. In the years I have worked their my own personal experience is I was always paid on time with never a pay missed. if you want to work hours although they may vary between Night Shift or early morning there was never a shortage of work and lots of hours. Anytime I needed something work related it was provided to me or I was told when it might be in. The office was always available to answer my questions but sometimes due to them being very busy I would have to go in to see them which is not a problem. As long they keep the contract where I am currently working I will stay with them and I take it upon myself to make sure the contract is in top shape so they will not lose it .

Wow I just met with the owner of the company and was inside their office in Sackville. I can confirm that this place was sooo dirty and depressing on the inside and the owner was an extremely rude bitter person. I can only imagine how horrible that company is run. Jeez!

Please share with everyone ....because I asked they for new machines I got let go... I told them one machines every time I use it was shooting out fire out of it and the washing machine for the floor is Electric and it was leeks Water everywhere... I guess they don’t really care about they’re Employees safety they Raider let you go instead .. and they say they treat there Employees like Family’s haha that is pretty much bullish

I would give 0 stars if possible, So I worked with this company last year for lets say about 5-6 months, its all online when working with them so it can get a little bit confusing, in also only 22 right now I was 21 when working there, they hire you as a an independent contractor, I did not know this and i didn't know what it ment, they also won't take taxes off your paychecks so I literally have too pay in $1470 I've had a new job for a while now I was supposed too get $2000 from but custom clean has it so now I'm paying 3 grand, I advise too stear clear. so me working there for about 2 weeks in I thought "wow this job is awesome" then another couple days pass.. I was in need of supplies they didn't answer me for 2 days STRAIGHT, and I worked for them, this went on too happen the whole 5-6 months I was there, they had very poor communication and if something didn't get cleaned then they would call me and get MAD at me for not cleaning it when meanwhile I just messaged/called for them too bring me whatever I needed so they're communication and social skills are very poor, also they don't take any taxes off of any paychecks as I was not aware of that aswell because they don't tell you anything when you start, I have plenty more too complain about with this company but ill leave it at this, I sincerely URGE ANYONE who wants too work for them or even wants their services too not do it, DO NOT support this company, the only good reviews they have are people who have worked there or people who are in an office they don't care about workers at all, so if your reading this please think again and look elsewhere, peace and love too all you beautiful people

I applied for a part time job to supplement my current income. Was told two weeks ago I would be starting Monday (tomorrow) and that a supervisor would contact me with more details. I haven't heard anything, I've emailed them three times and still no information. It is 9pm the night before I was supposed to start and still have no idea where I was supposed to go, what I would have been paid, who I was supposed to be meeting, etc. Thanks but no thanks for the opportunity...

If I could give 0 I would. I worked for them for a few weeks and they refuse to pay me. HR will not return my phone calls or my emails. Even when I was working I was not trained just told to show up at the site. Horrible company.

I’ve been employed by custom clean as a contract cleaner. I came to them with a I’m dedicated to wanting to work attitude. Custom Clean support my ambition to wanting to be able to maintain a career. True like any other company it comes with the ups and downs highs and lows. But like they say it’s the ppl who build the community employers employees customers consumers etc. Custom Clean Atlantic deserves 5 stars for high performance in trying to crate the best service for all. If there is any negative things said about this company I feel that ppl need to start being appreciative of the opportunity in order to carry out work toward something that could be a positive to their lives. (That goes for all parties)

Don't waste your time and money, we hired them to clean our office space once a week and every time we came back in on Monday morning, we found that all they did was empty the trash cans vacuum here and there but the floors was still very dirty. And their moping skills are very bad. They also never cleaned our work surfaces, everything remained very dusty. Extremely disappointed !

I am not sure where people are getting the service associated with theses reviews. i have been using custom clean for years now in my offices and have had nothing besides above and beyond customer service. people are human and make mistakes but they always are fast to solve the issue. highly recommend.

Great Prices on services, if there is any problems with your cleaning they handle it pretty much right away and its really goes to show the quality of the company when they care so much about the clients they service.

Been working for custom clean Atlantic for a few years now good company to work for owner always treats me with respect. Just do the work and don't cause issues and you won't have any problems I started from. The bottom with them and have worked my way up to a supervisory position which i feel I'm excelling at. Will keep working for them as long as we have the contract.
