I had contacted this company about a quote for regular house cleaning over three weeks ago. They were initially responsive and we booked a house tour within a few days. I was happy with how the tour went and was looking forward to working with this team. Since that tour on Sep 3, when I was told I'd be contacted with a quote, there has been zero response from Steve or Tasha. I tried a follow up email, and tried phoning but no response. Unsure as to why I was ghosted for a quote...

We had such an incredible experience with this team. Needed to take the time to recommend their services. They are so lovely and professional from invoicing to letting me know their ETA. Cottages can be a beast to clean as they have gone through all the elements and they make everything look so sparkling clean and brand new. Our place has never looked this clean, it's a breath of fresh air and just so thorough. They are so dependable and friendly, highly recommend.
