I am satisfied with their service. Larry (maybe spelling is wrong) did the cleaning for my old furnace. From the sticker on my furnace, I can see my previous owner chose Dirty Duct for the cleaning a few times. Larry came to my house around 10 minutes prior to the appointment. He is responsible and patient. My old furnace is quite noisy. I called him one week after service and he came to take a look at and give me the suggestion (motor need to replaced) and recommendation. I really appreciate his help. So I'd like to give 5 stars to this company based on my experience.

Great experience. Rony was very respectful and professional. He treated my home very well. During the process my hot water tank pilot light would not re-light. The failure had nothing to do with the servicing ( hot water tank was old and parts fail ) however rony had a plumber in asap fixing my hot water tank and they covered the bill. Would highly recommend this company
