Impressed by Crane's response in our emergency situation and with the comprehensive restoration of damage to the house. Crane's handled all aspects of the restoration with frequent communication and with personnel that were courteous & competent. The contractors they hired operated in the same manner. In the end, we were pleased with the quality of the repairs. All in all, the experience could not have gone better.
